First of all I must say that this hospital has an amazing staff. Right from the reception (susan, somanna, Anand), insurance team and the nurses who took care of my mother.it's never easy when you are in different state and your family member is serious and needs immediate attention.

I had been admitted to Bhanavi hospital in Mysore for a cardiac issue and had to stay for 4 days in the hospital. I Was monitored and treated by Dr. Chandan Kumar sir and his team. They were courteous, professional and clearly explained each step of the treatments they were giving. They also cleared all the doubts I had while interacting with them. The supporting staff were also very helpful. My dreaded feeling to enter a hospital was gone by the time treatment was completed. Actually my father admitted on 7/3/2023 and got discharged on 11/3/2023.overall experience is very bad and poor management. (paramacy, laboratory and medical equipment charges they will bill more amount we have compared in area at medicas over all medicines outside we get less but here they will bill for MRP.and they won't offer to bring medicines from outside.over all this this hospital is worst.and also they will list medicine bill but we are not sure they have given that medicines to patients they are not transperancy in showing medicines had bought to patient and they won't provide the medical report of patient what they had treated.over all it is not deserved to be named as banavi hospital.but it is deserved for named as robbery hospital.renorise ing 5000 iu is 850rs just 100m outside this hospital but here they are billed for 1500rs for same injection.this is just example and I have more list of medicines they will charge 25% more then out side.please my advice don't go to to this hospital for tretment.

Recently my father (K. R. Nagesh) has been admitted for breathing difficulty.
Early morning @ 2 AM, just one phone call, Ambulance arrived to my place in 10 mins.
By 2.20 we were in casualty, immediate preliminary treatments given and shifted to ICU.
Within 30 hrs once my father started responding to treatments, he was shifted to ward.
Excellent treatments given by their medical staff.
I appreciate dedicated staff services, especially the nurse who was in night shift, was so kind, very energetic during night shift and gave excellent treatment.
I thank all the staff members, para medical, non medical members (including house keeping) and ambulance drivers for their dedicated service.
I thank Dr. Vijay Cheluvaraj, Dr. Chandan Kumar for their timely treatment which made me to bring home my father within a week.
I strongly recommend this hospital to the needy patients and they can get excellent service at affordable price.

Doctors and nurses are good care takers. Because of u Mr. Prashant, staff don't have manners nd behaviour, even though u don't have. Learn it.

One of the worst hospitals in the town. Doctors and specialists perform their job well but management is money seeking. For consultation they charge 400, for dressing they charge 150extra. This really hurts. The staffs behaves like Hod's in medicine. I don't recommend bhanavi to anyone

Not worth for the money you pay. It's too expensive atleast they have to provide service according to the money they have taken. And they won't stay according to what they have said. Jst after 3 days of asking the expenses for surgery they have increased upto 15k and unfortunately the surgery was not successful still we face same kind of pain and problems. Jst one positive thing is their nurses they were too caring.

I recommend this hospital because its very well organized, clean, systamatic, and they do quality control by staff coming everyday and asking if they are having any issues with regards to nurse, cleaning or any problem. Worst service, worst management, worst staff I never seen anywhere, we have taken special ward still they hv not given proper basic service too even though they don't have basic etiquettes after informing also they don't have patience to listen our words simply they did BCG twice for my baby without checking records and they are not agreeing for their fault too finally we caught them with demand of CCTV footage.

For 3days we paid around 2lk without taking basic service
They all want money govt hospitals is better than this money loot hospital.
