They don't updated their showroom contact number and on top of it when delivery msg sent they do not share the delivery guy number this is not good service.
So I had my parcel delivered here because the parcel had old address which had not been delivered. Unlike other couriers where they handover the parcel whenever a person is available, the receptionist just denied in the go. I had to travel all the way from Electronic City just to get that parcel and had reached by 6: 30pm atleast and the receptionist lady denies on the face saying the place is closed although it was wide open and the business was as usual. She informed me to visit next day by 8 but i just redirected. Never ever want to visit this bluedart place again without calling.
Terrible. Nil customer support, very expensive and not reliable.and even customer support number is chargeable to the caller. Please avoid for domestic shipment. I am not aware about international services.
The delivery people are very much reluctant while delivering the important documents like bank documents and all. Sometime they even don’t deliver the documents in doorstep or call the recipient directly. Very very bad delivery service.
It's one of the best courier service provider. This particular center is a local hub so when you are submitting your documents here it means it will directly go to the desired destination. All local shops who are providing courier services submit their collected items at day end to this place so why to go for local service provider. Directly go to this place. Employees are so bad, my product came from hyderabad cost of 1000 and same product they are saying 2100 to send same location. Never use bludart. I send it through fedex for 1100 rs.
One humble request to BlueDart, if you can't do this work, just close the office and get lost. Worst service. They will never deliver item at our doorstep. They will simply update the delivery status as, consignee out of station. I did not get any call from BlueDart on the shipment. I thought they will deliver at my house, but it didn't happened, they have returned my item. This is not happened for first time, 3 times it happened. 2 times they returned my item and 3rd time I went to BlueDart office and collected my item.
You should improve your customer service and may be you should educate delivery boys to call the customer once if they don't find the correct address and not to update false statement in the tracking status.
No no no. Not good. They never come for deliver and after 5 days they will mark as address not reachable. Customer service also not taking call properly. Customer behavior also very rude.
Worst delivery service, you can't reach anyone if you miss the delivery boy call. There is no clarity on working time incase if you want to go to their office to pic the parcel

I personally have a very bad experience with blue dart. They never call. My first package was correctly delivered to my house, however second time I didn't receive my parcel though it was arrived in their warehouse. Luckily I tracked my parcel in there website and came to know that it has already arrived in the blue dart courier office. The plus point was blue dart courier office is just 1/2 km away from my house so I went myself to collect the parcel.
Worst service I have ever seen. Especially the delivery boys are very rude. The customer care service also says we can't help. The delivery will be in next day. So after some time the blue dart executive called me then I said It is worst service so they called the delivery guy and delivered finally. So it is worst service. We can not believe same day they will deliver. Don't believe them anyways.
Worst services i ever came across.delivery guyz don't have phones and they are not delivering the product on time and updating the wrong status on the website. Their customer service is even worse, disconnecting customers call without providing any information.
Hi am Nagendra, i work in aero rent a car we suppose to receive cheque form client unfortunately because of blue dart courier we did not got delivered at office on time we took information from client tracking number from then we tried reaching their office in BTM lake road our staff went and collected personally.sad part is they not even try to contact which number provided by client.very poor service they don't deserve not even one star.not recommandable.
If we did not pickup the call in one ring, they will send back the mail saying assignee's address changed. Hence i never recommended this place for courier service. Call center support is very worst. This guys are just irritating people not for services. I have multiple time experience their bad service. This review is for all over service of blue dart.
This is the Worst delivery logistics i can say. My house is 1KM away still that stupid delivery person saying I'm not able to find address. People wont call you and simply my shipment is lying in the warehouse SINCE 5 DAYS. All the other courier services able to find the address except blue dart Dont ever courier from BLUE DART and worst staff experience.
