Food was bad. We had ordered chicken corn soup and it tasted wierd. And the biriyani. Sorry to say, the worst i have tasted in Bangalore. No flavour. Rice was dry. And there was a rat running near the tables. Won't suggest this place
The cravings of chicken often leads me to explore new places. While walking in Jayanagar after work. I was craving for chicken. As me and my friend were walking, I saw biryanis and more. I asked her to let’s eat here. From outside it seemed as if closed as all the lights were closed and couldn’t see anyone in the store. I checked online to see whether it’s open or not. After that We both went in, and found no customer. It was shocking for me to see no customer in the entire restaurant. We both sat on the first floor and the table next to us was having leftovers food from the lunch I believe. It was not clean. The first impression was not at all good. But this didn’t held me back to not try something. We ordered for a half tandoori chicken and one lemon chicken. The server seemed disinterested in taking order. But I was excited for some good food. After 10 mins lemon chicken came and being an excited person I put it in my plate. The moment I took my first bite. The flavour of lemon was too strong that it was overpowering all other flavours. The sourness of lemon was too much and it was not what I was expecting. My imagination for lemon chicken was to quite different from what was served. Then after 5 mins my tandoori chicken came. It looked super oily and as usual it was disappointing in taste. The feel of reheating of the chicken was so evident that the first bite made me realise that it was not fresh, just reheated. The spiciness and oiliness was overpowering the aromatic charcoal flavours. I couldn’t expect this that such a place will serve me reheated chicken.
Overall the experience was not at all good. My expectations and experience was more awful than satisfied or content.
This place needs a lot of maintenance, needs regular cleanup, the restaurant itself is so untidy and uncomfortable. I can imagine the kitchen. The food of the other branches is much more tastiest in Hyderabad than in Bangalore.
I have tried lot of biryani's in Banglore but this is the Best Biryani I have tasted till now.you will get the real Hyderabadi flavor and also same taste what you get in Hyderabad.must try if you are from Hyderabad.
I was at the restaurant last night for dinner. I ordered a Mini Chicken Fried Biryani. Most of the staff were involved in delivering food to a Food Blogger and help him shoot videos. I was the only dine in guest and besides me there was a food delivery person who was waiting for more than 30 minutes. The biryani arrived after 20-25 min and it was salty and the rice seemed to have be heated in a microwave oven! I’m from Andhra and I know how biryani is made there! I informed the Manager the Biryani is salty and he seemed surprised and ran after the crew shooting videos for the food blogger. Who plans a promotional shoot on a Saturday Night which is a busy time for most restaurants? These guys could not even manage two orders and dished out poor quality food! I would never go back to this restaurant ever and would recommend to readers if you want to eat authentic Andhra Biryani - there are much better places than this one! This one gets a rating of -5 from me
