Our Benaka hospital in Ujira provides good service. Due to this, the poor people need a lot of benefits and all the facilities are there. My mother is well looked after by the doctors/staff of this hospital.

Service was very good. We had taken special ward for the treatment to be done for my father. We had to stay for 3 days and all the 3 days they had taken good care of the room by cleaning it everyday 2 to 3 times.
Nurses were very well behaved and helped in all the ways. Doctors used to come every 5 hours to check.
All facilities were good and the hospital is very clean.

If u want to be alive then don't visit this hospital. Just money eaters. Without knowing reason they keep patient n give antibiotics. N when they think it's risky they say take to Mangalore. Black mark for holy medical profession.

With a little bit of fear I got admitted to Benaka hospital for my long pending hernia surgery. It was a great experience here. For my surprise, though I had no other health issues, my BP moved above 140. The anaesthesia doctor Chaithra mam With her very soft and encouraging words brought my BP to normal and the Surgeon Dr. Keshava Prasad and team finished the surgery (both sides) and I am very much satisfied with in 3 days. Great experience here. Hospital as well as hospitality are simply SUPERB.
Many thanks to Dr. Gopalakrishna, Dr. Ashwin Dr. Bharati mam and Dr. ANKITA. Staff nurses, trainee staff and other workers are all very cooperative and always smily. I should be thankful to Dr. Pradeep Navoor for all his help in coordinating the treatment here.

Good service by the staff and doctors are very friendly as well. The suite room is very comfortable and cost efficient. If you have to be hospitalised they take very good care of you here.

Except insurance department everything is good, Insurance department people should learn how to speak with customers. If they are getting irritate by customer question means they are not doing their job properly.
