This hotel was classy.service.room.cleaniness was awsome.had a lovely day with my family.will visit again for sure.

Very helpful and friendly customer service. Every inch of the place is clean and provides a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Hotel is good. I was there for a meeting.ambience was good but the seating was very crunched with less leg room.could have organised better.

We had a team lunch in this place but I found their price for buffet doesn't satisfy the foods they provide for that price, cause some are not up to standard

Sunday brunch was good, had a memorable day, but room service was poor, we didn't had enough water in our room, we tried to call room service but phone was broke. Overall experience was ok.recommend for a short visit

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Great rooms with all amenities. Rooms and the items were clean. The staff goes above and beyond for guest service. Fastest check-in and check-out experience so far. No complaint for the hotel itself.

If you are looking to dine out or visit malls, they are slightly far. There are some eateries nearby, but they did not have good reviews. Hotel food is good.

The ball room, wash room didn't seem to have been cleaned from the night before, although fragrance had been out, to keep it smelling good.

This hotel is too good! It makes you feel so luxurious, with a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, auditorium, and many more features it's one of the best places for a business stay! I enjoyed the stay here a lot! A few of the things which bug me were the washroom in my room did not have a proper alignment of doors so it doesn't close properly! Else it was a great stay! The view from my window was just amazing!

Was surprised to see how shabily they maintain spaces which are not accessed by the rich and the affluent.

Service lift, parking, there was water leakage, bottles littered, stinking sewage. The rich versus poor divide is super strongly visible in the hotel.

Place is good for stay, but didn't really appreciate the food arrangements nor the hospitality especially during dine-in.

Buffet was not as per expectations. I went first time in Marriott. Very less variety for Veg. Icecream was not there.

Food is not that much great. In this hotel only high class family can enjoy and afford. For middle class people it will be not fine.

Nice place and awesome ambience. Good service and fell relax. Big swimming pool and indoor games for kids and adults for time pass. You can enjoy ur stay.

Super Pathetic! Worst Experience Ever. We were made to wait for more than 2 hours with a small kid for formalities. After booking also there were no rooms available. Never again to Marriott!

Booked for a staycation for 31st Dec, The service is pathetic, they made us stand at the checkin counter for an hour that too when I tried checking in at 5 PM. Horrible service spoiling the name of Marriot.

Very expensive & poor quality of food, No customer care, No welcome drink, One can never have a Five Star Hotel experience, This Hotel is only for Higher class people but not for middle class family.

Rating only the food (lunch buffet). The lunch buffet spread here used to be awesome a couple of years ago. One of the best in Whitefield. Now it's pretty ordinary, and I am not sure why the dip. Gone are my favorite cold cuts and salads.the number and quality of starters have dipped too. Though this has been a favorite place foe me over the years, at the current spread and price. I am not going back!

The over all stay was pathetic. The services are frustrating. No one pick up call, you need to wait for hours to get right service. The food quality and spread not as per Marriott standard. Extremely limited live counter. Think twice before choosing this Marriott

Pathetic. Booked staycation for 31st, Waited 1 hour in queue to get the formality done and then another 2 hour for room. Check in was at 3 and till 6 they donot have rooms Ready. Utter nuisance. Writing this review while waiting in the lobby. We have a small kid and they simply ruined our staycation.

Worst service ever. Booked for New Year celebration 2 days back but on arrival had to wait in the reception for more then 3 hrs and the excuse was.we don’t have rooms so need some time. It was worst decision ever to come here. Just spoilt the mood. Pathetic place to come for anything.

Issues I faced:

I asked them to clean my room but they said we will do after some time!

I had ordered a Awadhi lamb biryani and they didn't send me a salan which is inclusive with biryani as mentioned in a menu

I had dinner which is inclusive on my room charges and they waited me for couple of minutes to check this is inclusive or not!

These are not expected from a 5 star hotel!

