Main testing lab of Aster is very worst. Collected blood sample but not provided report. They missed my blood sample and they are putting blame on innocent staffs like Shailaja. Worst management of lab.

They are not giving hard copy. Yday I had to search xerox shop during to do printout to show doctor. If u r taking 2000 to do test cant u do printout. Hard copy is required everywhere. Giving excuse printer is not working.pathetic.

Worst service ever.booked appointment prior but when we came on time they said your appointment is cancelled.without any prior information. I mean guys grow up you run a clinic everyone is having emergency orelse we would have been in our home...
