Best for art supplies. Also got a 10 percent off on MRP. Got good collection of art supplies. Highly recommended for both ameture and professional artists
I recently visited this art materials shop and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff and was immediately struck by the wide selection of high-quality art supplies on display.
This art store has its price range medium to high and low are also available, but available wide range of products, and reasonable compared to other stores
Most known art suppliers in bangalore. You would get all kind of art supplies Indian as well as imported. They have annual sale upto 35% on chitrasanthe day. That is 8th Jan this Sunday at Chitrakalaparishath. So don't miss a chance to buy all that you need.
Looks like this is the only place where we get varieties of art materials in entire Bangalore. Team is also healthful. Looking for more branches across Bangalore
Staff are knowledgeable and know their stuff, beyond which they have a good collection of materials. Beginners, intermediate, professional to oil painting/water colors or any medium they have the materials and will order of not in stock. If you take kids here it's a heaven for their requirements.
My ask for a beginner to oil painting was fulfilled here and any doubts or questions they are promt and honest opinion is given. They ask the requirement and provide the same. Business is good cause courteous staff and availability of material.
I would not compare few things to online pricing as some are cheaper and some not. A customer did ask for the discount basis on online pricing in Amazon however the staff were courteous enough to say that their margins are different yet he went on to purchase all his requirements here only.
Pricing is straight 10% on your purchase but then it's basis on what is bought and what quantity is bought. Ex: a roll of fabric is 20% discount and stands are like 15%. Purchase more than 3-5k attracts different discounts.
Avenue road branch is closed last March 2021 hence for now this is the only branch functioning.
I am sure pricing can be worked out better but then again they are placed in CKP so rent and cost of running business might be high and as told margins vary on products hence, not all bad but a good 80% worth to shop here.
Best destination for all your artsy requirements. If you know what you want you find it here. If you are confused what you want, you will still find it here. And for your hunger pangs there is a food outlet, as you step out of the store. Also if you are visiting this place, you may get lucky to experience some of the best exhibitions, held time to time. Thank you.
This is your go to place in Bangalore if you are seeking to purchase professional art supplies. They offer you a variety of supplies (international and local) at wholesale prices. The sellers are very knowledgeable and patient with all your enquires. It’s an advantage if you know exactly what you need to buy. If you don’t, they give you suggestions in line with your budget. Recently they have started home delivery but I prefer visiting the shop as I usually end up buying more than I had planned. Located inside CKP premises, Parking is available.
Very nice to showcase art and culture. They conduct many art related training programs from six months to two years, including diploma courses. Very serene place in the middle of the hussle and bussle of the city.
Has everything you would require as an artist. Various brands and also great variety of products are available. The staff is very kind and helpful and their prices are also really good
All the materials available at a cheaper price. Good quality products available at a reasonable decent price. A go to place for artist. Wide range of products available.
Good place for getting all your art supplies. They have huge collection of painting/sketching art supplies. The rates are also less than normal retail shop I would say.
You'll find almost everything in art supplies you'd need. They have two branches- one in KR market and second in chitrakala parishath. I get my materials majorly from here and they provide pretty decent discount too. Only thing is the front desk is small and always crowded so you'll spend more time in billing.
If you need real art supplies in BLR, this is the place to go. It's downstairs from the canteen and a bit cramped, but the staff is very helpful and they truly do have a wide variety of supplies.
You get almost all art materials here. Staff r really welcoming n patient. Will let uk which best will suit yur need.if yur frequent customer.amazing discounts. But some r expensive than chickpete.n amazon.etc.check it before hand
One stop shop for all Art supplies. Very cordial staff and shop manager. One gets a lot of suggestions from the staff on what to buy, if you are a beginner.
So far one of the best places to buy any art materials in Bangalore, situated in the annexure building and same premises of Chitra Kala Parishad, Bengaluru. There are sufficient parking for bikes, but parking of cars are a little difficult, especially so if there is an exhibition or event. They offer a steady discounts on bulk purchases and for regular customers. The staff is pretty friendly and knowledged.
The only disadvantage I do see is that it's almost situated in the basement of annexure building and has a narrow stairs leading to it. Though there is a display area, I am sure it hasn't been updated in years time. One thing for sure, if you don't get an art stuff, the possibility that it's in any other store is rare. They do have a legacy sister concern in Chickpet, which are managed by different son's as far as I understand.
I like this store as it's the only store that sells wide range of materials in terms of art, but very rude staff at chitrakala parishad. Simple things like masking tape which is available in the market for 210 is sold at 330, sponge which is available at 10 outside is sold at 110. When asked, they say the one available in the market are duplicate and different in quality. The customers are not fools plz. When asked about the reason the manager got very rude. They also charge additional charges on card payments (which is not allowed as per the law and I even showed him the memo from the rbi). Instead of solving the issue he started being abusive and rude. I am OK you selling the good at premium prices (that's your right), but am not OK paying you the card charges even if it's a small amount (that's my right and what you are doing in unlawful)
