Amazing 360 degree view of Western Ghats with river. You have to drive around 2 kms on mud road and you can also take vehicle inside the gate.

This viewpoint looks over the Aghanashini valley. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Arabian sea. Beautiful place for a sunset. Can cloud over during monsoons but that's beautiful in its own way.

Place is amazing but no proper road parking facility & The guard in ticket section don't have respect (talk like hell). But over all place is good & to adventure. 6/10

A wonderful place to see sunset. We can see an awesome view of nature. The road is good. It's a trekking place also.

Amazing view point!
One can literally see countless number of mountain peaks from here. Great view of Aghanashini driver at a distance. Sunset will be beautiful if clouds allow.
One can also observe the water drop clouds formed at a distance from Unchalli falls and Netgodu falls if water for there is heavy.

It is amazing place to view sunset.
In rainy season also views are little bit foggyyy. Amazing place.

A place where the Nature is at its best (as same as all western ghat areas)
We have visited "Bheeman gudda" on Sunday evening at about 4pm in rainy season.
Luckyly it was not too crowded at the time of our visit (but when we were coming back from Bheeman gudda it was getting crowded.)
When we went the starting point we thought our visit will not be worthy because as I said earlier we went in rainy season the fog covered all the hills and scenaries there.
But after some time when we reached top view point, the view was awesome. (you can see the befor and after pictures)
I loved the scenaries there. Cloud, fog, greenary everything was so good there. But we didn't stayed there till sunset. Even if we stayed we couldn't see sunset because of the clouds and fog. So we turned back at about 5pm.
Hope, will see sunset in Bheeman gudda next time.

One of the best place to visit in Uttara Kannada. Must visit place in rainy season. But do careful about the slippery rocks.

Very underrated place. A must visit place if you are around Sirsi, Shimoga. 360° view of the valley and western ghats! Do visit.
There is a entrance fees, and a steep climb upto the parking spot, be careful during monsoon.
Also, please do not litter, dustbins have been provided, use it.

Best place to watch sunset.
Can take 2 or 4 wheelers till top. Only few meters of trecking.

This is the best place to get rid of tension and pressure once ina while.
Best timing is early morning or evening (sunrise and sunset)

Nothing to see much, just a nature spot. It’s good to visit for sunset and sunrise. If you visit in between 12pm to 4pm you go disappointed in normal days as weather won’t be cool.

Bheemana Gudda (Bheemanavare Gudda / Bheemana Eri Gudda/ Bheemanaware gudda) is less explored location in Siddapur taluk, Uttara Kannada district. This place is located 2km from Nilkunda village (Highest Rain fall place in Uttara Kannada district) and 636m from above sea level.   It is very beautiful place with great view. On the top of the hill you can watch beautifull valley of Aghanashini river with cool breeze. You can feel the joy of real nature.

This hill is situated near small village called Hallibail which is near to Sirsi-Kumta road. Nearby you can visit Bennehole Falls, Manjuguni etc.

Covered with forest, very long view point, neat and clean. Visit without fail when you go to unchall falls, its on the way.

Not much to climb to reach the view points, 500-700 mtrs walk from the parking space would take you to these view points. View of Aghanashini River at the far end, Passing clouds, beautiful sun set.

Scenic place. One has to do a small trek to reach the hill top. If your lucky enough you get to see wonders of nature. When I went I found a dual tone crab, green snake and creatures like that. Parking is good. Ample of space available. However the road to reach is not that good. Kind of off road so people who are skilled enough can drive the vehicle. I had drove my Baleno RS. So one can imagine what I'm talking about. Some charges will be taken for this area.

Amazing 360 degree view from the top of view point, u have to do the short truck of 10-15mins to reach the point. Vehicles can easily be accessible to start point.

Bheemana Eri gudda is the junction where you can see layers of mountains around you.

Bheemana Gudda is a hill top off Sirsi-Kumta road, which is 30kms from Sirsi. We hiked for half a mile from parking to the view point at 6 in the morning. It took around 20 minutes to reach the top. We could only see foggy layers of mountains till the sky meet the earth. Sky started turning mix of Orange and Red. Soon we were able to see all the mountains that surrounded us and the river Aghanshini making her way amidst mountain ranges.

At 7, Orange light dispersed and we could see golden curve emerging through the heavenly. Watching the Sun rising was perfect happiness! Clouds hit us hard and wind was blowing us away.

The sky, the mountains, the singing of birds, wind, fog - We just felt elated!

Uttarakannada, you are just amazing! Yet again.

It's a MUST VISIT PLACE. A complete 360 degree view, and prob one of the MOST SCENIC PEAK, PLEASE DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!

Awesome place only at mornings and evenings. Its kind of offroad. Outsiders please avoid the place and save nature.

Breathtaking views of the western ghats, the path of aganashini river reaching the ocean can be seen from this view point. There's a meger charge ₹100 is collected at the entrance per car (the rates might differ). It's optimal to visit around 5pm to get a mesmerizing sun set view. However there's total lack of maintaince, plastic bottles and chips packets are an eye sore sadly, this is the reality in most of the serene locations in india. Western ghats is the lungs of Karnataka. I urge the forest department to levy hefty fines for littering. Nonetheless mother nature at its finest can be witnessed, our western ghats is UNESCO World Heritage site.

Very very good place with beautiful sunrise and sunset and ultimate scenery must visit when you go to unchalli waterfalls and be careful in the place

Bhimana gudda is peak with the 360° breath-taking view.very near to unchalli falls and sirsi.to view sunset here is a bliss.the short hike in the forest leads to the view point.from the peak the view of forest all around is a treat for eyes.one of the very fewer places that offer 360° view.watching sunset in the evening here is a Nature therapy.

Best place for 1 day picnic.very near to Sirsi. People around can easily go there. Very good place for family and friends to visit.

This is really wonderful place, a 360 degree view of serene greenery. I went there with one friend n the place was totally empty. Kinda scary calm.better have a gang

Yes this is the beauty of the sunset as seen from Bheemana Gudda. This place is in Sirsi taluk of Nature rich Uttara Kannada district. This place is also called as Bheemana eri Gudda.

To reach Bheemana gudda From sirsi take a route to kumta road about 15kms till canara bank amminalli.travel about 1 kilometer from canara bank then take left turn. Then travel about 15 kms till nilakunda village at the enterence of village you will find a big Nilakunda board from there you need to take right turn and travel obout 1 km on mud road there you will find two route choose left mud road then travel for 2 kms you find a enterance gate of the beemangudda.
NOTE: 1]Vehicles should be parked at parking space at the enterance.

Best view point to see.but you have to trek about 800 mts incline route to reach spot.if you are adventure lover 100% you will enjoy this way.this is a beautiful way.perfect way for nature lovers. When you reach top you will see waterfalls [only in rainy seasons]. And in between two hills there is a beautiful AGNASHINI RIVER. You will find best view after the hardest climb.the view point is quite dangerous have to take care of childrens.best time to visit is on all seasons.

Wonder full place. Very good place for one day trips. Road is very good. Must visit page for enjoying beautiful sunset.

Mesmerizing view point surrounded by deep forest valleys.
Can here the Unchalli falls of Aghanashini river.
No facilities are available at the hill point and the road is kachha (mud road).
Can drive car/bike almost 100mtr before the view point but going back is bit tricky as it is a sloppy mud road with curves.
Better to visit @ early morning/evening or else the temperature will be very high at this point.
Easily the place can identified as there is a board kept at the road turning towards Bheema Gudda.
Carry food/snacks, water while visiting there.
