No maintainance activities done. No amenities work properly. No one there whom we can report. No staff comes up to look into any issue. No fooding facility available.

Very bad experience not more than one star the manager vijay reddy is terrible not taking the responsibility alot. We went into police station against him. Water problem is there the cleaning person is not cleaning properly he is scanning and giving the review by himself. The kitchen is always very dirty in lift there is spits of all over. The supervisor is very good but he doesnt have the resource to solve all the issues. Water will come in the room if it rains heavily my ceiling is leaking. Water will come from sewer in the main area during rainfall. There is no cover in water tank. They are increasing monthly rent monthly very bad from oyo

Pros
1. Good location
2. New Refrigerator, Washing Machine and RO installed on every floor
3. Kitchen is there with utilities.
Cons
1. Room cleaning: Once A week, no bathroom floor cleaning at all
2. No TV in the Room, was specified in the site
3. Lift, kitchen and Main entry smells so bad and are so dirty
4. Rooms are relatively much smaller than photos
5. Electricity and water supply cutoff are there, sometime can be for long
6, Supervisor is good and friendly but i guess have limited control
7. Expensive if you consider the fact that no food is provided

Pathetic experience so far, guys they're making money on their name and they don't bother to listen and to take action on your issues. Highly not recommended

Worst terrible place it is hell in oyo dont go by the images they are edited they are increasing the rent monthly. Even if you don't use electricity they will charge 10 rupees per unit. The manager vijay reddy is doing financial. He is not picking up our calls.

If you can cook your own food then it is ok to stay.because oyo will provide room for you to stay and will not provide food.apart from rent you will have to pay maintenance charges.amount-300 to 500

Everything that can go wrong will go wrong here!
1. Rent is increased EVERY month on some pretext.
2. Power backup means 1 LED bulb, not even power outlet or fan.
3. Water tank is perpetually empty.
4. Management is very good at making EXCUSES.
5. There first and last solution to everything is SHIFT to another property.
6. If there is a FIRE, you can raise a request on the app. Mine is still PENDING. See screenshot.
7. WiFi is of prehistoric age.
8. NO TV.
9. DAILY power cuts.
10. RATS are very happy though.
11. Kitchen is only namesake.
Are you still considering OYO LIFE? Seriously?

I am giving 1 star because it is required to give at least 1 star. I have been living here for the past 70 days (approx). There are a lot of issues.
1. Everyday there will be some issues with water.
It won't come in the morning and at night.
2. On the name of power backup, they are just providing an led bulb, you won't be able to charge your phone because no backup supply is given in socket.
3. The major fault is that the manager of this property is not responsible.
4. Oyolife keeps on increasing the rent every month, average increased amount is 250/ month.
My co-living mates in the building have raised these issues for about 50 times, but even the customer care is not effective.
I have uploaded supporting pictures to prove what is the reality of the property. Kindly audit properly before shifting to the property.

Horrible OYO. NO WATER, NO MAINTENANCE, NOTHING. WASTE PROPERTY! OYO IS CHEATING PUBLIC WITH THIS KIND OF PROPERTY! PLEASE DONT BELIEVE IN THE PHOTOS POSTED BY OYO IN THEIR WEBSITE! REALITY IS WAY DIFFERENT!
