A couple of drops of rain renders their grid useless and pair that with staff that is least bothered, you have this dichotomy of the IT hub of India ready to go back to the dark ages. Cannot wait for them to be replaced by private sector like other major cities.

Very pathetic service there is frequent power outages without any prior notification and for nearly 6-7 hours how can u possibly think of living without electricity for 6-7 hours in this scorching summer, there maintenance work never seem to end absolutely worthless
