Best oncology hospital in mysore with best services. My mother is getting treated here since 2years. My only concern is patients admitted in the hospital should get food into their wards directly.

Desk management is bad because everytime we have to take an appointment to see doctors and after reaching hospital on time still we have to wait 2 to 3hrs everytime to meet Doctors.
I don't know how it's helping them to manage this

Worst place for all cancer patients. Including doctors don't know how to speak to patients. They are very rash and money minded people.

After Dr Vishwanath passed away this hospital is not running properly. My husband suffering from lungs cancer with bone metastatis treated by Dr. VISHWAJEETH K PAI since one year. Now this doctor is not there in the hospital. Srinivas took the charge of him. From 2 month my husband consulting him. He used to say come to the next month I will change tablets that was prescribed by Dr Vishwajeeth. Today 6th of August patient consulted him he said same thing. He hesitated to touch the patient even. But want their money monthly. My husband asked requested this fellow to give aletter regarding present condition of his health he rudely cried.

Except the radiation waiting time, everything else is good. You need to wait for 5 hours everyday for 25 days or whatever that is planned. If you are someone working and don't have anyone else to look after the patient, then be prepared for the nightmare.

Irresponsible night shift male nurse (sudhakar), in night he off ward light & medical canal of patients and sleeping overall night, no caring.

I have received good treatment from this hospitals. I got good care from Doctor KGS sir and all nursing staffs from special ward.

Here for the second time and we were taken care of well by all the staffs including those who delivers your meal. All the staffs are friendly and always have smile on their face and ready to help you out. If they would add fruits in their menu for patient, it would be so much better

After visiting 6-7th time, I noticed that the process of admission and getting meds from pharmacy is bit slow and we have to wait for long to start the treatment.need more staff given the amount of patients that visit this hospital

Hospital and staff are very friendly and helping nature. Still missing some important thing in this hospital and in western medicine world.

Am not seeing permanent cure for the patients and even if we are doing regular follow up, cancer is reoccurring.

I have been in Bharath hospital and I’m still there, the staffs and Services all excellent, the environment is very clean, they also provide organic food that’s really helpful for healthy I really recommend to join on Bharath hospital, and they are the only one here in Mysore providing PET/CT scan. So if you are looking for a excellent treatment in a fresh and clean environment to your speed recovery l recommend Bharath Hospital.

Vvvvvv worst facility.general ward and toilet r unhygienic.nurses also non co operative at general ward.canteen food also not available for general ward patients.for patients attender also they have to provide small bed not even a chair they r providing only a small stool has been kept.due to un availability of special ward they have send me to general ward by telling after some one vacate will shift u to but they didn't do and I have experienced all these in general ward.lot of improvement has to done at hospital.taste of canteen food is also not
good. Dr are good and experienced am happy with that.

Very friendly environment with good nature nd garden. Highly experienced doctors especially Vijay kumar sir, Vishwajeet k pai sir and Madhavi mam. My cousin's friend's mom came for the treatment of breast cancer nd she's well treated. Loved everything in this hospital. I vl nt forget to mention the kindly staff in the name Gitanjali, Ranjita who is very nicely speaking to all the patients and attenders. Basically it depends on whom we meet there! And diagnosis is main thing to focus on when we take our loved ones there. But it depends to whom we are consulting! And I was purely looking out for heamato oncologist, and was referred to Dr vishwajit who is clinical oncologist (if I'm not wrong) when i met him he was kind and humble and explained things but he was not heamato oncologist, he told that he's trained! And he asked us to do few tests. Based on those he told he would be doing a bone marrow test (which I had got already done) no fool would repeat a bone marrow. And anyways coming to reception, and all they do their work. But mainly we go here for treatment.

Being a social worker.i can assure 4 things there in Bharat cancer center.

1: quality of treatment
2: very polite and helping staffs.
3: comfortable atmosphere
4: healthy food

Bharath cancer hospital best hospital in mysore Dr. MSV sir treated me very well and sister Rashmi was very kind and professional am satisfied with the service, hospital environment was good and clean.

Dr. Milan is excellent and Dr. Vijay Kumar is really good with patients. Dr. Vishweshwara (sorry if that’s spelled incorrectly) is also kind and warm.

Positives - Hospital infra is okay. There is a lot of greenery around which helps with the healing. Well connected to public transport. Staffs are fairly nice.

Negatives - hygiene is an issue. For example, washrooms in general ward is one of those that can be expected at public property without supervision. This must change - if that means increasing tariffs, that’s okay but must change.

Support staff/front line seems so dwelled in what they are doing that their frustration shows up and unfortunately, patients have to bear it along with the pain they already going through. If it’s an resourcing issue, management should resolve it. If it’s skill related issue, please upskill them. Pretty much there is no diversity (they all must be coming from same background) and it clearly shows up in the naive way of behavior and probably it is what it is because of this reason. This must change too.

Canteen sucks and the staff are unimaginably slow.

Sense of urgency has to be engrained in the ways of working for support staff at all levels across the hospital for better service.

Bharat Cancer hospital Mysore is very good center for any kind of patient for cancer treatment. It has the best amenities with top class facilities. They provide excellent medical attention for the patient. Maria madam provides you the best information for patients regarding the BPL card or any insurance. She guides very well. My grandmother with BPL card was operated with very lowest cost and they don't charge any unnecessary extra charges. Dr Vijaykumar is the best surgeon you acn trust. And all the hospital staff cares for patients very well. The hospital is very clean even the general wards are maintained well. They also take a very good covid 19 protocol. Overall we are satisfied and safe. So you can trust here blindly and go out safely with out any tension.

And social worker lady, very rude all the terms she is not at all coperative, she sitting there to guide the public but she never do that
Without your knowledge they simply raise the Bills as they have own chemist shop in-house god knows whether those medicine for your beloved patient
