Nice North Indian food. We had Tomato soup, Mushroom chilly, Paneer, Butter naan, Dal, Paneer butter masala, Sweet lassey. Except Paneer butter masala, all were good. They have Nice parking space too.
Fresh vegetarian fud.can go with a group and can try lot of dishes.still our receipt was on the lower side.my personal favorites are jeera rice, paneer butter masala, aloo paratha, sweet Lassi! There are lot of options.do try if u r on the Mangalore udupi route on NH 17 highway
One of the best north indian cuisine i have tasted in the mamgalore-udupi district. Also price is so reasonable that even if u end up eating a lot your bill will be shockingly less. One time we decided to get food. For 13 people and bought lots of dishes. Ended up paying around 3.5k. Who ever reading this should try. Also the place is clear for a dhaba standards.
Worst quality food. Dal makhani wasn't the actual dal makhani. On asking the owner, he said this dal is what we make for dal makhani. And paneer tikka masala was yuck! I could easily figure out that butter used was of low quality, I.e. The nutralite 20rs butter was used in the preparation of food. Butter naan wasn't cooked only. It was like maida ko thda heat krk aise hi dae diya!
I visited this Dhaba when I visited the near by beaches, which is in highway near to the toll gate, So basically if you are coming from udupi you have to pay toll to go this Hotel. And I don't think it's like Dhaba which we imagine (no outdoor seating), it's just the normal hotel where you get good good of north style cuisines and South as well.regarding the taste, yes it's good but not too good, waiters are good and fast. And there's enough parking space for vehicle.
Visited on a Sunday during peak hours, the service was quick and the food served was really tasty. Loved their Paneer Gheeroast and Mushroom Biriyani. The prices were really reasonable. Worth a visit!
Food is just brilliant. And their taste is so delicious.if you are a traveller or a tourist visiting mangolre or mukka, you must have here for your tastebuds
We used to visit this food outlet every weekends during our college days. One of the best or I would say this is the best place I ever visited to have delicious, mouth drooling food with affordable price. We had some set of favourite dishes that we would order all the time, 1) Cream of tomatoe soup 2) Gobi Manchurian/Gobi chilli 3) Butter roti/Tandoori roti 4) Paneer butter masala 5) Kaju masala 6) Ghee rice and they have there Iconic drink i.e, "Sweet Lassi" thick and chilled. This was our all time favourite menu of Bittu da dabha. And it's pure vegetarian. To all who visit Mangalore, never miss out this amazing food outlet, do try once and I'm sure you'll be addicted to that food, as we are
Ordered Dal Fry and Paneer Tikka Masala with naan. Both were delicious. Also had lassi which was creamy and thick. Would definitely go there again and recommend.
Decent North Indian restaurant nearby. Heavily crowded most of the time and good service. The dishes are tasty and one need to try the Bittu Special Lassi.
Nice food with reasonable price. Fast service and good waiters. It is a vegetarian restaurant. Don't ever forget to have a lassi if you visit this place
Best place to give veg dinner to friends with more members, food taste is fantastic, serving is fast, we have dinner frequently here best and cost is also less compared to other hotels
One of the best places for vegetarian food, the aloo parata, lassi and mushroom pepper fry are one of the must try items. The atmosphere is like a typical dhaba with a separated section for family if needed
Hey guys! Please don't get fooled by the name or the display board! This hotel is not related to a Punjabi /north indian or the punjabi cusine and is run by a localite with a few local cooks. Coming to the food, it's the worst food you can ever have on a highway. Uncooked rice, stained plates, lot of soya /vinegar in the Chinese food and white coloured full of maidha parathas. They don't serve wheat parathas. Perfect food to spoil your holiday mood!
This is one of the best place to visit for food in Mulki this place service really good and tasty food you have lots of vegetarian options here the ambience is not that great but the food is tasty you can visit here if you are near by mulky and searching for place to dine a different varieties of food are served hear.the service is very fast you will get your food within no time you can come here with your friends family or dine alone️
I just visited this place for an afternoon food. Just ordered a sweet corn soup and gobhi Manchurian but unfortunately could not eat them. Sweet corn was still raw and hard and Manchurian was over roasted and tasted like carbon. Was very much disappointed
A value for money highway eating joint. Food is simple and good. Clientele consists of locals and travellers. There is a family section but don't be surprised to see it occupied by male groups as well.
Very quick delivery and the food taste pretty good. Cost also is reasonable. Whenever you crave for dhaba hot rotis dhal naan Manchurian consider this place.
If u really want to try a dhaba with desi tadhka, then this is the place for it.tasty food at reasonable price Not to forget the LASSI. (really worth it)
Tasty food, reasonable price, friendly staff, good place to eat when you go for a long drive. Tandoori Rotis are made of refined floor and not whole wheat. Lassies here are to die for.
The only plus is the location. The ambiance is very basic. A cheat in the name of dhaba. Hygiene is not maintained. Rotis are made of maida. Instead of wheat. The waiters are always busy and barely wait to finish the order. The chilli paneer we ordered was bland with no salt or spice. We ordered veg Manchurian as it was suggested by the staff. It also turned out to be mediocre. This place used to be good in the past. The recent visit was disappointing.
This dhaba is near suratkal toll gate, one of the oldest dhaba and famous dhaba with great tasty food, all major verity of food available here.very clean and well maintained place.with parking place and clean restrooms.