Worst buffet at M cafe in Marriott.
For the amount we pay and the food we get its a total dissapontment. Even the hospitality is bad.
Nobody attends to the guests and we don't get the food on time. I was even told that the food is over at some point, I mean its a buffet for which people are paying and we are told that the food is over. Even the food I got was undercooked and had to return it.
Above all from a place like Marriott better hospitality was expected and this was s total disappointment. Any other local buffet place have better food and service than Marriott.

Business hotel in Whitefield in the midst of the technology companies. Well maintained and well run property.

Never been to a 5-star hotel with such a hit-and-miss service desk. A lot of items in our buffet dinner were cold. We were left to wait a long time for breads. Breakfast was okayish. The quality and quantity of toiletries could be better. Medical assistance team should communicate better what they can/can't do.

Do not waste money here. Try a real 5 star.

- You keep on calling on intercom nobody responds.
- Serious safety issue. There was a need for medical assistance but nobody responded on the medical/emergency extensions even though it was daytime. Our friends staying in other room too tried on our behalf and failed, so it was not phone issue. We then seeked help on the general reception extension but the lady bluntly said she cannot help and hung up without any care.
- Each of the Veg starter served as part of buffet dinner was cold (non veg was fine). Repeated complaints didn't help and we gave up. Then for main course, we waited for more than 1.5 hours but couldn't get any bread.had to make do with rice. Nobody was really bothered, they just made empty promises and went away. Many items had run out and were not replenished at all. All this when we reached early enough for dinner.
- Next morning breakfast same story. Poor service.
- They behave like an oyo room when requested for toiletries - even if you ask, you will be ignored silently.
- We wanted to believe maybe it was a one off experience and shared feedback with reception executive Mr Amit. We were surprised we were not even allowed to register a formal complaint. Lack of any tangible response to such a negative feedback indicates the problem is system wide. They simply do not care.

Do not waste money here. Try some real 5 star.

Old but good banquet hall. But zero coordination between executives. Very very poor communication.

It sure is not 5 stars as listed. The rooms are very small, there are evenings where there are power outages. Many times there was no hot water in the shower.

Security. Service bad
washroom cleanliness very bad. Not freshner or time to time servicing, no flush work.
Coffee is very bad. In fact very bad
Parking to ground floor stairs are like never cleaned from 1 year.
Even the floor carpets. Very dirty make sure kids donot sit there.

Had the buffet at M Cafe. Really good spread with a wide selection of dishes. Hummus Pita, Dal Makhani, Soup and Phulka rotis were really good. There's also a live counter for Chinese, pasta and chaat. Overall a good experience. We were celebrating a birthday and they gave a complementary cake too. Moderately priced, good ambience for conversations. Food isn't exemplary - but is decent. Staff really courteous and prompt.

Had been here for a staycation. Just loved the food, hospitality and everything about this place. If you really wish for a change during these tough times book a staycation at Marriott and enjoy with your family.

COVID has made this place not attractive. The basement parking was like a local bus stand dark and dingy. Food is OK. Was not a bright place when we went for lunch with a customer

Really needed a small vacation during these tough times and booked a junior suite here. I can confidently say It was totally worth it and I really loved the customer care and service provided by the staff. The forgiving check in and out timings special requests and everything included was managed perfectly well. The breakfast and the evening lounge was an icing on the cake. Only regret i had was having to leave in a day. I am looking forward to spending more time here. I am really happy and true to its reputation, Marriott has made this a place to rely for a good time.

Room services were good, breakfast was excellent, but the appliances like phone should be updated as they seem to be 20 years old. So apart from it, it was good.

The cafe is great with options, the open area is good too. They rent out the spot for events. Rooms are spacious with great bathroom accessories, some with bathtubs too! Good view in rooms above floor 10.

Visited for dinner and chooses buffet. It really very bad experience experience in terms of items and food test. I can say food taste was not good and most of the times dish bowls was empty. There were no proper management for hospitality. Staff served both veg and non veg together to vegetarians guys without let them know about food and initially for non vegetarian item they kept food name board as vegetarian like instead of chicken Manchu soup they kept board as veg manchu soup. It’s really horrible experience at marriot whitefield. Never thought Marriott Whitefield could ever be this bad. Shocking.

