Bengaluru TVS service centre

There is no manager at the site.
Apparently everyone is the manager what I could figure out by talking to one of the executive.
Also they couldn't clean the bike even after attempting to clean it for the 3rd time but they were never behind when it came to the bill.
Very awful.
If you like to take good care of your vehicle, don't go here please.

Very pathetic service and they big money looters. I have been using various centers earlier, however recently I started using this due to close proximity to my house and every time they loot money like anything and I find strange how every time some or the other problem they keep telling and get some charges. I have their annual maintenance service at an added cost, however even for normal service they charge still a big amount claiming that there checks are not coveted in the annual maintenance service.no one will explain all these before we buy ams and beware of this tvs centre. I have found their quality of service also not upto mark

I would like to appreciate customer service of Mr Puneeth. He picked up my Jupiter from home having battery issues and got it fixed promptly. Very genuine and polite person.

Very pathetic experience. Give any vehicle to them and they will change battery even if current one is fine, ensure that bill goes to Rs. 4000.

My bike is also having some vibrations and noise after the service.

5 other customers collected their bikes when I went there to pick up my bike and everyone's story is same (changing parts unnecessarily and final amount is way more than the estimate given).

It's better to give bike to some local bike shop and get it repaired in front of us.

Mr Kiran and Mr Pranov have been of great help. They were patient enough in understanding the issues I had with my bike and could resolve it quickly.

Service they are not doing proper. Multiple visit required even after telling them. What is the issue we are facing

Very bad customer experiences and they will not look at the problem also. I suggest even do not buy the vehicle also there. Full of scams

Well behaved staff and servicing done as per TVS standards. The cost and all questions are fully explained at first itself. Service done in 4 hours. I'm happy. Will leave my scooter again here for servicing next time. Keep up the good work.

I went there for TVS Wego Service,
Service staff don't follow any quality check before delivery, but they're very prompt on heavy Bills. After paid service I found couple of issues with cleaning and grease applications. Long story short, service is.not worth here. Look for another service station.

Only good point is it is close to my apartment

I had an appointment for bike service at 8 AM. The service center was not open untill 8: 30. At 8: 30, a mechanic opened the place and informed me that service advisor will be in only at 9 AM. My vehicle was taken in at 9: 30 as the service advisor was in only at that time. If you are not open till 9: 30, why do you ask customers to come in at 8?

Little costly than other tvs service centers and has separate costing for everything. For a paid service amount of 650, they informed me that they just inspect that amount and nothing else. However other places do the entire service in the same amount without oil.

Good experience with the service centre the vehicles r fine n good serviced by the staffs.v had given our bike for the service it's running good than before it was evn the staffs r good towards the customer

Worst TVS service centre of Karnataka. They are slow like hell. Work is not upto the mark. Don't go here for insurance claim, they kept my vehicle for more than 15days for insurance claim. Not picking up the call. I will not visit here again.

Third class customer service, no respect for customers, not helpful plz take your bike for service center in some other tvs

Im trying to reaching out service center from morning, phone is ringing but no one is answering. Is it the good way to treat your customer?
Last service I have done by the same service center and so much damage has done and delivered to home.

Only will get call from service center for service from one lady. After that no one will respond customer calls.

I hope purposefully doing all those things or no one is there to manage the service center.

My IQUBE vehicle started giving throttle error since yesterday. With this problem vehicle keeps giving beep sound while charging and it doesn't move when the error appears. Mr Madhu has attended the vehicle and identified it as a TPS issue.
Thanks to his courtesy, attention and speed of work. Rectified the issue very fast.

Pathetic service. They will overcharge uselessly. Firstly they will call daily to arrange pickup for service but once you schedule a pickup.they will not come and cut your call on your face or simply won't answer. Then if they say that the service would be done by 3.30pm, that's a lie again, they will not do it even till 6.30 pm. 9 hours for 2 wheeler service for an year old vehicle. They will change the part without even asking and will then charge you high. Even the staff is not good. Customer service has no manners.
Please get your vehicle serviced somewhere else.

Very good service. Their service is professional and good. Staff is also friendly and cooperative. There are no extra charges here. The vehicle feels better to ride after servicing here. If you stay in Haralur or Kasavanahalli locality I will only recommend this service center for your TVS vehicles.

Vehicle broke down and not able to start.
Arrived at this service center and got very satisfactory service from Anthony.
Got it repaired in very less time.

I bought a tvs ntorq from here and after a month a gave a bike to service same place, a bad review from my side, they didn't do the proper service after a some days I start getting problem on my scooter mileage + pick-up not as it was before and I won't know there is a sound I am noticing after service.
