For was good. You can take photos for sunset.it FOC and it will close 5pm Evening. Take water bottle with you inside and you can park your vechile outside, it will help you to take awsm pictures. Better go between 3-5 pm
Bidar fort is a huge place with many remarkably well maintained structures. Exploring the entire fort will take 2-3 hours, and you can explore most of the ramparts, walls and old buildings. Many of the more prominent buildings are in ruins and have restricted access, but the real fun is in exploring the other parts of the fort. Ensure to carry lot of water as the place is huge and has limited shade, and can get hot on sunny days. Security personnel won’t allow DSLR or video cameras but your phone camera is allowed at most paces with the exception of the museum, photography is not allowed in the museum. Plastics aren’t allowed into the fort, and the place is relatively clean. If only there was a guide who could provide insights then the experience would be even better.
You can just have an outer view of the fort.all the doors are closed.a park is there but you are not allowed to sit anywhere in the park.the security guard will whistle the moment you sit.that is ridiculous. Then the museum is just nothing.few broken pieces of crockery.and few tiles.that's all. Inside the fort there is a stone slab that must have information scribbled on it about the fort.but the information has been demolished. The fort.as other Mughal buildings is magnificent.but is next to nothing because it is not being taken care of. The only plus point is you don't have to buy a ticket for either parking or for entering.but I felt sorry for the fort.
There is no entry or parking fees. Parking is just next to the fort entry gate and is quite big. However on weekends it can quickly fill up. We went on 1st Oct (Sunday). We reached at 11.30am and it was slightly crowded. By the time we were leaving, one hour later, it was full and people were still coming in. The fort is nice and Instagram worthy. Do carry an umbrella and/or caps as it will be quite sunny with some shades here and there. Hence go as soon as possible.
Its a historical place well mentained. A must visit place.but entry closes at 5pm. Because I was not informed I reached at closing hours. I could not get sufficient time and the staff were harsh on tourists
Nice clean place of historical importance. The observation center has decent artefacts displayed. There is no entry fee. Tourists have to park vehicle outside the fort. But locals commute with vehicles since there are people staying inside the fort area.
Government should make this place better and interesting.
Historical place seems nice feels just walking through the way of the forts My request is to may if it has rooms which is still left for this day just make sure it safe and permit tourist to get enjoyed by those views too.
The views with the right people is really amazing. The only enemy will be heat. Make sure to take umbrella s and sunscreen. Make sure to enjoy the local food too while you are there.
Great place, you can spend some quality time here, from bus stand and railway station it's 20misn distance. Don't visit in the afternoon it's really hot, try to visit in the morning or evening. No restraunt, bring your own water bottle and snacks from outside.

Must visit fort, situated in Bidar district of Karnataka. Historically important place of India. Most of the fort is destroyed yet many more to see. Have to allot sufficient time to enjoy each and every sculpture of this fort. Really enjoyed it
1. Nice scenic location 2. Hot and Dry in Summer 3. Recommend to carry water bottles, since you need to walk long distance with no places to refill water 4. Photographers can take numerous pics
