We have been a customer to this shop for a very long time now and the behaviour of the ship owner is getting worse day by day. They make you feel like you are loaning a dress from them rather than purchasing.
They prefer clothes on manequin more than customer wanting it. It is ridiculous behaviour. If u don't want to sell the piece then shut the store. Don't treat your customer like this. Change your stupid policies

Now onwards we are never gonna recommend this shop for any one

One of worst experience buying clothes in Bhimji's. Didn't expected this from Owner who sold the clearance clothes for 5k but the cloth was worth only 1k.
Shop Owner didnt inform that it was a clearance sale. But while return he said it is a sale and didnt allowed the exchange of clothes. May be a business tactics for him but its not worth for hard earned money of customer.

I request not to visit or buy any dress in this worst shop.

This is an excellent establishment with an impressive assortment of ethnic items. Their trendy collection is noteworthy, offered at reasonable prices, and the fabric quality is top-notch. The staff is highly skilled and attentive to your requirements.

Worst shop ever I have shopped.
Today I took 5 dresses and coming home seeing what, that all the material quality of the dress is worse then ever, after giving such big amount.
I paid more than 6k for one of the dress and regretting now for taking it coz of the worse quality. And owner is also not a friendly seller acts as though he’s big brand owner where we can see only worse quality collections. However they seem to be very nice when uh go but once uh take it, the way the change omg…!
Plus they don’t even show any of the interest to attend customers

Horrible service. The salesperson stood like he was deaf and didn’t even respond. There are other better options in mysore other than this.

Worst staff. They are lazy and stubborn to show clothes to the customers. Including owner entire staff acts like there is no other shop than Bhimjis. Collections are very minimal. Photos are not allowed even after finalising the stuffs, which is the worst part. A Big No for this Shop.

A store with zero interest in customer experience

Horrible experience, sales person did not show what we expected, additionally was rude. Never visiting this store again.

Horrible Owner… not at all friendly, not sure why did he even keep the store. We took many piece of dresses and acts as if it’s some great brand store where we aren’t allowed to take single pic! I wouldn’t want to take many pics there, after I finalized I wanted to take. His response is so annoying not at all ethical. Any new baby clothing entrepreneurs if you decide to keep, please go ahead we need good stores in URs road.

It's very less crowded.a very big shop with a lot of collections, the best place for wedding shopping.

This shop have no much collections for kids wear. Didn't allow to take pictures. One staff didn't show interest to show clothes. Will never visit here again

The owner and staff there is very rude. I sent my sister to buy dress for my daughter as I was out of india and I said her to call me to show the dress and I’ll select from it but they have some kind of policy that they don’t allow to even do video calls, ok but atleast let me select! And why being so rude? But the owner walked out and refuse to show the dress! That’s so wrong. Plus They talk with so much of attitude and doesn’t attend the customers properly, they are like” if you wanna take, you take orelse get lost”.
So disappointed. I wouldn’t give half a star but I had to choose 1 star.
I would never ever go there again.
And if you wanna go, Get ready to get attended rudely and get disappointed.

In Bhimji's dress are so nice
you can by three like,
Gowns, lehenga, churidar and so many dress

I would expect you will find the person of her heart expect i will feel you are the best experience of others feeling so I will feel you are the best to my chyse also

Please don't buy cloths here

Manager of the store is very bad

And while purchasing I was told alterations are possible in terms fittings

So we purchased cloths of 30k

And due to fitting issue we gave them forget alterations and they spoiled our cloths and manager was not coming to attend us. I hope my review saves the customers

Worst ever alterations done here, Once you purchase any item you just done, Don't give for alterations, and quality is not that great the Price's are very high, BIBA is better than this in quality. OVER ALL DONT PURCHASE GUYS
