Receptionist with no soft skills whatsoever. I had taken subscription in Jan for 6 hours. At that time they didn’t mention expiry time. More importantly they didn’t provide any bills or receipts or sms or email or anything. At that time when I asked for bill she told me to just come and tell the mobile number. Now they are telling the pack is expired. What is customer’s fault in this? Completely rude behaviour from receptionist (like: abhi kuchh nhi kr sakte sir, aapko jo krna hai wo kro) even though I was being calm and trying to ask where is my fault in all this.
It was better, now there is no respect for the customers, receptionist talks sweet untill you take some package or membership, they won't explain the conditions, no followup if the membership is going to expire, lot of attitude as if we are going for free, I paid 6k she said it's for 3 session and no comment on validity, when I went again. She said it's expired, I was trying to reason with her but she was acting as if she owns the place and asked me to "go go". I left the place in order to keep my cool
Had a pleasant experience at berry, they never disappoint. Therapist was Catherine and she was very good with deep tissue massage. Definitely recommended.

I went to here 8 Months ago, After that i went to 3 another SPAs, but i did not felt good. Thai Berry Spa remembers me alot. Its a very very satisfactory experience here. Soon i will visit again here!
This famous quote came into my mind after visiting Berry Thai Spa. Even though i have passed aside this spa many times whenever I was in Marathahalli but couldn't step into it. I made a random visit to this spa yesterday while waiting for the bus and all of a sudden i noticed their board and without a second thinking i stepped into it. I must say that I had received one of the best massages till now.
Place:
Place was clean and well maintained. Room is not that much spacious and the bathroom was clean with hot water shower facility.
Service:
Service was excellent. The manager lady Kim Them was very sweet and polite. I had opted for Swedish Massage for 45 mins. I had to pay Rs 1900 for the same. The price of the massage is Rs 3000 if its taken for 3000.
The highlight of the spa is that they have got Thai Therapists to perform the massage. Altogether they have got 6 Thai therapists and 2 south Indians to cater the needs of the customers.
My Therapist for the day was Dedee She is a thai therapist and her massage was super awesome. The best massage I have ever got. She is professional in her work and applied the right pressure on my back to douse off the pain. I really enjoyed and felt pampered in the massage given by her and it made my day. I look forward to have her massage again in my visit to Berry Spa.

Verdict:
One of the best Spas in Marathahalli area and one of the best spas which I have visited in my Spa journey. Perfect massage and excellent patron engagement makes a customer to visit this place again. I look forward to visit again to get another lovely massage.
Awesome place for body spa and massage. After searching, finally got one professional massage centre where in you can relax without any worries.
