For preparing the patients reports, lab team guys will take more than 5 hours in this 2nd floor lab room. There is no good response from them

Twice I went to this hospital and both the times I had pathetic experience. First time when I waited for two hrs then they said doctor has already left. Second time when I went doctor did not even do checkup. He saw the old reports and told to do some blood test. When I went back with report, the doctor who told me to get blood test was not there so I got to come back again without getting proper treatment. Staff behaves like the own the hospital.all they say is wait for some more time.
