Disappointed as call centre misguides people. For a particular blood test, they specifically said it will include Bilirubin Test, after getting blood report, it was not included in test. When I asked for it, they said 'Sir, it was 130 rs.extra...

This place is so horrible. The lady who took my blood sample was so bad at her job. After she had injected the needle, she was adjusting it and after causing a lot of pain, she was able to collect my blood samples. They said that my report would be ready...
