Good testing facility for all the Environmental tests. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

All facilities are good, operators are move very friendly and they are correct the specifications as for mil standard and jss ext.draw back is that on 1st floor there is no antistatic floor and maintenance is not good, and in between the test power off the graph fall down for sec that not acceptable.in quality so better to make it properly.

Initially planned for Environmental testing by seeing reviews posted and NABL certification.

Faced a lot of challenges in the test getting done.

The main concern is 'There is no value for the customer time'.

You have to plan atleast for 3 days if your work is for 1 day, no standard process, no planning, there is no dedicated person for dedicated tests. Here everyone does every job, you have to catch everyone to get your work done.

I am really tired by waiting and lost a huge amount of time. I wish to not to come back again in the future.

Management has to look forward to delight customers, may be they don't want it.
