This Blue Dart service centre is very worst. I should recieve My parcel on 28th Nov but still i didn't recieve My parcel it's 17th Dec. I called him 100times he didn't receive call. That delivery fellow "Rajesh" has sent someone on his I'D that fellow delivered parcel to someone else. How they allow someone's I'D to login someone. This kind of worst service i ever seen. Even if we go directly they won't response properly. Never expect good & on-time service from this centre.

Not even one star, Full of attitude and arrogance, after failing twice for delivering the product, not preferable courier services.

If possible don't use blue dart facilities.
My consignment was not even attempted to deliver and even tried to call me.they said consignee is not available and it hold for 4 days. Not even making a single call.

Today I am waiting in a pick up location delivery boy calling,
I am 62 time calling not pic call not answer no delivery? Useless blue dot courier

These guys are scammers. They do not come and update status as delivery attempted.

Came 2 days later with an already opened high value package and when I took the photo of the delivery guy, he said server issues on Samsung site, and the delivery cannot be done.

I highly suspect that instead of my high value item they must have replaced it with something else.

I am not going to purchase anything online from any supplier who delivers via blue dart.

Bloody scammers.

Pathetic service. All below reviews are totally correct and these guys give lame reason not to deliver our own product. Bluedart we request you to take action against these people and their service. It’s ruining your reputation

I don't feel like giving even 1 star but forced to give as it won't let me submit the complaint, hence "Not by Choice, but By Force" I am giving 1 ratingthis. This particular branch at Kanakpura Road which is next to Green Valley school is probably the worst service branch. I completely agree with the above comments. I had to visit the office everytime to collect my parcels like my cheque book, debit card etc, which Axis bank sends. Every time I get the message as Out for Delivery and in the evening I get the message as Unable to deliver and the reasons that they mention is completely fake. The reason they say are "House Locked", "Person shifted", "Address Incomplete (the same address is easily tracked by other services). Come on, this is my own house and I stay here for past 25 years. Once when I went to their office and asked the delivery agent to show me the house where he visited and mentioned as "Person shifted", he was unable to come, which is a clear reflection that he never visited my place previous evening. The staff there looks completely Uneducated and they behave like Gundas when we question them. Few of them use Unprofessional language, when I ask "why this happened? " Blue Dart as company should close this branch.

Lady staff need to be removed from Job because she was busy over her personal call during working hours and she didn't even respond to my query and gives careless answer and very bad staff

Worst experience, twice. Havent received my consignment yet though it has been dispatched a week ago. No one even cares to call before redirecting. Its almost impossible to get in touch with Bluedart. Request banks to not partner with Bluedart. Customers are being in trouble

If your recieving parcel from BlueDart
Be prepared that
1. Delivery guy wont even call, they make least effort to deliver your parcel. You will get message saying incorrect address.
2. You have to make 30-40 calls to their pathetic customer care, then find your parcel, visit their branch wait for hours then collect your parcel.
3. Most of the times they even return your parcel without single intimation to customer.
WORST DELIVERY GUYS! WORST CUSTOMER CARE.
If someone sending parcel ask them not send through BlueDart

It's worst courier service. They will not call not deliver the consignment, simply update address incomplete.

They dont have intent to deliver the parcels they will make you to pick your own parcel. They simply call you to verify the address and then update the same saying that customer address is incorrect just to postpone the delivery and make you to pick your own parcel. So be prepared to pick up your items.

Customer care number is always busy, tried 35 times from 9AM till 11: 30 AM, still not able to reach. They did not deliver sighting incorrect address, where as every other deliveries from different service providers have no issue with same address.after going through reviews I realized this is the common message they are giving to every customers due to their incompetency. Please avoid this courier service.

Such an awful service. They don’t contact the person for delivery and return the products. People have to wait for days for the delivery to reach home and they really don’t care. When you contact the customer service, all they have to tell is some excuses and “None of their business”

Worst experience my parcel is not delivered even on 14th day and the status updated is receiver unavailable. Pathetic

No packaging service. We need to struggle to pack our parcel ourselves. If we have packaging service also it will help people

No proper response from employees they will not delivered the product as per schedule date & then finally the call us to pick up the product from there office if we go there they will give some stupid reason & they will send back so finally I have never seen such a hopeless employees

Experience was pathetic. I have one of my parcel from Axis Bank and one day before they mentioned absurd reason without any call without any delivery. Next day, I reached their office after getting confirm from their call centre number that my parcel is there. But the lady receptionist is like lady mogambo. They don't even know how to behave with the customer and indirectly refusued any help. I don't know, her behaviour is like boss and we are begging something from her. But unfortunately, I got help from outside of office from their guard and delivery boy but I hate that lady.

Worst service courier service one week delay finaly we are goto JP Nagar center self collect courier

I had very bad experience, the person from the team is contacted and she was so rude. She was saying I use to speak 200 people's every day don't you understand? This is not the way of handling the customer queries, every has to do their work for bread and butter. Communication with the customer should be in a proper way, everyone respect your hard work but their should be politeness.

