Don’t prefer this hotel, reception staff are very rude towards customer they not only insult you they act like master and customer is slave.

1) Receptionist unprofessional, untrained, Rude towards customer.

2) Hygiene issues Rooms are not cleaned & bedsheets are not changed forget about COVID precautions.

3) mosquito?

4) if you raise any concern on phone they will advise you to visit reception and talk to them if you complain on reception they will pull key from your hand and throw on table to show anger

5) worst customer service provider this my first time I have seen such behavior in the field of hospitality management.

Very bad experience, unhyghgenic, room and bathroom is not cleaned, AC and TV is not work sometimes, very sticky floors.

I was booking for the first time and my friends suggested to book bhagini hotels. So I chose this and a helping hand came from JOHN, He made our stays in bhagini luxorius and more like 5 Star. Thanks to John and Bhagini. A ton of thanks to John. You manged our stay in bangalore very gentle. God bless you.

This place has a bouquet hall pretty good place for the nice hangout for the small get to getting and hangout with friends

Good hotel to stay for 3 to 4 days but if you're planning for long stay, I won't reffer this hotel. Breakfast is good but luch and dinners are comparatively costly and not satisfactory.

We hosted my kids first birthday party. Dining hall is very good and great service from bhagini staff. Special thanks to Girish Gowda who helped us in making the birthday party a memorable one.

A good hotel to stay. It is near to the main road. The hotel is having good amenities. Staff members, specially Sonia, Palash, Kalpana, Pooja and Shravan are very coordinating. Stuart boy Hassan is very helpful too. I have met GM of this hotel personally and he is very understanding too. The only thing I feel that the hotel should improve on is the time taken when we order food in our room. It takes 1 hour when you order a food. Except this, everything is perfect. I have been given accomodation from my organization and have been staying here for more than three months. Overall a good stay.

I had visited Bangalore with my family for a very specific reason and wanted a place close to Kalamandir, Marathahalli. Though the place was designated as a 3 star hotel, we were not ready for the following disappointments.
1. The room was small and the bed spread dirty.
2. We did convey it to the lady in the reception to change the same while going out. - But it was the same bedspread. Tada! It wasn't changed. Our room was untouched. - Thus no provision of clean linen. When asked at the reception the next day the lady responded saying "I had asked <someone> to change the same and I don't know why they did not do it" ‍️
3. The towels provided wasn't white - but greyish due to accumulated dirt.
4. The washroom did have ventilation but no exhaust fan.
5. The area wasn't gated and no security. Anyone can walk in anytime. I saw a man parking his bike and moving into another property even after the security asking him to park the bike properly.
6. Finding the location is hard and it ain't a prime location and not at all family friendly.

The place might be okay for official purposes - just a company guest house for bachelors and not more than that.
Not worth wasting time recommending.
We had booked the hotel for 2 days but checked out in a day.

Staying for the past 3 months. Friendly staff.and cab service is only good.room service is pathetic.i had to call 5 times and follow up to get the service done.laundry service is average colors fade and bottons missing all the time.they are in cost cutting mode so they are cutting down on services.totally frustrated initially service was excellent later degraded.wifi works on &off every 20mins

Average hotel. Not too polite staff.
Enquired about late check out and the front desk quoted 4000+tax. Absurd amount for such an average hotel.
Ac was leaking water whole night long. Had to keep a bucket below to make sure room wouldn't flood at night.

Very basic hotel with basic amenities. I stayed for one day official work. Wouldn't recommend people looking for luxury. It is decent for a day or two stay on official tour because you go to hotel to take a nap only.still it could be better. Breakfast spread is very basic again. Staff is polite but raw. They should work over it.overall as per me it is below average though they can surely work over it.

Decent 3 star hotel for short business stays. The staff is very courteous. You cannot rely on the WiFi service at the hotel, it doesn't connect most of the times or is very slow. All in all, for the tarrif they command it's pretty decent.

Visited there for banquets for birthday, 2 are there one for 150 people and other for 250. Its good but 450/- per head per plate is bit costly as per me

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff are cordial. Located near Radisson Blue hotel near ORR. Recommend this place.

Except for a bit of sticky floor in the room on the first day and reuse of towels in the room for next day, I don't have much to complain about. The taste of breakfast was good and there was variety (idli, wada, paratha, rice, boiled eggs, fruits, corn flakes, juice, omlete/dosa - made to order). The wifi worked (very slow sometimes) and the staff was courteous. They cleaned the room without you asking for it.

Nice place to stay. Moderate size rooms.toiletries need improvement. Nice breakfast and space. Overall nice stay.

Party hall was not at all cleaned before the event, AC was placed at the wrong side near the stage, floor and change room was dirty, there was no lock in the change room
Please do not have events there, nothing worth for money.

Decent stay at affordable price!
Good for family stay. Proximity to Marathalli makes it an added advantage without any privacy issues
