We had a photo shoot at Bholas recently. Went there after taking an appointment Sanjay did a great job!

One of the worst experience we had when went to get family photos.

A person welcomed us and when asked for family photos, he told ₹800 for two pics.
We were ok with it and went to get the photos clicked. After that while selecting photos he says you need to select 1 photo and the same will be given a 2copies.

We told what would we do with same photos 2copies. And this was not informed at the 1st. Then he tells no rules doesn’t accept. We told ok delete the photos we don’t want and then he tells ok will give 2 pics pay ₹1000. This was shock for us being such a big store it was so unprofessional. Anyways we told ok.

Then he tells actual guy who clicks photos is not there and if he was there only one copy would be given for ₹800 and he told by mistake.

We were frustrated with this and told want to talk with you manager and then he claim to be manager.

Then we told we do not want photos and delete, he abused us saying you would not take photos and all sorts of this and spoke foul language.

And to our surprise he came behind us and scolded us.

Our photos are left in the store un deleted.

This happened to me my wife and son.

Knew this place since ages but depended on Online websites for my photo/video needs. I have started liking this place once I got a new camera and must say the store is full of all essentials you may think of. Good service, financing opportunities, product availability is what I needed!

Amazing service. I bought my Sony A7IV really happy with service and i must tell you the most important thing they have the stock already i have enquired with the Sony center they told me that 1month waiting period but bholas have the stock bang on. Recommended to everyone.all in one store.

Recently purchased a cinema camera and a bunch of Aputure lights from Bholas after getting a lot of recommendations from my friends. Amazing experience and excellent customer service! The prices are by far the best I have ever come across in Bangalore.

The Shop has a wide Collection of different Professional Cameras and its accessories. The sales person are very patience and helpful in answering your Queries. Particularly the Service given by Mr. Shrikanth is highly commendable.

I would like to place on record the excellent services of Sri Sanjay, who mans your photo processing section. This gentleman's passion toward photography is amazing. I've met him to take prints of certain pictures on many occasions; besides giving me useful inputs about the aesthetics of professional photography, he transformed my ordinary pictures in to special ones through exquisite color combinations. It is indeed people like Sanjay who are adding value to reputed photo shops like that of yours. May his tribe increase!

This is best all in one store for Audio Photgraphy and lighting products. I purchased Sony A7lll in 2021 since then I bought lots of accessories and lenses and mics. Latest collections and reasonable price in town.staff are knowledgeable and they recommend lots of options for our need. Most recommended store in Bangalore.

If i had a chance, i would give 0 stars to this photo studio.

I spent 2 hours in their studio late in the evening, trying to explain them my requirement and the dimensions /color tones etc for the prints i need, which they were supposed to give me the next day.
The guy who sat with me said he’s on leave the next day and will pass it on to his colleague. I specifically told him to brief the guy exactly as we spoke.
YET, when i collected the prints,
They had messed up everything. I had to leave the city for my wedding and i spoke to them over the phone and told them the issue. They were neither providing me a re fund, neither were they being apologetic towards their mistake!
It was a whole of 130 prints.

I do NOT recommend this place.
It only looks fancy. They’re not compassionate towards their customers.

Amazing place & amazing team there.
Have bought RS3, aputure lights, manfrotto tripod and various other equipments from this place. Staff here have been of great help while getting the right product for your requirement.

Myself Nathiya Santhakumar went to Bhola Indiranagar for my daughter’s album. Mr. Sanjay’s work is exquisite and we have very beautiful photo album.

I has visited the store to revive my ancestors photos. Few of them were painted and few were sketched. Mr. Sanjay has done such a phenomenal job, in converting them into the Morden photos and he has also Given them an ancient feel. I Highly recommend their services

Disappointing. I had called them to enquiry about the Rode mic that I wanted. They said they have and also have lots of variety. I went s the way from Airport Road to Indiranagar to find that the mic I wanted wasn’t available at all. I fact they didn’t know about it. Wasted my half a day going to and fro. For nothing.

I bought my dream lens, RF 400mm 2.8 from this store. They shipped it to hyderabad in perfect packing. Would highly recommend this store.

I went to Indiranagar Bholas for my neice and it was great experience. Support on poses and selection on photos was commendable. Reasonable and such lovely photos that i have finally ordered 2 albums instead of one.

Well maintained store to buy all Canon, Sony, cameras and Camera related accessories.

I went in search of camera bag and to my luck this was the only store which had the model I was looking for. Staff was good support and well explained me the product.

Overall it was a good experience for me.