Thee worst experience i have ever ever experienced through this courier. I don't know why so many banks rely on this courier. This was my third time they have send my courier back don't know what's the reason for. Wear as my resident is just a stone throw away from this office. They did not even care to call for any reasons. Please don't use this courier service waste of time.

Here receptionist will act like ceo of the blue dart. Very much attiitude and she don't have commonsense on how to behave n talk to customer. She is treating customer like thieves or frauds. Dont have patience to talk to customers. When customer went with address proof to collect the parcel held at office she doesn't even want to see and address the concerns. I don't knwo how they will treat uneducated people. First try to teach professionalism to your employees.

I wanted to courier a laptop, and I downloaded the blue dart mobile application and went through the price estimation, it showed me around 980 rupees, after which I went to the office, and I was shocked when they were asking 10000 rupees; I asked them that on the app it is showing around 1k, and they were like 3k extra delivery charges + taxes. So can blue dart tell me which taxes are applicable? For a base amount of 1k, they are charging 3k additional delivery charge plus 6k taxes.

The lady in the front office desk behaves like. She is the manager or somewhat. Team blue dart. Plz teach her how to behave to customers. Bad bad bad experience

Pathetic people and their service. No one has accountability, they say that they forgot to deliver after first time they attempted and I was out of station due to emergency and they did not even try to call me or drop me any contact. Even the care did not respond well. Pathetic manager at this facility.

Happy with bluedart and their delivery time but not at all with this branch. Literally no proper response nor the contact details is updated. Please learn how to serve a customer & ask their queries and reply back instead of doing your own work. Totally disappointed!

My Shipment No. 37906685902 bearing CitiBank Credit Card from Citi Bank to be delivered to me either in my Home or in Office. Aditya, Delivery guy is very careless, he is saying he delivered the shipment to security guard. After mailing to Customer Support, calling them, mailing to Citibank, he calls me yesterday and informing I will find out the delivery. Today after calling him he is saying that I only delivered the shipment, He and his Manager will come to my Apartment and see in CCTV. After calling him several times today and SMS him that I will Mail to Customer Support, Citi Bank and RBI, he is SMS me that his phone is broken check with Security Guard. So, careless. Even might he has done my Signature that I have received.

If you look for value for post it has to be blue dart. Professional and always on time. I really appreciate them and wish they maintain such high standard.

Their services has been pretty bad from a long time. They really need some training on customer service.

Very very bad service to the customer, no one have a common sense there mainly manager, yala gandu nan maklu, hajama nan maklu, office nale chinali munde oblu, shata tareyake courier office hadu, yala jatka vadkotidare.

No response to the customer properly, first pls remove employee, all r rudely behaving, if u continue doing this type of services u loss u r business, first give a respect to the customer, if customers done business with u, you get profit, other wise no one concerns u r service

Non-sense and stupid service from Blue dart, most of the time they will not attempt for delivery, but mentioning address is un-located address. Company in main locality but I dont know these bluedart folks wouldn't able to find the location.

Horrible service. They don't even specify the contact of delivery agent. Sent emails called the customer service but my courier dint reach me.

I really don't know whom to follow up with.

It's the only courier service, that we have go to there itself and wait for one hour or even more than that to collect it.

No one called me to deliver the courrier, and they always updated the status as Premises closed in online tracking portal. I am still waiting for the courrier.

Worst delivery service, parcel arrived exactly 1 week back i.e, 25 October 2019 and it is not delivered till now 02 November 2019. Tried calling the delivery person, who had called the first time, nobody is having the office phone no.

Update on their website locked/wrong pincode etc.
3. No phone no. Of courier guy to reach out in case reqd.
It happened in my case the on passport, visa, Snapdeal courier etc

Pathetic service ever experienced. Worst service. Humble request to banks & people not to use blue dart service you will face issues and loose your money & customers. Better go for some other local courier atleast they will give you good service. Blue dart chunchungatta branch is worst among the worst. I wish i had 0 star option for rating.

The worst n worst delivery service or the courier company in India and the world. No proper reasons, no proper contact and they will send back shipment. Their delivery agents are like bloody stupids.

I am waiting for my shipment to deliver from last 10 days and they are keep saying it will get deliver, worst service ever. Tried to talk with customer support also and they are also not bother to help any manner they are just taking call for giving same reply that congestion is high and due to that unable to deliver till now will deliver till tomorrow and same is repeating from last 10 days.

WORST SERVICE EVER

The most unprofessional courier service I have encountered till date. The courier which was supposed to be delivered the very next day after the booking, wasn't delivered till the 5th day. When you track it on the website, it says delivery delayed but no reason is given as to why. The worst part is if the shipment is out for delivery & the agent is unable to attempt the delivery on that day, without even giving a call, the agent reports that, "No such consignee available on the address" like seriously. They very rarely answer calls if u try to contact them.

Worst service, never delivery on time. Even when it’s on emergency they are least bothered. The company should be closed
