Combo biryani is a thing here which serves 4 people comfortably. The starters were good especially the honey chilli chicken. Desserts were okay, i would not suggest it.

Ordered boneless chicken biriyani, food was not well cooked chicken was hard same with rice totally disappointed with the taste I have tasted the same boneless chicken biriyani from different branch I loved it but this one was not good

Horrible experience for last 2 orders 2 weeks apart. 14- jul - Ordered 2 biryani, both came in different sizes where in the order was same Hydb Chkn Biryani. 30-Jul- ordered Chicken lababdar & garlic nan, found garlic with skin all over the nan. I mean guys i know organic is a trend but no so much so that you put garlic with garlic peels on a nan. Grow up and get your house in order. You'll have increased dish priced but quality and service is compromised! I big thumbs down from me.

Definitely a chain to watch out for, the rice and roti based chicken options are both spot on - Price is a little on the higher side, but still worth it all in all

Lot of variety starters, nice dining place for family and team parties, food was amazing, cost also not too much, it is reasonable. You can drive and reach to hotel, it is in main road, parking place available, lot of open space available outside, smokers can come out side for a smoke. Maintenance is very good, you can come with kids also to have good time.

It was really nice. Not so much crowd and best place for dining. I loved dum biryani and I recommend everyone to go for it. Quantity was also good. You can go with ur family, friends and in a group they have huge space for everyone. They also provide varities of ice cream which will.complete your meal. If you are looking for variety of option in veg and non veg, you will definitely get it over here. Starter wise if we look, cheese ball corn, Manchurian and soup I tried and it was really delicious. Now best part comes here as a service because we alwzz be in a hurry to get it serve and I must say, you will get it on time. They will take less time and serve with best practices. We went here couple.of times and each time they provided meals on time. If your office is nearby then I would recommend to visit once because ambience is also best. Cool place and staff is also well manner. As whenever we hear biryani we kr some people expect leg piece and thats what even I was expecting but unfortunately I didn't get but here comes best part, when I asked them normally then they said we can give you as a replacement which I must say no where u will get such kind of option. So if you need based on your choice you must let them know. They are really serving in a best possible way. You can also find juice item and Chinese. They also provide various types of noodle a the soup. You can go for it.

I have tried almost their entire menu in a short span on time as I am new here in Bengaluru. My personal favourite zeroed down to Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani. Well balanced flavours. Aromatic. The manager and the other staff make certain that we have everything we need. As their entire biryani menu gets cooked on wood burning cooking stove it adds to the uniqueness of this place. I would recommend this to all the biryani lovers out there. Full marks for the taste, presentation and service. All Covid norms were being followed as well.

As the name says the best zone for biryani in the city. You must try long lasting taste pepper mushrooms here.

Utter Waste. I really used to recommend this retaurant to my families and friend as I had a very good experience with this restaurant with marthalli branch. Having this impress i took my parents to Biryani zone, itpl branch. We have ordered a boneless family pack biryani. It was all rice with few chunks of pieces not even worth 100 gm Rupees 650 approx.so we had to leave rice as there was nothing to eat accept rice. We also ordered 1 chicken barbique kawab. It was not all barbique but some juice chicken and you wont believe it was boneless chicken thin sliced, you can say 1 piece converted into 2. Pathetic.

Boss now you are just selling your name. Please have some ethics. @Customers, please try their and then you ll come to the fact.

Ok with for cleanliness and hygiene 4 stars I ordered chicken lollypop, hara bhara kebab, chicken mini biryani, 2 buttermilk chicken lollypop was a disaster overpriced, simply coated fried which a thela wala also can give you so a big NO for chicken lollypop, hara bhara kebab was good and fresh and perfectly prepared so 5 stars for that, the main stable chicken biryani was good but I will say not so much as priced so 4 stars for that, buttermilk they used old curd I asked them to change it but they do so but nothing made a difference so 2 star for that so overall experience will be 3 out of 5 stars needs some improvement in some dishes and pricing

Biryani is good but starters are not at all good. They are keep in freeze and making the starters.

We regularly order boneless biryani and chicken starters from this place for home delivery.
Their lehsuni tikkas and achari tikkas are absolutely must haves.

I recently happened to visit them for an order pickup and I was amazed to see a nice seating environment as well. It's a decently sized restaurant with ample seating capacity and hence ready to maintain social distancing.

I would highly recommend this place for non vegetarian food lovers.

