Also the staffs are very good and help you in each steps

Feeling happy to share my experience with BAC that I had running nose and sneezing from 7 years and I tried many methods of medication. Which was giving problem to my daily activities. Then One of my friend suggested this centre and now I'm feeling fine. There staff here very friendly and cooperative.

Im writing after seeing few negative reviews. I visited BAC 6 months back for my sister who was suffering from asthma. I consulted a junior doctor there, Dr explained everything about her condition, why each test is done, and about how the treatment works. She is receiving immunotherapy and almost all her symptoms are gone, except for occassional mild flare ups. We are totally satisfied with the treatment. About the cost, yeah bit expensive, but its banglore, healthcare is expensive everywer in banglore. But still I felt it was a decent pricing. Staffs were supportive and hard working. One negative thing I felt is the waiting period to get appointment and waiting time at the clinic.

If you are struggling with allergies and unknown chronic ENT issues, please do visit this place for the corrective treatment.

Very bad experience. Even after taking an appointment, the receptionist made me wait 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor. Had to repeatedly keep asking. No sense of responsibility at all. After that, when the tests were supposed to be done, had to wait again, thanks to the receptionist. Ended up losing my patience and not getting it done. Would definitely say any other place is better than this. All in all a very bad experience and the worst management

I am writing the review for the hospital waiting for the doctor as he is busy with medical representative and some his off his family friends talking and unattended patients wating outside, the lady in the reseption is helpless and she tells the other so called manager or senior just ignoring and saying patients will wait please ignore them. It's very unprofessional place no value to appointment and time of patients.

The doctors answered all of my questions and explained my condition very well. The place is specifically for allergy and is very effective. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Looting money.
They sell a powder which is called Nasal irrigation solvent (NIS) which is nothing but table salt (sodium chloride) and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) which hardly cost ₹10 but this clinic is charging whooping 210₹. Don't buy NIS from them prepare at home by yourself.
As others mentioned treatment is very costly and there is no guarantee that allergy will get cured.

Dear doctor, Stop telling people allergy is not curable. After not finding cure from your centre, I took Ayurvedic treatment and now I am happily living a allergy free life.

People with allergy please stop going behind these modern medicines which will empty your pocket.

Find some Ayurvedic doctor and get cure.

I am writing this review after reading many reviews here.i am an ent doctor from a.p. Who came to know about this center 12 yrs back.both my children were suffering with allergic rhinitis.my search for latest treatments for allergic rhinitis in the world led me to trt called slit (sub lingual immunotherapy) where the allergen responsible for allergic rhinitis has to be kept below the tongue.the body slowly adjusts to the allergen and allergy goes away.the only problem is the long period of trt roughly 5yrs.patient has to rigorously follow the schedule without break.both my children got relief from allergic rhinitis and now they are doing well.i have referred many patients from a.p to this center.most of them got relieved, some got their severity reduced, only one or two didn't get relief.the main problem I observed is patients do not understand the mechanism of slit and expect complete cure.also compliance is a problem.some are very irregular and get frustrated and show their anger on doctor.slit is the latest trt and hopefully new developments which shorten the duration of trt will increase the success rate.some of the patients problems in reviews seem to be of ent problems like chronic sinusitis, where they will have chronic cough unresponsive to slit.some medical conditions also cause chronic cough.so patient needs thorough evaluation.

Has all the facili under one roof for the treatment of allergies. Dr Nagendra Prasad is well experienced in management of allergy diseases.

I have been to the referral center for allergy in banglore. I was told that they provide the best treatment and evaluation of allergies by my friend. I really thank her for showing me the right place.

Lady on phone was helpful and gave complete information. Timing are 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday Rs 700 for doctor consultation and 700 for allergy test,

I first consulted doctor in 2013, i was having breathing and wheezing issues in Bangalore. When i was in my hometown i was like any other normal person but in Bangalore i had those issues maybe because of weather.

Same as others i also went for all the allergy test which was costly. But I was fine with those tests as I thought those will help me to find out the triggers. As per doctor I was allergic to dust mites. Doctor gave me his usual slit tabletes, inhaler and nasal spary.

His medicines gave me immidiate relief (maybe just inhaler). I even completed his 5 years course. I was fine until I was taking medicine. Last i consulted doctor in 2018.

During the 5 years tests were conducted couple of times, vaccine was given. More medicines were added. Dosez were added or reduced etc.

Till those 5 years i blindly trusted doctor. 5years is a very long time finally i decided to not consult doctor at BAC in 2018 and I stopped going to the doctor and thought of consulting pulmonologist.

I am still having same breathing and wheezing problem when I had those in 2013. Nothing improved.
Since I don't have any other option, i take inhaler almost every day. After taking inhaler I feel better.

