It was absolutely packed yet we one of the staff member Harshith attended us and showed wide range of rings collection out of which we purchased.
From entry to billing it was a amazing experience despite the rush hour at the store.

We searched for engement rings, our requirement is lower size golden rings, which are not awaiable right now. They told us for advance booking, it may take around 35 days for delivery, which is too late.

Week ends are crowded but other wise among all jewelry shops in 4th block this is best place to purchase good gold jewellery

Like most of the jewellers they are not transparent in their dealings. Chage very high making charges even for plain gold ornaments: as high as 24%. First they trap in the name of schemes, and once your money is with them, then you do not have exit option.

One of the old Jewellery shops in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. It is now moved back to its original building, now with its new look adding one more floor.
It is always crowded on the weekends and it is always better if you go on weekdays if you want to select peacefully. Lot of options for gold jewellery, Now even silver has been put in separate floor thereby you will have more sales executive attending even for silver articles.

We visited the branch with mom who is too old to walk and wait. They dint even bother to listen or hear nor show any collection. Simply we visited the store. We waited almost half an hr and no one even show any item. We just walked back.

Nice place for gold purchase, looking good after renovation. Even after renovation (Though they increased no of floors) looks very crowd, don't know why.

I recently visited Jayanagar bhima.you guys are cheating people.no offers.very pathetic service.market value is 4400 but you are giving it at a rate of 3600.for a normal rope chain other jewellery's provide a making charge of 6 to 8 % but you people are giving a charge of 28%. Representative who is Incharge of the sales in billing counter extremely rude and harsh. Moreover their price is 300Rs more than the actual Per Gram price. Not worth shopping at all. I regret that I bought a gold ring few years back from the same shop and now today worst service for the regular customers who visit. Actually I don't even feel like giving single star also. GRT Joyalukkas jeweller p lease learn how to give service to regular customers and be loyal. I will never suggest anyone in my group.

There is a new store opened in jaynagar. Claimed to provide 3.6k per gram on antique jewellery as per an advertisement on paper. But when you calculate, it ends up being 6k per gram including making charges.

So, if you are planning to go there looking at an advertisement in paper, I suggest you dont

All good but they don't have light weight jewellery, also with their earrings the screws always have a problem with the threading. Some of their staff just dump you after a while.

Courteous staff, good collection of ornaments are the things that comes to mind about Bhima's. Currently their main building is under renovation and the interim shop is a little conjested.

We were not paid any attention when they did not have what we were looking for. People flock to their shop and they feel supreme!

Way costly.collections are less.they put extreme rates on stones.if u buy 5 thousand rps rings by the time you reach billing center it will be 8 to 10k including gst, making charges, stone charges.they loot.

Pushy staff, just want to sell their monthly schemes! AVOID. Their Koramangala outlet is far better.

Good range and variety of jewellery. Clear and detailed bill provided. Old jewellery is accessed by cararatometer machine. Good place.

I went here to buy a pendant last yr. And since they did not have a chain for it they asked me to join the gold tree scheme and then buy next yr. I joined 5k for 11 months scheme. I had paid extra 15k as I was under the impression of 15 installments but it was 11.2 days back when I had gone they claimed extra payment has been accounted. But today they said there was only 55k and that they added 5k as part of the scheme. When I told them more has been paid they said no. I had to show my bank statement for them to accept. Proves they are not a genuine and try to hide info from customers.
We asked for a particular chain design, they did not have, we wanted to give order, they said they will do only if we give a high definition pic of it. After a lot of struggle when we got a pic.they sent it to the production team to check if it can be made & asked us to come back after 3 days. I requested them that we came from a distance and they checked & gave us an exuberant quote for making the chain - 3lacs. We asked them if they can make it for a lesser price or give us a catalogue to choose another design. They don't have a catalogue, they did not help & forced us to buy from the showroom with what was available.

Never experienced such an unprofessional service.

A. They are so fussy about taking customised orders and if they do they charge exuberant so we end up buying something from the showroom.
B. They claim to never repeat designs but their store is full of repeated, below average designs.
C. Thier staff is well trained, only to lie and cheat innocent customers.
D. Thier scheme is utterly a masterplan to rip more money from the customers.

It wasn’t a delightful experience but it was alright. The whole billing and delivery process was super slow can be improved to avoid making customers stand too long.
And their weighing machine was faulty. A jewellery shop with a faulty weighing machine? Yeah, that’s not ok.

Very good jewellery shop in this area jayanagar. So much of collections are available when compared to other shops. Neatly arranged in showcase and staff is also very friendly. Also floor managers are very friendly to the customers. Jewel making charges are high when to compared to other shops mostly making charges range is 15% to 21% here. In other shops is 11% this is the main cons of the shops. But quality and finishing of the jewelry is very good. Parking facility available. Gold, silver, diamond are available in different floors. Overall a very good jewelry showroom with great ambience.

Employees focussing on south Canara people's, They are not keen showing interest while attending others.

Worst service especially scheme/billing. I had opened monthly scheme which was due in Jan. Before I visited Bhima Showroom, I contacted them and made sure I can buy gold any date after Jan 17th. However, when I visited a week after 17th Jan, after traveling about 2 hours, I have been told by mr. Shashikumar that I have to pay last installment and I can buy gold only after a month to get Scheme benifit. He was rude enough to tell me to do whatever I want as he is least bothered as he is not going to lose anything if at all happens it will be for his owner. This shows, this guy is useless guy who don't know how to deal with customer. Mr. Shashikumar rude enough to tell me I can write complaint to whoever I want.

Most important it's very age old and oldest of all jewelleries and maintains that tag

Careful when melting your gold. The workers are expert in manipulating and will steal or hide little gold from your ornaments. So be careful while breaking and melting your gold!

It's located at the heart of the city. Pros: Their hospitality is really good. Staff are knowledgeable and they are ready to give suggestions on the product (Bangles, chains etc) you buy. One will get quality gold. You can see many collections and they are ready to make the new product based on the weight required.
Cons: it's not much spacious and most of the times, I feel it's over-crowded.
Overall it's the right place if you have plan to buy gold.

I checked with floor manager r they providing transport to women staff as it was festive season at Bhima they might get late at night,
Yes, Bhima Jewellers took extra precaution to drop back home all women staff,
Infact they had arranged Breakfast & Lunch for entire staff members, had arranged meals as well to customers in the afternoon for anniversary,

In the name of chit they charge high making charges which is not at all worth. They charged 26.5% making charge for antique jewels which is very high compared to other jewelry shop. They also add stone charges with unreasonable price. They just tell we give 2months bonus for chits, but they know the method of recovering that amount in making charge. Disappointed with high % of making charge.

Following up for a bill for gold purchase for over a week from Jayanagar branch. Bill wasn't given on 24 Nov 2019 due to system failure. Also couldn't get Lucky draw coupons due to lack of bill. Repeated follow ups need details to be given again and again. No accountability at all
