On August 8th @11: 15am i took my daughter to clinic.with high fever informed the receptionist about my daughter condition very much emergency high fever.but trusting the doctor we have visited the clinic but people who are sitting in the reception does not understand the emergency health condition what it is for them.if something gone are negative are they take responsibility.i don't think so.they are taking the revenge against the parents who talks loudly with them and they make us to wait till 2: 30 pm.reception people don't know what is emergency and normal visiting to clinic.but playing with 3 years old girl health condition does not make a sense informing the reception it is emergency.i would recommend please call the doctor directly and inform it's an emergency. Receptionist people please learn what is an emergency care patient visit and don't play with kids health condition for your Fun
