Purchase experience was good but there was some lack in delivery services like piece was not ironed and cleaned when went to receive. They took another half hour to make suit ready. Need to improve on that. Rest everything was fine.

The staff Sumi is excellent at customer service. He understood our needs and helped us pick up the right clothing. He is very polite and humble in his job. His knowledge about clothing is excellent. Wherever he stays, customers will come back to the outlet.

Best store to visit for suits and blazers I went to this store to purchase suit for my wedding before I visited falcon but I didn't like the service and collections but here in indiranagar blackberrys there excellent collections of suits and staffs are very helpful in selecting the best suit and combinations I really appreciated this store and will sure recommend this store to anyone who is looking for suits and blazers this store also have good parking space. Very happy with staff service and politeness and friendly people. Thank you blackberrys indiranagar.

Staffs are highly cooperative and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality formal wear.

Helpful in helping me get what I need, but it took a lot of extra steps to get it- including a delivery (charged to me) because the item wasn't done on time, and then an extra trip to Raymond's near me to pull out the security tag (because they left it on when it was delivered).

Nonetheless, i still appreciate the help finding an outfit for me, plus the selection at this store was pretty neat!

I’d given them a suit for alteration which they said would be ready on Friday. On Friday I’d called and then they said it would be ready only on Saturday. On Saturday they asked me to come after 6pm, and once I arrived at 7: 20pm, they made me wait another hour and half in the store because they didn’t even start the work. The clothes maybe alright or even decent, but the people here and especially the tailor are terrible

Perfect quality of shirts and trousers. You will love the quality and collection in the showroom. Nice ambience.

Aweful experience! Spend more than 10k on a suit and the alterations ruined the suit. Above that the salesman started blaming me for asking for alterations in the first place even though they over-promised on getting it right and themselves suggested them. What the hell! Don’t recommend them at all. Please try Louie Philippe next door who were honest and did a way better job. These folks are not professional at fits, alterations and neither owning their mistakes. Have even complained Blackberry head office about this.

Interestingly they do encourage you to go to their other stores and explore more options if they do not have all of them.

Good collection but no customer experience. You wont feel like going again. Store manager, a chain smoker, will be behind u untill u purchase after that they dont care.

Not a variety of designs on offer, but still lives upto it's brand name. Situated on the main road where there are other big brands like Park Avenue, Louis Philippe among others.

They don't deliver the clothes given for alternation timely. I have experienced this multiple times.
