Staff behaviour is very bad (boys). Showing very rudely.and Called for Air boys don't come. We wait and repeat, our time will be wasted.

I asked lady for full tank of my star city plus bike and it is not in reserved state. Total tank capacity is10ltrs and I asked her to stop because still it is not full even after 9.5 ltrs. I m disappointed and had to pay 980 rs. Normally I takes only 500 to 600 rs for full tank even in shell petrol.

I think these people will help me at night time, but your employees are having rude behaviour, teach some respect to your employees and train them how to behave with customers. And your employees have to mind their language, i can understand kannada, but he doesn't know that, talking rude and abusive. Cheat. They will cheat all those people who wear packed helmet. Where you will say 200, they will hear 300. They will say it's your fault that they couldn't hear what you said. In between you will forget about 0 and meter will always start from previous fuel attempt of 100. Solution for a common man is ask them to fill with rs. 100 once and again for 100. Also try to hear what was previous person fuel delivery total price, never go above that to be safe.

There are some cheaters are there, so please be aware. If you ask for 500 petrol, that guy will put for 100 and again they will ask 100 or 500. If we say again 500, he will say he didn't hear 500 and he starts again from 100 to 400 and say it's done. In between they will distract you by asking few questions. If you keep seeing the meter, then again they will put 100 to complete 500. Since I already seen this tricks multiple times in YouTube, I was aware. So for 500 petrol, they did 3 transactions, first 100, then 100 to 400 and 400 to 500. If you don't see the meter, you will be cheated with 100

They are cheating in petrol yesterday I putted petrol for 100rupees but petrol they have putted just for 50rupees. So plz avoid going here.