A very good breakfast spread. Overall a good stay but the reason for star deduction is somethings are not expected from a 5 star hotel. First in the room we were given there were many small hair strands in the bathtub and near the table we found date seed (In times like this made me think if the room was cleaned or sanitized). Second the buffet for lunch and dinner the non veg variety was less and also food didn't taste right we have given this feedback in specific so hoping gets better soon. If you are looking for place to follow covid protocols and maintain some social distance this is not the place as the crowd is too high to do Anything about it.

It is a decent place, but the food at the buffet wasnt that God at all. Doesn’t do justice to the price tag of Rs 1650 (including gst). The rest of the menu was pretty alright. I have tried almost everything and wasn't satisfied with having anything twice.

Checked in the property for a staycation for two days. The it's huge and grand. It was very warm welcome by the staff and very flawless and swift check in process by front desk. Provided early check-in by reception. I requested for the high rise room which is also taken care. The room is very nice and spacious. The lighting is absolutely spot on and perfect to soothe the mind. Everything is very clean and tidy. Bed is also very comfortable. The view from the room is also very nice. The staycation offer includes all meals and at very affordable rates.

Had a great evening here last weekend, thanks to Gaurav Kapoor. Everything seems to be perfect here right from ambience to food. Loved the buffet, infact i think the buffet of marriott is best in terms of taste & price. The service part was exceptional. Overall had great hospitality experience. Valet switch over was smooth.

We paid almost 4K for a buffet for 3 people and we literally wasted our money on food. Never go for food. Mariott hould learn from Sheraton Grand. Whitefield.

The staff at Marriott gave us an impeccable experience of service and courtesy, though there was a lockdown the staff was at their best. Special thanks to Chef Ronny Chakraborty and Sandeep for taking into considerations of my dietry preference, and Mr Amit, who was in charge for guest relations.

Stayed here for a business trip. Room and washroom was clean and kept very tidy. Buffet was amazing and staff always took extra effort to ask if I liked the food and if they should make something special. Terrible. Sham of a buffet, 1/4th the usual variety, dish bowls empty most of the times, tasteless food, and discourteous staff like Mr Raj.complete fleecing. Never thought Marriott Whitefield could ever be this bad. Shocking. No one in my extended family, relatives and friends in Whitefield are ever visiting this place anytime soon.

We were celebrating our son's birthday while on the stay. And they made his birthday very memorable and made sure he was happy.
Ofcourse there were restrictions on the property. Only the main dining room was open. The other restaurants were closed.
The pool and spa and other activities were closed keeping in mind the covid restrictions.
Great food as well.
To make our son's birthday memorable he was given a cake thrice and he was the happiest.
Clean rooms and good housekeeping services too.
Concluding, this is definitely the place to stay if you are looking to stay in whitefield.

The room was well organised, cleaned. Unfortunately only mCafe was open due to obvious reasons (Pandemic), but food taste and quality was good. Staff were really friendly and services and Covid regulations are well met.

Hospitality and food was nice, but we expected breakfast on bed as also got confirmation in the mail while booking, even when informed during dinner previous night, but while ordering in the morning I was informed that it will be chargeble. I didn't get that if there is such terms then why you need to confirm or mention that in the mail! Thoigh we enjoyed our staycation there.and the pool view room is just good for the day if only one look at the pool.at night the pool was just blank as there was no light there.

Rooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed. The restrooms were neat and well planned. Bed was extremely comfortable with soft pillows to rest our heads after a heavy party. In-hotel food options were solid and not as overpriced/marked up as I would have expected. The food was served from an open kitchen with steaming hot delicious chicken, pork, fish, biryani and ended on a high note with complementary dessert from the Chef. Not to forget the high-tea options and taste was extraordinary. Couldn’t stop ourselves from tasting the varieties of food that was served up. Service was attentive and gracious with remarkable server who’s as passionate and welcoming as the Chef. What more could you ask?