We took - Chicken Leg biryani, egg biryani, mushroom pepper fry and Lemon soda.
Talking about biryani - Its not too spicy nor less spicy. Its neutral which is very good.
Taste of biryani exactly matches to hyderabad style. And the pieces r soo tender and juicy.
Mushroom pepper fry - its crispy and soft. Very nice.
Service - within 5 mins after u order, food will be on ur table. Its very quick.

Biryani here is good. They don't have enough Parking space. So sometimes we park near the foot path opp to the restaurant. Unfortunately my vehicle got towed because of this.
And had to pay huge amount to get it back.
It's not just about ambiance and food. Management should take care of parking as well

Chicken tikka taste is awesome and naan also good.but prawn briyani taste was not ok and lassi was sour taste

We ordered a Paneer Briyani, Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Briyani, a Chocolate Milkshake and a Masala Soda. Paneer Briyani costed 260. The quantity was good enough. But the amount of masala was very less. The Paneer tasted old. I would give two out of five stars for Paneer Briyani. Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Briyani costed 320. The quantity was good enough. It had more masala. It was fine. Had to insist them multiple times to bring the Chocolate Milkshake and Masala Soda though it was ordered along with the Briyani. Chocolate Milkshake costed 110. More than 1/4th of the glass tumbler was filled with froth. Nice business gimmick. Taste was good but what they did to the quantity did not do justice for the money. Masala Soda costed 60 and it was okay. Total 788 with GST. Tips 20. Total expenditure 808. Ambience was fine but lights should be a little brighter. Counting how many kgs of Basmati rice I would had bought with that money at the back of my mind. Anyways, giving 3 out of 5.

Dont ever ordee egg biriyani just a plain basmatirice with egg added, restraunt treats u when you pay more money for food then food is good, when u pay less money for eg egg biriyani is 230 rs was very bad but chicken biriyni full is 350 rs it was good. Try satisfying the customers first.dont cheat people

If marks are to be allotted based on the loyalty of customers to their favorite hotels, Biryani Zone would stand first any day! Situated very close to the Vydhehi hospital among many biryani hotels in ITPl & white field.it stands out for delivering quality and taste which remains unchanged even today. The hotel looks like any other there until you get to taste their specialty. The cook is good and it’s well proved by the taste. If you are looking for a local feel this is the right place to go.

Ordered a family pack chicken biryani and got one egg. Seriously do you think there is only one member in a family? Give us more eggs or no eggs but one egg doesn't add up. Fruit punch was more like musk melon shake. Not the worst experience but definitely not the best.

Food taste was good. Prices are bit high. If you are planning Friday lunch be there before 12: 30 to avoid waiting period. Air-conditioning is not effective. Staff is polite. Overall good experience. Should try.

As I am a regular costumer of this place in every 2 month. Now they started reducing the quantity and quality.
So please go here only when you donot worry about budget & only expect a little bit quality food.

I have been to whitefield branch HAL road one time and i liked this biriyani so much that it compelled me to visit again multiple times.
This time as i was in ITPL, thought to give a shot to this branch and to my surprise everything is below expectation here.
Saalan given with biriyani was entirely different and tasteless while mutton pieces were hard.
Rs. 180 are charged for biriyani rice for the same quantity for which i was charged Rs 90 in HAL road branch. On asking i was told, prices are different in this branch which is not true as menu is same.
Please maintain same level of quality and pricing in all the branches. I will definitely not visit this branch anymore.
Same kind of thought has already been expressed in other review as well regarding this outlet.

Good food taste and ambience, responsible waiters.i gave 3 stars because this hotel dont have a proper parking, there is a invisible line which when crossed and parked will be picked by police trucks and charge us heavily.
This hotel dont even have a security guard to explain this to new visiters.worst customer care.never go here.

As the name suggests, I didn't feel like wow Biriyani. But it's good in taste and little more spicy. If you need less then please inform while ordering. Roti, Kulcha, Stuffed kulcha are good and all side dishes in starters and main course also have decent taste and quality.
I am a frequent visitor of this restaurant. Service is quite good and free green salad they use to provide. Sometimes welcome juice as well.
Overall a good restaurant to have lunch or dinner. Can go as family or group.ambience is good with soft music. Thanks!

Tasty briyani with good start up dishes. The service was very fast. Never looked for when the item will arrive. Also there was no no for any dish asked. Few items would have prepared for somemore time felt little raw. Otherwise good restaurant to go with family and friends for party and casual eat. Without worring about purse:) Briyani is very tasty can ask for more spice if you like but default is good enough for any southy!

Food taste was very bad n service was too late. After a wait of nearly 30 mins, we got dum biryani, which teasted like jeera rice with chicken curry.

Lime soda was too bad. Had a sip n then left it just like tat.
