Becky's Bow Wow House

Big and open space. Lovely host and well trained care takers. Our Misty enjoyed her stay, she came back quite composed. Pleasant surprise was she got a bath done on the day we were getting her back. Love Becky Bow Wow.

My dog has stayed at Becky's twice now and both times the experience was great. Becky's has excellent infrastructure and knowledgeable support staff who follow strick protocols to keep all the pets safe. Becky's provide daily videos updates which are fun to watch. The drop off and pick up is flexible and streamlined. I have no hesitation recommending Becky's to anyone who need to board their pet and have a peace of mind.

Would regret to inform that I had a very bad experience. I had left my dog for few days as we were out of town. When we returned our dog had become very weak. He was not able to stand on his legs also. We were informed that he was eating properly but when we fed him after bringing him home he ate the food as though he was hungry since past few days.

First time I was leaving my Dog in a pet house ever.dint know where to leave as shebis more like part of the family now. Then thanks to a recommendation from my cousin I reached out, there was a long form to fill up but we had all the details thanks to our Vet. Then a quick assessment visit and next dropped her for few days.
I was not sure how my dog would react to other people and other dogs. But with the photos I received everyday I was sure that she was well taken care of.
Thanks to the team now I can b more confident when we leave town for few days that we have a great team taking care of our Bow Wow at Becky's Bow Wow.

Will definitely go back to them more often since our pets seem to love the people and the place!

Horrible communication, no responses on questions, will not inform about validity of packs and there are 2ft height steps (4 steps, nearly 8-9 feet total) to enter the pool, no ramp for aged dogs.

Pool was not clean when we arrived (twice) and took more than 20 mins to clean despite having an appointment.

Do not recommend, very curt and rude management. No customer management at all. The staff is helpful but management is very rude and think they are doing a favour to others.

We had a very bad experience with this place. The person running this place is very arrogant, and for any questions we ask, he refers to his 4 page terms and conditions document. He had the audacity to call me up and ask me "what is your problem" when i had some questions. For all their pretense to be professionals, they need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Be warned also about the terms and conditions like applying ticks spot on and extra charges for that. He was harassing me with messages on tick spot on asking me for video on applying it in spite of I telling him that my dog is treated for ticks with tablets and assuring him that he/his staff can inspect the dog to confirm. I also had a contention on him charging me the GST when there was no bill provided.
If you are looking for some peace of mind during your vacation, probably don't drop your dog here. There are many other places around.
They give lectures on which are toy breed of dogs and which are small dogs. The fact that there are two slabs for toy breeds and small breeds without saying clearly which breeds they classify under which slab is a clear unethical business ploy to hoodwink the customer into signing up with insufficient information.

Also another update: My pet seemed sick after we picked him. This is another level of concern now.

We have been leaving our dog Lizzie at Becky’s Bow Wow House for boarding for more than a year now. The staff here takes care of Lizzie so well and we know she’s in safe hands every time we leave her here. Thank you for making our holidays stress free.

I want to share my honest experience with this facility. We boarded our pet "Joy" for two weeks and I can see startling contrast in his weight. My pet has lost weight and I doubt this facility took care of my Pet and provided sufficient food to him.
My pet has become weak.
I would recommend avoiding this place.

This is the worst pet boarding i have ever seen i had been there twice once for bathing and another time boarding.it looks so nice from outside but staffs are untrained one of them wont even understand anything u say nor do anything.i left my dog just for some 5 to 6 hours.and had a worst experience.we had informed the care taker to provide eggs along with butter milk rice at night and even informed them that his meal is at 9 30.but they fed him at 8 and he refused to eat them and when asked to feed him at 9 they neglected and so carelessly answerd by telling they will feed morning and cant feed now, and they havent even fed the eggs just boiled n kept it back even shell of the egg is not open.i dont know what they fed.they just talk to you politely at the start but they are so harsh once u leave them.i would have not given even single star to them but unfortunately without giving a star rating the comments cant be posted.and please dont leave ur dogs here and make them suffer.they say they are professional but they are not fit to take care of a pet.if they want to follow their own rules of feeding then why they need to board all pets just board teh dogs whom you train as per your requirement and these rules are meant only for food they dont even check if the dogs has any ticks or fleas but after boarding your pet they say for your pets safety lets put spot on and they will charge some amount to it, thats another professionalism

