Biso Multi Cuisine Restaurant

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE… Please go through the below details:

Considering the flat 50% off offer, we booked BISO Multi Cuisine Restaurant – Citrus Hotel for our lunch through Zomato app. Since it was a Christmas holiday, we were greeted well at the reception, and I mentioned that we have a table booking through Zomato. We moved into the restaurant, which is located on the ground floor (Citrus Hotel has another restaurant at the rooftop of the same building by the name of 'Skylit'). The hotel ambiance appeared great!

There was a big spread of food in the buffet, and we could see just one family dining at BISO. Some of the dishes were cold (at 2: 30 pm) and when pointed out, the servers readily sent them to the kitchen inside for reheating. The main course was not up to the standards and the same was with dessert section. There was just one variety of ice-cream (Pista) and it was melted.

Throughout our dining time, there were just 3 families including ours having food at BISO. This clearly goes well with the rating (3.8* in Google and 3.6* in Zomato).

When I was about to pay the bill through Zomato app, the server said that Zomato discounts do not apply to buffet spreads. I said that this was already informed at the reception before entering the restaurant and we should have been guided accordingly. However, they countered saying that reception has no connection with the restaurant. Since this was not communicated to us before we could start our meal, I asked for a Manager, but he was not helpful at all. Next I initiated a chat conversation with Zomato Service explaining the situation but they mentioned that the restaurant was not attending their calls, and I had no option but to pay the original bill amount. Overall, this was really a disappointing experience and not worth paying such a high price. In case you are planning to dine at BISO, please call the restaurant and seek details before visiting the place.

I got food poisoning after eating in this place. They didnt have much variety and taste was not that great.

Tried Buffet on 13th April, it was horrible.
Tried Ala Carte on 12th April, it was far better.

Took took 20 people for lunch there a couple of days back including couple of members from customer team.
- Horrible service, extremely slow.
- They were serving soup and starters at the table and imagine they served Non Veg soup to Vegetarians and later on came back saying oh we served by mistake, very poor and casual staff attitude.
- Very limited started and main course menu, only 2 veg starters ex.

Overall nothing great about this place, can explore better options around.

Pathetic service. Struggled a lot as the people at service did not know any other language than Hindi.
Food served was very late. Quantity was good. Taste was ok. Price was high

Biso will be a good option for having breakfast. You'll get wide variety of food options and the food is really good

Firstly pathetic food and the worst food I can tell. They provide and force you to take buffet which is Rs. 599! Which is of no use at all.
I don’t know what kind of a chef they have recruited, worst food, absolutely no taste in anything, neither veg is good nor non-veg,
And they have very limited options, wat the hell is that flavoured rice it contains nothing, no salt no spice no vegetable no oil no spices.
And those low quality sweets and deserts! Small little bakeries itself is far better than ur deserts and sweets, those rotis wer not fresh definetly it’s yesterday dough kept it in oven and bought to serve, non veg was also pathetic full of salt in each n every item, finally one thing it’s not worthy.
Atmosphere is awkward, u feel like sitting in mid of a Desert.even though fans are turned On… finally Biso is the worst place and service.

We just happened to be in the area and decided to get some breakfast from here. They have an unlimited buffet breakfast priced at 499. I can say it was definitely great food at this price. They had both continental and Indian on the menu and every one of the dishes were great. The service was also great at the restaurant. Would definitely recommend if you've an appetite and like to try good food.

We were about 37 people who had a gathering in BISO. Food was good. The private garden area was spacious and good. But it was too warm as the roof was plastic sheet. They did have some fans, but did not help. Also, due to blue sheet above, none of our photos came out well. Finally they did switch ON some bulbs, so we took photos in those spots only. The manager was very accommodating, and gave us time from 11.30am to 4pm. But one of the servers did not like that we were there till 4pm. He tried to switch OFF the fans so that we leave soon. And he behaved like the place was his. Some of us wanted to sit in the AC area where the buffet was served as it was very hot outside, but this server did not allow. But eventually the manager or someone was fine with it and some of us sat inside.

Great dining experience! A perfect place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues.

