I have been a fan of your samosa and sweets from the days i had been studying in Air force school, jalahalli east. Are you guys interested in the franchising option or just simply creating another branch? I am a businessman from Whitefield. Do write back on my email.
The speciality of this shop is. 1. The staffs behave so nicely. 2. The sweets and savouries are best available in the entire area. 3. All the puja samagris are available near the shop.
Try it once you will love it. At least it is better than the so called bengal i sweet shops at hebbal
Have a sweet tooth? If yes, then Bengal Sweets is the right place for you. This shop is one of the oldest sweet shops in Bengaluru and does not have any branches. This place has an amazing variety of sweets, and each sweet has a unique taste. They have some snacks, too. Adjacent to the sweet shop, they have a provision store wherein they get items (vegetables included) from Kolkata. You would truly get a feel of Bengal here.
The best place in Bangalore for bengali sweets. Their rasmalai is out of this world: soft, juicy, and just about sweet that melts in your mouth. Similarly, other bengali sweets are great. Their samosas are best too. Overall, the best place for bengali sweets.
I have been going to this shop nearly from last 10+years… those days quality and taste of sweets which were superb and it’s getting reduced. Consistency matters. Recently I bought Rasamalai - taste was Ok Payas - taste was good Champakali was worst.looks like it was old stock.it was hard like dry Mysore pak
The taste is authentic and I have been a regular here since over last 15 years. The sondesh, rosogulla and Samosas are my must-haves whenever I'm around this place.
I understand the management needs to work on QC. The quality has seen deterioration rather than improvement over time. Used to be a customer but changed preferences long ago.
Authentic Bengali Sweet shop.serves great variety. Trusted Quality and Great Taste. Highly recommended if you love Bengali Sweets. Owner is very sweet and great person.
I went there for to place an order and the staff were talking amongst themselves in bengali to deliberately to overharge me for everything. Since I understand the language confronted them and the old man (I guess owner or manager) started shouting at me. Terrible behavior and not at all customer friendly. They are rude and only interested in cheating customers.
I visited this place as many of my friends suggested me the place because of the taste. With high expectations I too visited the place but the attitude of the staff was not at all good and was speaking in som different language as I was speaking in kannada. The are not giving respect to people who speak kannada. They do discrimination between people coming in bike and car. The attitude of the staff is not at all good. People who are planning to visit this place pls be careful about the behaviour and attitude of the staff and don't be surprised. They don't communicate to you properly instead they keep on talking in their language which I did not understand. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED?
Bengali sweets are their speciality. They are proud of their sweets, snacks and rightfully so. Everytime I visit the area I make sure I go to their shop and satisfy my soul.
There is a touch of Bengal in this shop. The sweets have a Bengali taste. The upkeep of the shop can improve without compromising with the quality of sweetmeat.
A very old shop that carries its traditional tasty bengali sweet till today. Varieties of bengali sweets available at reasonable prices. Try out their mishti doi (sweet curd), rasmalai and Sandesh (dry sweet). Recommend visit if you are near Jalahalli area.
Quality and taste is very good But quite overpriced Strictly NO digital payment options and they have decided to never have that option of payment! Otherwise, nice and pure vegetarian.
The taste is absolutely delicious. 2 star only because they accept nothing but Cash as payment. We live in digital world but they still live in 90’s. Change is constant guys.
Very expensive even for the basic goods, but would like to appreciate the effort taken by the Bengali sweets team to bring up things all the way from West Bengal to serve all "probashi bangali".
Very good authentic Bengali sweets. Khirer Payesh is especially very tasty. Hope they had Bengali Chandraphuli (coconut sweet) & Kolkata Sonpapri though. Prices are at par with any other sweet shops in Bangalore. Only disappointment is that they don't accept card payment. Also quality of oil used in some items isn't so good.
They have variety of Bengal sweets. However I felt the items don't move as much as it is produced here, so the sweets here are not fresh. It's good when its fresh but most of the times that I have been here I was served old stock of sweets only.
I don't like their mishti dhai as they use too much elaichi in it and they don't even smash it, you will get chunks of elaichi while eating the curd which effectively ruins the taste completely.
The most famous sweet shop around Gangamma circle, is now not that happening place, because they post lot of restrictions, and they don't keep change, they need exact rupees to be given, which is not.appretiated.they don't support digital money, only cash.which is again not acceptable, as a customer we look for simplicity.in doing the payments.
Sweets are great. Optimally sweetness not like others who just give sugar syrup in the name of sweets. The only thing odd is they don't accept cards. You need to make payments in cash.
Sweet tastes good.but now they have priced high. Cost of two somosa and two rasmail cost d 120/-, highly priced and to much of attitude the people who serves. And they only take cash no wallet money or card.
The kachori they make here is the best I had till date. This sweet shop may delight Bengalis to satisfy their sweet tooth. Variety of sweets at comparatively less prices from other reputed shops are available here.