Was searching for a boarding for our pet nearby and Becky's was recommended to us by one of my cousin. It has been a good experience for us leaving him there

I had my Kuro stay here from the 9th to the 13th of November 2022 at the BSK 2nd stage branch as I had a family event I needed to attend out of station, and considering her extreme seperation anxiety her pet boarding experience was as smooth as possible with daily updates, their compliance to my requests for a custom meal plan for her, regular photo and video updates during her stay there along with the competent staff. The complimentary bath at the end before i checked her out from her stay was an entirely positive experience, the staff is extremely competent, friendly and answer any sort of question you might have and the pricing was extremely reasonable for the services provided. Any anxiety you might have about this service can be quelled immediately by visiting and taking a look at the facilities and the other dogs staying there during your initial review procedure. I'll definitely be back to Becky's with kuro again!

Marley loves Becky's doggie day care.staff there are amazing and I would highly recommend it, especially at this time when our dogs really need the interaction and socialising. He makes lots of new doggy friends and plays interactive games, I know he just loves going. They also send you regular photos to show you how your dog is doing and keep you updated.

Very satisfied and happy with this boarding and day care. My dog bingo is a frequent visitor here. He always gets excited when we ask him if he wants to go to ‘Beckys’. We can travel tension-free by dropping our dog here.

Becky’s bow wow house has become second home for my pet (Simba). He is really looked after and enjoys the stay with them. We are also tension free as we know he is having a comfortable stay with a wonderful and caring team…

Dogs might not be able to speak and articulate about how they feel but, as pet parents we're very happy about boarding our dog at Becky's Bow Wow. They have very well trained staff who are all animal lovers, take care of our pets like their own. From the big play area for the dogs, to the inside of the house where is it quite warm for the pets during other seasons, Becky's have thought about everything. Happy to have found this place for our pet and I recommend this fully. Leaving your pet behind while you are away has never been more rewarding and safe. Thanks to everyone at Becky's!

I left my pet, Chickoo at Becky's for a month since I had to travel overseas. A few friends highly recommended Becky's and for good reason. On any day Becky's has over tens of friendly dogs where my dog could actually experience how it feels to be part of the pack. They sent me photos and videos of how he was doing everyday. I could see how happy Chickoo was with all his newly made furry friends. They also went a few extra steps in taking care of him such as taking him swimming and giving baths. Overall I couldn't be more satisfied with the way he was taken care of this past month. He came back very happy and healthy!

I sent my pet shadow for one day vacation at becky's and I am very happy with the services. Shadow was treated with love and care at Becky's. Any pet parents going on vacation and don't want your pet to feel alone at home i recommend Becky's bow wow house! ️️️?

One of the Best in Bangalore, rating 5 on staff behavior, cleanliness and as a complimentary my pet was given a grooming service. Also got regular pics and videos which brings us peace seeing that our family member is well taken care off away from home.

I personally was very scared to leave pepper in just any boarding.
I found BECKYs on social media and thought would give it a try.
They kept sharing with me, the videos and pictures of my doggo PEPPER happily playing with the other dogs and totally enjoying her stay.

I have now only this one place to drop pepper at, every time I travel, and each time, she comes back as happy and healthy as when I left her. The place is really clean and well maintained. Your dogs are not tied up, so they feel at ease. They even return the leash to you when you go to drop your dog - that’s the best part!

All in all- this is an amazing place for all doggos when the pet parents are travelling, coz it is certain that the dogs here will be nothing but happy!

Amazing hidden gem in the city. Actually it is soo cool that we wanted to keep it our secret. Cloud level place for pet friends. What more can you say.
