One of the worst delivery centre and the bluedart customer service are also not resolving the issues. I will never recommend BLUEDART to anyone

Very worst Service.
I ordered a product from Cred and Blue
Dart was assigned.

* 1st thing is No Calls from Delivery Executive.
* 2nd time sitting in same chair they updated twice tracking dashboard that - No Such Consignee At The Given Address.
* 3rd time updated as - Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect and Shipment Delivered.

What hell are you doing? Don't have work ethics for you guys?

Overall very worst experience with Peenya e tail.

Wrost delivery service. Delivery boy even not called me and market the attempt failed due to incomplete/incorrect address. I verified the address with blue dart customer care and they verified. They also raised the complainant against the delivery boy. What's wrong with the delivery boys? Not getting salary on time or you guys are understaff?

Very worst service, their delivery staff is very bad and impolite. They return delivery without even trying to come to the location. Blindly saying consignee not available, incorrect address, etc.

Surprising to see how a lot of us are facing similar issues where the delivery person never attempts the delivery, never calls and updates the tracking saying no consignee at the given address. Toll-Free number doesn't connect. Never expected this sort of service from Blue Dart.

Such an useless service by this Peenya batch delivery boys.till today I’m seeing no one is responsible for delivery! Fraud company from two days they re-schedule the deliver without calling or visiting customer location. It’s an emergency item.

It took a very long time to give acknowledgement. Ask for unnecessary documents like the original aadhar card. Don't accept soft copies. No value for customers time.

Didn't expect this from bluedart. I had ordered a smart watch which was delivered through your service, package was opened, and my watch was missing along with the charging cable. By the time that delivery executive had left already. When being asked later he speaks rudely saying check with your security guard.

Worst Experience with Blue Dart, honestly for the money they take, they provide the worst experience. They had the goods for 3 days and did not deliver, finally i had to collect it via Porter. Don't ever trust these guys. Speed Post service of Indian Postoffice works great. Don't trust these guys

Falsely updated status of shipment to “Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery”. What does it means? Instead of delivering shipments on time this depot is assigning false status and this is not first time.

Horrible service. Worst customer care. And worst delivery personnel’s. This company should just shut down. Tried 2 times for pick up. No one called or came to pick the products. And they called it saying it was called by shipper. These people do horrible service so that we call the customer care which is paid call and I think they try to make money like this. Premise address incorrect. Still consignment is not delivered. Same I experienced earlier many times. If you are not able to meet timeline you should keep extra time why this misleading claim you people are making.

I dont know why blue dart exists, they don't deliver parcels on time, and delivery guys don't call our number, they directly go back saying customer didn't receive the call, when they did not call at all

Without coming to premises they updating the status premises was closed. This they did twice for same consignment (89361687343). Still consignment is not delivered. Same I experienced earlier many times. If you are not able to meet timeline you should keep extra time why this misleading claim you people are making.

They never bothered to call the customer to deliver the package and worst customer care service.

Real buggers, did not even attempt to deliver my consignment and returned it back. Make false claims of wrong pincode or person not found at the address.

Irresponsible behaviour with customer. No proper communication has made to customer.

Among the courier companies, they stand out for their professionalism. Expect a higher cost but be assures of quality service.

The IVR says that the 1860 number is not valid. There is no other way to reach Blue dart. Pathetic.

Bluedart courier is extremely painful. Had only and only worst experience with this company. So poor service, more so poor management. No one is there to followup. Delayed by three days Reason stated for delay "BEYOND CONTROL". Status not being communicated by any one.

I am at home from past 4 days but the delivery guy updated as consignee not available. Continuously for four days the delivery person was unable to deliver the consignment. Even the swiggy guys know that if they don't find the address they can call the person to know location. These guys are so dumb.

Pathetic service.reviews are not making any difference to these guys.if anyone got a parcel to this particular center please go and collect by yourself they will not deliver your package.they modify the status as out for delivery but the reality is the package is with them and at the end of the day they update the status as premises was closed or some other thing.people please put a report against them if you also have issues with this service center as reviews are not making any difference.and please be aware of fraud calls because there is some leak in this center and if you are not aware you will be the next target and you will end up loosing your amount from your bank so please don't give any of your number which is linked to your bank

Worst delivery service from peenya hub without coming to place and without calling the customer then simply mention address is invalid and there is no available branch contact number please close immediately this courier.

Too costly.document courier charge 400 rupee while same document sent from other agency costed only 150

These guys don't attempt delivery and mark it as delivery attempted door locked or person not available. But when you visit there to their they'll say "Saar iwattu delivery bartitu niv yak barak hodri"

Even the 1 rating is more for their pathetic service (should be given minus). They didn't even call me when they were out for delivery.they took the parcel back without getting any confirmation my side. Worst service. I don't know why people/organization are preferring these kind of courier company.
They took one month to deliver. Each time updating as not able to contact customer / incorrect address. Even though everything is fine.