The breakfast was fantastic with options to choose from English and Indian. It was an experience of delicious food. If I could, I would do it all over again. They definitely have a returning customer!

I am a frequent traveller and I stayed at this hotel one year before and had one of my best times! After that I always choose this hotel whenever I visit bangalore, The staff treated me like royalty and every part of my experience was top-notch! Special thanks to Mr. Hemanth who helps me always with his extreme service. The rooms are spacious, contemporary, extremely clean and well-maintained and it is situated away from the traffic, a calm and quite place too! I prefer this hotel for my future stays!

Their Sunday brunches are pretty good with a very wide spread of Indian, continental and multiple live counters. They also do a live music band along with some magic shows for the kids. There is always something for the kids to keep them occupied.

Simply awesome. Its Marriott, you can't find issues to complain over the standards or services. As usual Iam Happy with the room, services, food taste and quality. It's sad to hear that less than 10% occupancy there in this hotel. They served buffet breakfast on Day 1 but due to very less people they did not kept the buffet. But breakfast is complimentary and they served what ever you want in unlimited number as you get in buffet. Iam really happy with their services right from check in to check out. I wish they will get more bookings as before.

No more good service in current situation. We stayed on all meals plan. Lunch and dinner services were good. During breakfast they treated us very bad as if we have to beg for breakfast items. Really not worth of its name and past reputation

New year's Eve event was good. The live band could have been better. Food was taken away before the time given. Hotel rooms were clean comfortable spacious and we'll maintained.

I am a member of the Marriott group, and visit this property often. I love each and every one of their resteraunts. The staff is courteous and helpful, the food is scrumptious and elegant. But the best part. Their chefs take a personal interest in your table, helping you out with food choices, dish customization and even take the extra step in making your meal as delightful as possible. Special shoutout to Chef Dola Singh for going above and beyond every single time. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice place, good hospitality, but food was not even equal to 2 star hotel, same like normal restaurant, deserts was worst, not expected five-star hotel have icecream quality is same like 5rs cup rosdside.

Seriously is one of the best 5 star hotels in Bangalore it's have a decent mute party hall like it covers like around up to 400 to 500 peoples, A very posh customer service and delicious food with all facilities.

It's a luxurious hotel with all amenities inside it.they have gym, spa, swimming pool, conference rooms, meeting Halls etc.they also help companies in conducting parties and dj at night with all varieties of food. It's expensive to the sky as expected but it's worth it.they have good amount of parking space for both two wheelers and four wheelers.but it's place bit outside so reaching the heart of Bengaluru take at least two hours

I travel quite a lot, I spend around 80 to 100 nights a year in hotels. This is now the best hotel I’ve found regarding the kindness of the staff. It was amazing it was like being at home. The kitchen staff leader coming at your table and starting a conversation about Indian food and preparing just for you some special dishes that were not on the menu. The people at the reception and concierge. All the staff in the floor. It was amazing. Plus incredible food at the restaurant (calling it a buffet it doesn’t even start to give it justice) with every night a different theme. Rooms super clear and spacious. 10 stars out of 5

Great spread with respectable variety. Some issues with one particular dessert but that could just be due to picky taste buds. Pretty far away from the city centre but that's okay. Great lawn and fountain out front.

Was here on a official business. The hospitality was awesome. Just a caveat was during the reception for checkin as the hotel staff was confused to what to as it took them a while to figure out whom and how to allocate the rooms. Neverthless the corporate facilities and service were awesome Coming to room service it was good not upto the mark as expected, but end of the day it was compensated. Overall it was a pleasant stay and relaxed working environment

I attended the annual party of our office in Marriott Whitefield. The hotel location easily accessible by public transport. Ball room was well maintained and the food & staff were awesome.

Breakfast is really nice with such variations, and bit spacious rooms. They have super friendly staff and good facilities room. If you are in Whitefield, either for leisure or work, this is a good choice for a stay near the hotspots area. You can just walk 5-8mins to reach the shopping mall and get plenty of choices for foods and beverages, shopping, and some souvenirs, or if you are lucky you can also watch some dance performances inside.
