More employees are martyred in the power supply sector than in all other sectors. Therefore, the department is spending crores of rupees to prevent electricity leakage. Similarly, if the department undertakes a program to reduce the number of people dying (due to accidents) (through any program), the lights of some houses will be lit. It is wrong to choose.

Because the soul of a pillar of a family who was a victim of a mistake he did not commit, was wandering around as a demon cursing, the progress of the company!

Human birth is great.

So please save those who die for no reason, the institution will also survive.

I like the Electric charging stations provided in the campus with both AC & DC options, also the campus is maintained nicely.

Best best ever. Now any issues we have helpline 1912. Loved the way they come. Thank you. But A request as we all are aware with the pendamic all our homes office places are vaccent. Min charges of bills and if we don't pay addon intrest. It's only disappointment.

Can we have pause option until we get our homes to rent so that unnecessary charges we would not pay. Getting burden to pay even we lost jobs. A humble request to do

As said above EV Charging station is talk of the day. One of the best service area from this Giant. (TN govt should visit this unit and study how this company sending Monthly bills for its EB consumers. Please compart hthis with lataaaest Election promise of the DMK) ?) coming to this beautiful office in the Cuppon Park, the office has go a vinaya temple.

BESCOM is wrost.wrost.wrost. Always Power cuts in Nelamangala and surrounding areas for 8 to 9hrs in a day for whole 365days in a year and unresponsive staff. I am complained since 2019 about frequently power cuts in our areas till now they are no single solutions from them they will say we can't supply electricity without uninterrupted

Beautiful, service organisation, established in 19th century as electricity department, then it became Karnataka electricity Board, it became Bescom in 2002,

Bescom is one of the most mismanaged service providers. Its MD says really good things about their preparedness for monsoon and comments that there is surplus of power however she also mentions that there are 10k+ complaints raised with Bescom everyday. This proves that effectiveness of ensuring this benefit of surplus power to the tax paying citizens is next to zilch. The poorly maintained hardwares, cables, MUSS, feeders, transformers, etc.are all tell tale signs of how Bescom is ill performing and depriving tax payers from the bare necessity of having electricity in our house holds. Everyday we are facing frequent power cuts and trust me, it need not be because of heavy rain or strong wind as it can happen even when the sun is shining bright or the weather being pleasant. I strongly urge privatisation of this organisation! Jai Hind

There are frequents power cuts, infact from Saturday morning and the only reason Bescom has been giving fom long time is some work.but they are very prompt in collecting electricity bill, in way of taking fuse if not paid on tie or delay in one day.but same dos not go in providing service.its consumers and not the BESCOM staff who face this issues.corruption and inability to provide service is the main reason for consumer to face inspite of paying whatever tariffs Bescom ask for paying.

one more thing observed, gives response on the reviews / feedbackk provided only to those who give 4/5 star ratings, for other ratings they are not bothered in acknowledging it.

Useless service.customer care numbers are invalid.no response.it may be day or night.morning or evening.everytime power cut. Right now also its more than 2 hours.

This BESCOM corporate office is a boon for all electric cars. They have a fast charging station inside the premises.
Although the charging station has been created for BESCOM internal purposes, public vehicles can charge their vehicles as well, by taking permission from.the authorities in the building.
You need to call a number and take permission. There are three charging stations, and based on priority to internal vehicles our vehicle will be allowed to charge. You need to enter your time of entry and, battery percentage details when you started charging and stopped etc. The other drivers around we're friendly, and although the security was a little hesitant and defensive in the beginning after the phone call to concerned person was made they allowed us to charge.
Thank you for this facility.

Worst customer service. I had to follow with them for 3 days and make 18 calls to get fuse reconnection in main meter. Even after all these followup fuse was not reconnected. Later called a near by electrician and he did in 5min. The bescom call centre gave contact info line man, he didn't attend problem but closed the ticket next day, the line man told he cannot attend. 2nd contact number for provided by bescom, the contact guy left the phone with his wife. Rather than relying on bescom better get it done with local electrician.

Utter useless staff no one to check the power drop in my flat for three hours even after complaining twice. Wasted my time in calling them no proper answer. They say they can only communicate in kanada.

Worst service, called more than 20 tomes to helpline number, got no response. Called head office number, no response. Worst ever service in such a mega city called bangalore