The only Hotel that is offering a proper continental breakfast buffet during Covid restrictions. Loved the buffet spread for the price. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for continental and non veg for breakfast. Staff is also courteous.

The worst experience ever! Not worth the price.each and every food was tasteless! Expected to be atleast above average.completely not worth the price.would never recommend anyone to visit this place.

Price is too high for the quality of food served. The quality of the ambience is bad.we booked for the hotel restaurant and they have given in the bar. Ot was difficult to be there with family.

Open late hours at night. Provided good food and service. Dessert was not satisfactory, fudge seemed hard and ice cream wasn't fresh. It was replaced upon bringing to their notice. Ambience of those light bulbs is very pleasing!

Very good food and hospitality. I think best hospitality in any restaurant what I have been to.

Had gone for a dinner. We tried roti with dal makhani, chicken tikka and manchow soup. The service was disappointing

Good place for a small parties and official meets.serves good veg buffet and desserts but not at all good for non veg

Liked the place alot. The service even was great i would say. The starters for veg as well as for non veg were good. Food taste was also good and the drinks were awesome. They had outside as well as inside seating area and the ambience was good. The desserts specially the moong dal halwa was awesome in taste. Also I had applied the gourmet passport offer on buffet and there was no issue on that as well. Would definitely recommend the place.

There aura is good. I went with my best friend here, were there for nearly more than 3 hours. It's less crowded. I'm glad to visit this place.
There food quality is also good, I had Zomato gold so, got good discounts too ;)

This hotel has many restaurant in it and every restaurant is amazing and holds it uniqueness. Been to Biso for midnight dinner after spending some good time in their rooftop bar “skylit”.
Dinner at Biso was so delicious, I enjoyed my after party meal there, veg and non-veg both dishes were yummy and portion of food was quite good! Courteous staff, very polite and friendly! I loved it.

Had been here 2 days before with colleagues for buffet lunch. We ordered both veg and non veg buffet. Veg starters had mushroom, Panneer and baby corn but non veg starters was only chicken. Taste was good. No varieties at all. And coming to main course fish curry and Palak chicken was pathetic. Other items were OK OK. Desserts are not up to the mark. Cut fruits were almost over they dint bother to fill back. After requesting for ice cream they dint bring it. Rates per pax is not expensive. Finally I would not recommend this place

Nothing great here. Went for buffet lunch. There are varieties of dishes and the ambience also good. But taste it was thumbs down

They’re open 24 hours and I truly appreciate their service. We had reached there around 1 am and the staff were so polite and served patiently. The dishes were prepared at that time and cook had done a great job. The ambience was good, food was yummy and above all service was awesome! I’m impressed!

This was our third visit and we were disappointed. There was dust on the spoons, glasses were not clean. Else food was good.

Tasty food. Nice preparation by chef. I would recommend to go at least few times. Staff is courteous and well mannered. Helpful all the time. It has a decent ambience which is definitely well maintained. Hygienic food. Service is in time and decorated nicely. Food is good for kids as well.

Located in one of the finest hotels in Bangalore, this restaurant is one of the trifecta of restaurants present in the dining area.

- Courteous service
- Nice Ambience
- And finally good food!

The worst part?
- Just a bit too slow and dull for my liking.
- Waiting for food time - too high! (Thank god India vs. Pakistan match was on that day, so actually I enjoyed this part, lol)

Although they have done a wonderful work with the given area, there is a lack of ownership among the managers which makes the thing kind of fall apart!
Nevertheless, one should go and have a plate of Chicken Satay here! Zomato Gold accepted. ️

Food was great. Good choices in buffer. Excellent service by staff. Ambience is great and soothing to the eye.

Today, we team of 20 members came for lunch here. I can say one of the wrost lunch I had did in my life, no proper service and food not at all tatsy, nasty management. I might have satisfied to have lunch at roadside hotel than this. Only interior looks good not the tatse of food and service.

PLS. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. NO TASTE, NO SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN MAKE OUT BY LOOKING AT NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS. I DON'T HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING MORE. WORST WORST WORST.

Biso a part of Citrus Hotel. Outdoor cuisine is really nice well a artificial greenery which brings good vibes. Food is very testy and well cooked. Non-veg starter are limited. Overall love to visit again.