Medicines are not provided on time and also we should wait for hours for our Turn to meet dr even after taking appointment so what is the use of appointment useless

I supposed to contact related my skin allergy but after going through the reviews my mind changed better not to waste my money over here.

The blood test during allergy diagnosis looks to be completely waste. I dont understand why blood test is done when it is clear that the problem is specific to bangalore pollution and environment. Otherwise it looks to be fine. Got a bit of relief from regular sneezes with two month medication but need to observe for a few more months to see if the treatment really gives permanent solution. Costwise it is bit high with lot of medicines.

My daughter had urticaria, they ran tests and gave medicine, it took 2 months but it worked. I tried other places for a year and nothing worked before that. Thanks BAC

Useless place. Had spent more than 18,000 rs just for diagnosis. Thanks to my insurance company for paying it out. The results were worthless. After persistently questioning them, they said I was allergic to mould, ladies finger and mint and gave me slit therapy. Firstly, the treatment didnt work even after an year. Then i found out all their diagnosis was wrong. I was only allergic to pollens and nothing else. Came to London and got my treatment done. Con people.they are only making money because there is no other established center for allergy treatment in bangalore or even in India.

Went for my wife. They are doing all round treatment for allergy. Prescribed vitamin d, some pro biotic etc. Need to wait for final outcome. Will change rating later

The front office staff is extremely disinterested. The lady at the pharma was unwilling to take card for the payment and lied that they don't have an EDC Machine (I had paid for the doctor charges with a card just about 15 mins prior)

I had been there 4 years back and was having sneezing and running nose problem. It was resolved by their medicines (Nasal Irrigation and a nasal Spray) but i have to take medicine regularly now also, if i stop it comes again severely. Not sure how it will be cured fully.may be i have to move out of banglore, bcoz whenever i am out of banglore its fine:)

Very rude people. The treatment is costly. First time visiting cost will be 20k. And about the treatment. It is really costly and some of the major medicines are manufactured by them so we have to pay the prices quoted. And there are people got positive changes and also who just spent their money for years for nothing. So it depends on your body and health.

There is no zero star rating. So only I preferred one star. It's a dabba hospital. Unfriendly staff. Is that nagerdraprasad a doctor. He look into the others pocket. Firstly he Vl ask our profession n then he Vl charge for, the unwanted test. I suggest not to go any one there. They Vl make us to adict to their hospital. For ten days I nearly spent around 20k. But I don't not recovered even one percent. That from office lady. Who is wearing white shirt always act's lik a doctor. Its a fradulant hospital n doctor. Nagendra doesn't ask patient problem. Just give for the test.

This is a pucca con job place. I went there for a year. For sometime it looked like it was working (was probably giving me a usual suppressor drug) but after awhile my allergy came back with a vengence. Its a purely money spinning enterprise. Later on I learned that there is basically no cure for an allergy. If anyone finds a cure they will get a Nobel prize in medicine it seems, but these people promise to eradicate it:). The doc is boorish with major attitude and his English, my God its pathetic. Cant make any sense of the stuff he's written. Have serious doubts if he's a doctor to begin with.

My registration number is 0522/2017. After taking treatment for 8 months and spending around 40,000 plus, I feel I have been cheated by Banglore allergy center. I request any new comers think thrice before consulting BAC. Initially they will welcome in a grand way. After 3-4 consultations after extracting thousands of rupees from you, this staff as well as doctors will be very rude at patients. Beware of BAC. This is my honest opinion. Even after 8 months treatment, I didn't find any inch of improvement.

My Cousin said Doctor was Good and his prescription will cure but my experience is He is giving heigh steroid content medicine prescriptions and doctor manners and his interaction with Patients is not Patients friendly He behaves like all patients are illiterate patients can't understand anything about Medical Exams and Medicine. And even Here they make so many medical tests and looting people money for his consult he takes 500₹. Mainly Front office Aunty behaviour is disgusting she is an arrogant lady very rude manners and talks she don't know how to speak with Patients and one more girl is there she looks cute but her behaviour and talks are not fair.these two and doctor has to learn how to behave with patients with A Dobi Lady Who is making ironing Cloths infront of this clinic.

Definitely among the worst doctors that I've seen in terms of interaction, manners and diagnosis. Took my father to get a second opinion on a persistent allergy problem and utterly dissatisfied with the entire experience. As my father was explaining his problems the doctor kept yawning and almost dozed off. He flatly refused to see the previous reports and bluntly asked us to get an abrasion test. We were asked to see him the next day and when we met him he stated that my father does not have any food allergy and the rashes he was getting was caused due to abrasion. Since my father was getting the rashes immediately after consuming certain food and the previous report indicated the same, we asked the doctor if a food profile test was necessary. His answer was 'you can get it done if you have too much money'. Extremely arrogant and inefficient doctor, not recommend at all.
