BDA Shopping Complex, Koramanagala is located in 3rd Block, Koramangala. It is a shopping complex in the heart of the Koramangala. It serves as a major landmark in the area. It is a casual outing space for a large age group range - from kids to senior citizens. Majority of the complex was covered with parked vehicles making it hard for the pedestrians to walk. The space around was not maintained well and completely dirty. The complex has a total of three different entrances - one towards the front and two at the back side out of which only one was vehicular. The entrances at the back was flat surfaced for easy movement of the vehicles. Ramps along with steps is provided to access the main complex building which makes the complex a wheel chair accessible area.
The main complex consisted of - Notary, DL, Stamp and document works, stationary items, RTO office, sub registrar office, florists, stationary, sweet shops, xerox, courier, clothing and variety of other stores/shops. The complex overall not maintained very well.

The place seems like it'll come down any moment now. The building is so old and ill maintained. The only thing good about that place is it has things like rto, restaurants, ticket booking counters, doing rental agreement and similar services, etc.available all in that place.

Had a pleasant stay there. The staff is very good. Everyone makes sure that you enjoy the stay as you wish to.
The area surrounded with trees keeps you fresh all the day.
Keeps you away from the polluted and busy life of the city. A complete mind refreshment.
The swimming pool is very well maintained and its really a huge one.

Customer service is Pathetic. They make you wait for hours even for a small thing. My aunty was locked out of her room and we had to make 12 telephone calls to Reception and wait 1 hour before they sent anyone.

A beautiful getaway destination just outside Bangalore for families, couples. Its also an ideal destination for corporate offsites. Team can unwind very well in a calm environment.

The main attraction is the huge swimming pool which is very well maintained.

The billiards tables are super awesome. They also have other indoor games like table tennis, foosball, snooker, carrom, chess, squash. Though they arent well maintained, but its good enough for kids to use them. They have open air badminton and tennis courts which are good.

Very open, calm space and helps you be in the comlany of greenary all around.

The food variety is good and for those interested in having alcohol, you can enjoy evening drinks just along the pool side.

Hotel front office is not classy anymore. There is no decency when they are talking to each other. Even cheap local Oyo have better reception service than golden palms. But apart from the horrible front desk servixe, Mr Swapan from f&b is the guy who needs special appreciation. He gets your work done in seconds. His response rate is excellent. Kudos to Mr Swapan.

The place is huge. Has crazy big pool for both children's and adults. Food was good. The place was maintained neatly. Filled with lush greens. Here are some of the pictures taken. I would really recommend to visit. The catch is the price but it is worth it.

We booked for a team outing which consisted of breakfast, lunch and high tea. We had to start from home about 7AM to reach by 9AM at the resort. We were too hungry as mostly everyone had woken up @6 and had not had breakfast. So we charged into the resort, the checkin was very convenient and was followed by welcome drink. We got out plates in the breakfast counter and it was good. We ate till our hearts were full and later half the crowd moved to games while others played water sports. The pool is big. The gaming area is not so great as the Table Tennis table is kept right in the middle of the room surrounded by chess and carrom. There were 2 rooms for squash and 3 pool tables inside while 1 tennis and 2 badminton court outside. It was windy hence we couldn't enjoy badminton so i would recommend tennis or water sports here. Do carry your own shuttle or tennis balls to save the purchase from the resort. There is quite q widespread area you can roam about and the landscape is beautiful. After the games we went for lunch where the food was nice as there were many varities of deserts and other dishes. We left after having tea amd we had a great time together here.

The place is quite pleasant as it is situated outskirts of City and traffic conjunction.we actually had a team gathering here and it was quite impressive and food was okay.

Omg it's not worh it for 5 star.never go there if u have hard earn money.its super expensive n worst maintenance.everything is so so poor n cheap.wasted my money.the facility r 3rd class very dirty very small bathroom very poor service.in pool and club anyone is coming and most disgusting thing people were seeming in there daily wear costumes

Best in bengaluru. Cool and Good weather. Peaceful place. Its located at near bengaluru. Tumkuru road. 20 minutes journey from yeshwanthpur. High level and very smart security is here. Totally awesome. Visit once.

Came here for a training, as part of my work. Where do I start? Well, let's start from the very beginning. The ambience is breathtaking. The place is huge with a lot of Greek mythical statues surrounding the different fountains and pathways. The area is covered with a variety of plants and the swimming pool is huge. The staff here was so friendly and helped us in clearing all our doubts or in finding our way (believe me, you can get lost!). On entering our room, it was pleasing to the eye. The room was so soothing and calm. The beds was like lying in a cloud and the view facing the pool was breathtaking. The balconies was quite big so we could just enjoy looking at the people enjoying their pool day while sipping our cup of coffee (which is what we get to make inside our room). The bathroom was big too with all the required facilities available.
The food here, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner was absolutely scrumptious. They provide a variety, be it non- veg or veg.
This is a place to go relax in between with your family or if you just want to have an alone time, away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Reaching the place is a nightmare with road work in progress. Comparable and at par with other BDA Complexes

Awesome, near to bus stand most of buses goes from there itself and also near to the main road where you can go anywhere, at night also that street is little crowded one would feel safe there, cab can be booked easily as well. 5 stars for location

Given the importance of the place and the kind of offices held at this place, they should really something about the cleanliness of the place, the water accumulation during the rainy season and think of renovating it soon. Being located at the very heart of Koramangala, this place looks more as a black dot upon the Most Happening Part of Namma Bengaluru!

A place where most of the Government work can be done in a single building. Parking facilities available. Caution for outside parking where the cops eye n make a huge money by towing away the vehicles.

It is very near to the main road. It has important offices such as BESCOM, RTO. Parking charge is 107/-. Maintenance is poor need to clean up

Bda complex koramangala is so dirty unkept, the staircase so dingy and scary. Cant they renovate it in a upmarket place like koramangala.

This place is meant for most of the govt work such as ownership transfer, Driving licence & ETC can be done here, this place needs a little face lift as it was constructed more than a decade ago.

Even you can try eating savories.

Just Govt office and RTO office location also GF has shopping and fruits shops stationery also DTP Xerox service with good south indian hotel also typing service flowers and car and mc parking available

Like any other BDA complex.not maintained well. RTO, sub registrar office. Train ticket booking available here. Many stationary stores and a average hotel for quick bite.

Though the place is chaotic with everyone parking their vehicles outside to avoid parking fee, it also houses many of the government offices to obtain necessary documents. The RTO office and others state that one can approach them directly for getting your documents. However, a good number of agents hang around offering help. Be wary of them and never pay full as some of them take money and vamoosh. If you have all the documents, then you can deal with the government offices yourself.

Once upon a time used to visit frequently, yu can visit for Affidavit, agreements, stamp papers, and nice chat shop is there, even juice outlet is also awesome.therz a fastfood shop in the corner.the Egg Rice is yummy spicy!)

The place must be trading millions of money in a day but the public toilets are their worst conditions.

BDA complex in Koramangala is a government setup which is not well maintained. We have RTO office and BSNL office. There is eating outlet. Parking is available for four wheeler and two wheeler also.

Typical government shopping complex with super corrupt government offices, stinky toilets and agents roaming around for business. Lots of easily accessible stationery shops and eateries servicing delicious food though. Not really a place to visit unless you had some official work to attend to

Wonderful place for, stationary, hotel, and Notary agreement works done in this complex. And Railway reservation counter is in 1st floor

Extremely busy, crowded and noisy place. Maintenance is far below par. No sufficient parking space. Govt offices operating here are badly organised, giving scope for touts to control the proceedings.
