Went by bus reached there by 7 when we asked No rooms available in morning until 8 Am or 8.30 Am.
They will reply that rooms are under maintainance and cleaning.
Other Bhadra Nivas and Tunga Nivas were closed due to festival season (less tourists).

Its it really good place.
Mata annapoorneshwari devi temple and hills those sweet sounds of nature, overall its really peaceful place.
And in bhakta nivasaa they charged only 250/- rs for 12 hours of stay.
Economically it's good lodge from temple trustees.

Place is near to temple and managed by temple and govt. Price is 300 per room. Hot water morning from 5: 30-6: 00 only.

Bhaktha Nivasaa is very close to the temple. The hotel rooms are pretty good. Rooms are very spacious, and a couple of rooms have balconies which provide an amazing view. The cost of a room is so reasonable as it is maintained by the temple authorities. During weekends, it may be difficult to get a room, however, one can book prior to visiting the temple.
Hot water facilities are available as each room is fitted with geysers however there is a time restriction about its usage.

It's really an affordable, well maintained rooms, every we visit book a toomhere only sndit is very near to temple also. It's on new year day, jan 1st 2022
