Nice people make our trip nice.thanks to Belaku farmhouse and Mr. Nagraj for all the arrangements and service. Very good and highly recommended for all tourists.

Staying at Belaku Farm House was an absolute delight! The serene and picturesque surroundings provided the perfect escape from city life. The charming farmhouse was tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. We enjoyed exploring the lush gardens and indulging in fresh, organic produce. A truly rejuvenating experience that left us with unforgettable memories. Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed for 3 days and had very good experience. Staff are very friendly. I would like to stay again in this if we revisit gokarna again

One of the best affordable luxury and nature thrilling homestay you could ever find in gokarna. The staff is so good and polite, they will help you in whatever way possible. If you are looking to stay away from city noice and pollution, this is the best stay.

This place is near to the beach. Stayed for a night. Very basic place. Issue was with ordered food items which came from a different place which were very bad. We paid ₹5600 for two rooms per night which was way too much for a place infested with different insects and mosquitoes.

Good place, greenery all around. Rooms are a bit small. There is no restaurant inside, if you ask at the reception they will get the food you want from outside. Tea is readily available.

Good property for staying with family, covered with coconut trees. This property is located outside Gokarna, so there are not any options for breakfast or lunch. They have AC rooms at very reasonable prices and provide WiFi facility as well. The staff is very courteous. We had a wonderful stay here.

This property is scheduled but in the right spot. Away from traffic, best for family stays.

Please inform them once booked online to give a ground floor if required.place might feel bit outside. But we have a beach nearby. Do travel over vehicle from there. Night time it's better to vehicle only.

If you prefer to walk and see location in day time (you will sweat alot because of the temperature ️) Take decision as per your wish.

Good space for parking both bike and car. The VAN (TT) might have to stop near the road itself (50 meters max away from stay)

Its a different experience. Greenery and all. Rooms are bit adjustable, its a beautiful photo place. Trees and all are really beautiful. Nice refreshment. Cost is very low very affordable. People are good and place is also good. You will enjoy for sure.

Nice location to stay with family having own vehicle will add advantage, can prepare food at site and have good time with family, good service from care taker, can order food from location, silent location, well maintained.

Good place for bachelor to chill out. However room and furniture quality need to improve a lot.beach is atleast two to three kms aways.

They are extremely unprofessional with no work ethics.

We had booked the property a month back paying an advance amount, before our visit and informing them about our arrival timings and bearing the additional cost for odd hours of check in time. However, after we reached there at around 11.30 at night driving all the way from Mumbai, we were told that there is no rooms available as some relatives of the owner Mr Gowtham Bhat have suddenly arrived and to accommodate them, the rooms were all taken, and that our rooms are available only after 10 am in the morning.

We tried to reason out with Gowtham on the phone, as we were not able to reach the exact location and hence needed him to guide us. Instead he started giving us multiple excuses to get rid of us

Due to Mahashivratri, none of the other properties around this farm house was available, as my wife started searching for other properties on the various travel sites, as soon as she realised that these guys have ditched us. Further I continued to persuade Gowtham to get us some place for the night and all this happening at midnight, and me being still in my car with my wife.

Finally Gowtham managed to find a hotel for us some 30 kms away from where we were and we had to travel all the way to this new property in Kumta. By the time we reached the property it was 1.15 am.

This was our ordeal, booking Belaku farms property for our vacation. It was a big mistake. Please stay away from this place.

This doesn’t end here though. My friends who had travelled by train were supposed to join us and reach Belaku farms early morning which was also informed to Gowtham a month in advance. My friends: 3 couples and 2 child (less than 5 years). Even they were denied accommodation.

We then spoke to the hotel in Kumta and made some alternate arrangements at their property itself. This was all at an additional cost which we had not budgeted for.

The next day we reached Belaku in the afternoon as we had already paid the advance amount a month back, and to our surprise, there was no rooms still available for us.and Gowtham was not taking our calls.

Finally he took our call and sent some guy saying that there has been a death in his family and hence he had to rush out.and was trying to accommodate us in some other property in the vicinity, though we had booked and paid for Belaku farms.

The other property he was trying to accommodate us, was extremely filthy and stinky and moreover there was no AC, though we had booked AC rooms in Belaku.

Finally we decided enough is enough, asked for a refund and went back to Kumta and stayed in the same hotel we stayed overnight.

It was the worst experience I had so far on my vacations.

The only way we could get such people to task is by avoiding these properties for our vacation. Not to mention the additional cost that we all had to bear and the mental trauma that we had to go through right at the onset of our vacation.

These guys are only interested in minting money and things like customer service, work ethics doesn’t mean anything to them at all.

When I think through of the entire ordeal I sense that, Gowtham may have got a good deal for our rooms from walk-in customers, during Mahashivratri, as a result he just let go off our room, and ditched us, probably coz we got it at a cheaper price since we booked it in advance.

Courteous owner. Very quiet place. They let us stay for extra few hours without any extra charges. He was very helpful when we asked about places to visit and modes of transportation. He helped us with hiring the Scooty as well.

Very homely place with a great co ordinator Mani.has helped us with exploring the beautiful place of Gokarna.

Nice place with a nice host. Initially was little skeptical to book the place by seeing some negative reviews about hot water and online payment. But did not face any issue with it. Every room is having geyser. Spacious rooms. Had a comfortable stay.

Resort is located in the middle of the town in gokarna and the view from the room is cool. Food service were extraordinary. WiFi networks inside the resort area is simply superb. I LOVE THIS PLACE

Tremendous place

We visited Belaku farmhouse in holidays to spend some quality time and we were so happy that we chose this place. Location is heavenly beautiful. Property is near to a village, surrounded by greenery and maintained very well. Rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. They provide delicious food. We enjoyed a lot. One can visit other pilgrim places and also other beaches of Gokarna from the farmhouse. We had so much fun time in this property. Very kind and helping staffs. You have many tourist places to explore nearby this Belaku Farmhouse. Absolutely we had great quality time and a very happy holiday. We definitely prefer this place for our next trip also.

Peaceful surrounding for this place. Amazing staff and owner.must stay place at Golden's so you can avoid the rush near the beach. Evenings and morning are beautiful here.

A good place to have some rest and fun. The only thing is it's little outside from temple and main beach though they help in means of transport if needed. Overall we had good experience spending time over there.

We had a very bad experience with this place. When we had pre booked the place for 3 sharing rooms for AC, the crew gave away the booked rooms to existing guest and offered us smaller rooms without AC. We had no other choice but to look for others and the staff did not even care to offer a better room and were very careless. This was not cool at all.
For hotel service providers who are like this it is too bad for a single star even.

I enjoyed my stay here. There are some downsides though, its far from the major tourist spots in Gokarna and you have to go a long way to get food as there are no restaurants nearby. But if you enjoy staying in a quiet place, surrounded with coconut trees and fresh air, this is a great option in budget-friendly prices. The staff here are really well-mannered, they even arranged taxis for sightseeing purposes when requested. They even provide scooters and bikes for local commute. Rooms are small but clean enough, the wi-fi is really slow and there is no network coverage in this area. Nevertheless, a great place to stay in, only if you can find your way up here.

I stayed here for a night with my family, the farm house is very close to Gokharna Mahabaleshwar temple and beach. Farm house is clean and tidy and you will surely feel overwhelmed by Mr Gautam's Hospitality. We felt like staying in a close friend's house. They are very meticulous in serving the Guests. Mr Viswa the caretaker is very polite and well behaved. Overall one will feel at home and I highly recommend.
