* 1st thing is No Calls from Delivery Executive. * 2nd time sitting in same chair they updated twice tracking dashboard that - No Such Consignee At The Given Address. * 3rd time updated as - Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect and Shipment Delivered.

Wrost delivery service. Delivery boy even not called me and market the attempt failed due to incomplete/incorrect address. I verified the address with blue dart customer care and they verified. They also raised the complainant against the delivery boy. What's wrong with the delivery boys? Not getting salary on time or you guys are understaff?
Very worst service, their delivery staff is very bad and impolite. They return delivery without even trying to come to the location. Blindly saying consignee not available, incorrect address, etc.

Didn't expect this from bluedart. I had ordered a smart watch which was delivered through your service, package was opened, and my watch was missing along with the charging cable. By the time that delivery executive had left already. When being asked later he speaks rudely saying check with your security guard.

Falsely updated status of shipment to “Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery”. What does it means? Instead of delivering shipments on time this depot is assigning false status and this is not first time.
Horrible service. Worst customer care. And worst delivery personnel’s. This company should just shut down. Tried 2 times for pick up. No one called or came to pick the products. And they called it saying it was called by shipper. These people do horrible service so that we call the customer care which is paid call and I think they try to make money like this. Without coming to premises they updating the status premises was closed. This they did twice for same consignment (89361687343). Still consignment is not delivered. Same I experienced earlier many times. If you are not able to meet timeline you should keep extra time why this misleading claim you people are making.
Real buggers, did not even attempt to deliver my consignment and returned it back. Make false claims of wrong pincode or person not found at the address.

Bluedart courier is extremely painful. Had only and only worst experience with this company. So poor service, more so poor management. No one is there to followup. Delayed by three days Reason stated for delay "BEYOND CONTROL". Status not being communicated by any one.
I am at home from past 4 days but the delivery guy updated as consignee not available. Continuously for four days the delivery person was unable to deliver the consignment. Even the swiggy guys know that if they don't find the address they can call the person to know location. These guys are so dumb.

Pathetic service.reviews are not making any difference to these guys.if anyone got a parcel to this particular center please go and collect by yourself they will not deliver your package.they modify the status as out for delivery but the reality is the package is with them and at the end of the day they update the status as premises was closed or some other thing.people please put a report against them if you also have issues with this service center as reviews are not making any difference.and please be aware of fraud calls because there is some leak in this center and if you are not aware you will be the next target and you will end up loosing your amount from your bank so please don't give any of your number which is linked to your bank
Worst delivery service from peenya hub without coming to place and without calling the customer then simply mention address is invalid and there is no available branch contact number please close immediately this courier.
