Horrible service, specially the travel agent Prakash offers no help. We faced only delays from him. He did not give us hotel confirmations even a day before our Visa appointment and asked us to give 2000 only for a dummy itenary. Will not recommend this to anyone

We did our flight and cruise bookings through BIT on recommendation of a family friend. The entire experience was smooth.

They even helped us with the Schengen visa (multiple entry) - this was especially handled really well, if not for BIT we would have had to go all the way to Bangalore for the visa interview. BIT made sure to fill all the forms right and as assured fulfilled our visa needs too.

Special thanks to Mr. Manish Salian’s team who handled our bookings - to Mr. Syed and Mr. Mithilesh who helped with Cruise and off shore excursion reservations, to Mr. Prakash who handled our flight reservations and to Mr. Harsha who handled our Visa application.

The entire trip went really well. The cruise taken was of Norwegian Cruise Line.

The building has ample car and two wheeler parking space, and is located right next to their boutique hotel - Soho. The office space is well organised and they have a large number of employees to cater to your travel needs. They are one of the oldest travel partners in Mysore. The have the largest cab/bus network too.

They also cater to many corporate clients for logistics needs of their employees.

So rest assured, you are in safe hands when you book your tours through them. I haven’t tried the package tours but have always heard good about them from our friends.

Do check out few pics of the cruise ship we were on - the Norwegian Breakaway. Also note that cruise ship reservations cannot be done directly without a travel partner - our family friends who recommended us to BIT have done over 17 cruises all of which were booked through BIT. So these people are the experts when it comes to cruise reservations in my opinion.

We have booked TT for Tirupathi trip for a group of senior citizen. Unfortunately faced some health emergency in the journey, Driver Suresh took a great initiative and admitted my father to Hospital and helped a lot. Thanks to Mr.suresh from BIT

The tour on the whole was extremely satisfying. Our tour guide Sri Sharath deserves special thanks for for guiding a diverse group patiently. His knowledge of Europe is commendable!
Back home the staff @ B I T office Mysore were very courteous & helpfull. My special thanks to Ms Vanita for all the help.
A few suggestions & comments:
1. The cruise journey from Scotland port to Netherlands was rather dull - we never got the feeling that we were sailing on the sea.
2. A little more time in Rome would have been welcome.
3. If possible a few South Indian restaurants can be added.
4. At two or three places the food served was stale - more attention needs to be paid towards this.
5. We - my wife & myself - personally felt the stop @ Fidenza Village was a waste of time.
Before closing we would like to thank the B I T for the Bonus stay @ Muscat!
Our heartfelt thanks for all our co tourists for their excellent cooperation - not to forget the the two youngsters (two little angels as someone was saying) who were ever ready to help.

We visited to uk and Europe. They executed from marketing to visa and execution of tour very smoothly and effectively. They have executed tour with personal touch and care and made Home out of home with wonderful experience

Very well organised tour with experienced professional manager look after each one with care though group members are different age group from 6 years to 76 years and most of us are senior citizens all the members felt happy and enjoyable days which cherish our memories long
We don’t felt not even single problem one can safely undertake this type of tour with BIT with out any hesitation
I plan to have many such tour with BIT

To get the bill, it's a hazzle and it's been 2 weeks since we traveled but they act as if they don't know and they are very rude and arrogant. Don't ever travel with BIT

Got a severely dented dirty car with a broken seat belt and no head rest for the back at a high price. The sun shone on my the back of my neck and it was very uncomfortable despite the a/c. The condition of the car was so bad that the high price per km feels like a rip-off. The driver was hearing impaired but was courteous when he could hear. The driver did not know how to add the kms snd tolls, he wouldn’t let me help him and took a while. I would not recommend BIT Bangalore

Some of the observations:
1) Very good service with excellent and professional responses.
2) Vehicle provided was in very good condition with professional driver with very good and friendly attitude.
3) Hotel in Kannur was very good.
4) Flexibility for last minute change, which is very helpful.

BIT will shine further with following added values:
1) It would be good to develop a prompt responses to clients emails.
2) Hotel provided in Bangalore needs lots of improvement. My suggestion is to check properly before providing the hotels.

Note: Overall, I am impressed with BIT service and Smitha's responses through out the tour. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely be recommending to my colleagues to use BIT services.

I have to share the worst experience I had with your travel company. Next time I am never gonna travel nor going to recommend anyone.

Your Smitha Mam in Mysore need to learn some protocol while servicing customers. When we send mail or message she doesn't reply unless we give a call to remind her that we have sent something that need to be addressed. She expects us to call each time and even if we call she would say she will call back again at a certain time and again forgets. Woah! Good job. We will be waiting to confirm the amount exactly she in turn asks how much it has been sent and then she confirms but doesn't say amount precisely. Seeing all this I had warned her that any further disappointment I need to complain but she never cares.

