Not worth at all. The put prices including for their store rent, electricity, AC etc. Huge difference in online and store prices. Be careful, u may get duped.

I was lured into buying extra from the store, in exchange of a coupon of 1000 Rs, which I never recieved on my phone no.

The place has really good collection, however it is ridiculously priced. One may not have a problem spending money but there should be something that you are selling which is worth spending for.

They didn’t pack the dupatta for the suit that I bought. Now there is no way to call them at store or anywhere else. Terrible customer service

If you want to spoil your mood, you can visit this place… such a rude store manager.no value to customer…

Don't waste your time here, especially if you are size 36 just give it a miss. You won't find size 36. Overpriced stuff and no anarkali, no skirt kurti sets, absolutely no collection of bottom wear. Absolutely disappointing

Bought three dresses from BIBA store in Indira Nagar, Bangalore (19/07/2022). I purchased in a hurry because it was the closing time of the outlet. When I brought home and I found that in one of the dress the stitches were not there for about 2 inches. I was not able to identify the defect because there was one more overlock stitch in that apparel and also believed that I don't need to check these kind of defects in BIBA store. I went and shared my concern in that store the next day (20/07/2022) about the apparel. First they said that they will replace it with the new set. But later on when they couldn't find a new one, she said that they will stitch and give the same set and took the apparel from me without even giving me a note that they have collected an apparel from me. I asked her if the product was damaged and there was no replacement for that apparel, why can't she allow me to purchase the other apparel for the same cost or more. She said that they will stitch that part and give me back the same apparel which I felt was not the standard of BIBA. She was very rude and said that this was a very small defect which can be stitched.
I don't understand why they didn't do basic necessity checks before they display in the store. Be careful while purchase.