The following are the face to face conversations done initially
I had asked specifically for luxury in my trip and she raised the amount to 10k more. I requested for breakup but she said the entire trip comes across to Rs 55125 and can't give break up. So I had told my apprehension we are travelling first time so we dont have an idea give a brief detail but she refused. We were very particular about a middle aged driver as only we ladies were traveling. She agreed and later to confirm the amount she was so negligent (as explained in the above para) no wonder our turned out be horrible

Journey from 28/09/2022 to 02/10/2022. Trip ooty and Kodaikanal. Now how the journey turns up.
• Driver Anil Kumar (Car No 1233) was not middle aged person
• Every time humming songs and even after indicating it once he had the audacity to sing loudly on the last day of travel. I had to literally make him stop as it was making us uncomfortable
• We requested to stop on the high way for a good rest room but he didnt stop until we came to Mysore.
• Very rash driving and sudden breaks particularly near hairpin bends.
• Checking phone while driving every now and then. We were scared and horrified until our return.
• Driver was not briefed about the itinerary he was asking us every now and then.
• I was shocked to see my room in Kodaikanal which was so bad under luxury category. I had been telling Smitha Mam there should not be any disconnect but finally she created one. When I call her from there on that day she is briefing the base category for luxury comes that much. Now did I choose base category and when I asked for breakup up initially she refused but on that day she is educating me. I have given 10k more, when she took from me for luxury, as a layman or a traveler what will be my perception that I will get good accommodation. This lady is briefing all details there on the day when I see the room.
• Please train your staff to attend the customers properly. Understand their need, views, elaborate the tariff and explain the structure available. She is only talking about 3 star and 5star.
This is not done. I have traveled in Travel Parkz many at times. They were very polite and drivers were very decent when females are travelling. I had high expectations with BIT but this turned to be most horrifying experience and a trip being not to be a memorable one. I want your staff pay a penalty for this by paying back 5k as a punishment or a penalty which will make her remember to service the people properly and an apology letter to my mail ID. I will be marking a copy of this mail to Online legal India Compaint against Tour and Travel agencies.

I had been for passport renewal. They would take only if all ur documents are perfect. So i opted for a different broker, where Adhar Card, Pan Card and Voter ID correction are done by the broker and later documents are submitted.

I had booked a chardham tour for June 2022 and had the worst experience while getting the plane tickets and booking the rooms. They charge excess of money above their commission on plane tickets and don't even give the proper invoice. They show an old itinerary and bring up the charges of the rooms to almost double the original package saying the rooms are charging more due to the travel season. They don't book/hold the rooms until the last minute even after full payment is done. Instead of rectifying the situation, they suggest you to cancel the trip. When the proper charges are inquired, they speak as if they arranged the tour under losses and gave stuff free of cost. The only good part was that tour concluded without any further issues since the cab driver was friendly and most of the booked rooms provided good service.

This was cleared on the day it self when you showed the ticket copy recived directly from spice jet website. The team also explained how it worked for your easy understanding.

Also Sir, now ever one has the major travel websites on there phones & also can get instant price details / breakup. NO one would think of keeping such a big commission for a simple domestic ticket.

Sir Keep the faith that you were given proper service for what you had paid for.

Please note that it was YOUR TEAM who gave 2 different tickets for the SAME FLIGHT from your OWN CORPORATE WEBSITE and NOT THE SPICE JET website. One was sent on the same day and the other one on the next day. Both of the tickets have NO PROMO CODE attached and the ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TICKET PRICE. When brought to your team's notice, they showed the promo code on SOMEONE ELSE'S TICKET. When asked to show the code on our ticket, they are speechless. We paid the ticket fare keeping faith based on what your team CALCULATED BY HAND and not by adding the ticket price shown on the screen while booking. When we realised the difference in price and asked to check the price on the booking history, YOUR TEAM REFUSED. If only it was shown, what we had seen WITH OUR OWN EYES, this issue could have been cleared on day 1. Instead your team was suggesting we cancel the trip or book a different flight when the booking history could have resolved this misunderstanding easily.

Went on a customised package tour to Meghalaya and Arunachal through this and had a bad experience. If you are looking for just a leisure time with your friends and family or want to go with a random group and have a good time, this might work for you. But, if you are particular about the places you want to visit, even if you specify so many times and prepare an itinerary and give to them, they will just go according to what works well for them. They plan itinerary in such a way, where they will show you some very ordinary places on the way to your hotel and drop you off by afternoon, even if you have lots of time to visit good places and the whole day is wasted. Imagine, you go on a trip which costs almost your one month salary just for this. Only plus is the decent hotels they provide. Very unprofessional behaviour. Never gonna recommend to anyone

I had booked tour of unbeleivevable Europe from 1.5.18 TO 16.5.18 The tour was ok.but i had a bittrer experience with tour staff. I am a senior citizen aged 68 years and retired post master with 40 years of service. Please advise your staff to respect sr.citizens. After completion of tour on 16.5.18, I came to your office and requested your staff smt Rooohi to give me copies of individual air tickets of both mine and my wife and also receipts of GST AND TOUR COST as I paid nearly 5.lacks. She aksked for two days time. But she asked for more time again and again. All my telephonic requests and whatsapp requests gone in vain as this dragged to 4 months for one or other reasons. AFTER LAPSE OF N nearly 4 months she just give a letter for the amount paid by me But she failed to give me the copies, individual air tickets.i am very dissappointed with the manner i was treated.i may not book any further tours and i may not recommend your BIT to my friends and relatives.

The golden Innova with 7726 number, was very rash driving and the person sitting was abusing others at Columbia Asia signal Mysore on 19/10/2018 at 7.20pm. Can I have the contact of those persons!?
