Almost customer giving one star for this company.other delivery person will contacting and giving every instructions but in blue dart person is not fit for this job and company also.
Worst experience. They don't even try delivering they just send you message saying that undelivered because incorrect address and keep on doing it every day! It's been 4 days now still haven't got the package just keeps on asking me to update the address, every other shipment company can find my address and delivery but blue dart can't.
One of the worst bluedart branch, Here the staff is very worst people. They are unprofessional. They don't know anything other than reading pincode. If anyone planning to do courier through bluedart, you forget about it. Especially branch manager is not at all cooperative. If you any questions he will reply very rudely. I have never seen such a worst staff in any where.
By reading the reviews you might have understood by now that they are 1000% correct I will summarise their services in 3 points 1.) Lazy staff 2.) Unprofessional management 3.) Pathetic customer support
If I tie a letter on my dog's neck and send it to my girlfriend, that animal will deliver more precisely than blue dart service.
I don't think they are even making any attempt to deliver your goods, they just mark it as "no such consignee is found at given address".
They said they came to my home premises. (I think they are lying because I was waiting for them on my ground floor since I missed my delivery once from the same blue dart branch) 1st time (I mean day 1) they didn't even call me and marked it as consignee not found, 2nd time (day 2) they said they have come near my home premises and gave me missed call which didn't even ring for half a second. When I called back within a gap of 2 minutes from when they called me, they didn't lift the call.
My continent have been sent back from where it was delivered from.

Blue dart has become worst from best. They leave courier at security which is highly objectionable. The delivery boy A Mohankumar talked really badly with me twice and whatever mail I send to customer service or call them I dont receive any response
Their service is pathetic. They call and say that there are no delivery executive available to deliver and they update in the tool that no one available at home to accept the delivery.
Without your consent and your knowledge they cancel the delivery and send it back.

Delivery boy didn't call me after he reach location. He couldn't find exact location and he returned my courier to office. I personally went to office to collect my courier.

They accept courier package to be shipped. All the pickup service guys say that the customers are not allowed inside to book the shipment which is wrong.
No response. Shipment delayed delivery even when the address and all the details were provided right. Delivery delayed saying incomplete address. They don't even call before rejecting the delivery. Unprofessional, no credibility. No one answers any phone call. Disgusting.
They say address is not correct. Till now I have not missed any parcel from any courier service. At least they should call to the mobile No mentioned. Highly unprofessional
Awful. They dont all you at all and they come according to theyr own sweet timings. My delivery got 5 days delay and atlast i had to go and collect from their office. Shame.

We have staying in same residence from 12 yrs.but this courier gave as consignee not found in givrn address. No one as called for delivery. They even wont provide delivery person contact number atleast we can guide them. Then i had go directly to office and get my shippment. Better go other couirier instead of this
Worst & waste courier I have ever seen. Govt.post men are 100times better than Bluedart courier men, at least they deliver the product in time. Doesn't even deserve a single star. They just blindly keep updating the status as "consignee address un locatable/landmark" without even making a single attempt to deliver the product. It's very clear that they are just making customer responsible just because of their inability to deliver the shipment. At least, they can update the status something like that the delivery attempt will be made on the next day due to the busy schedule rather than making customer responsible no of customer will always be provided on the shipment. They just behave like they are doing free service. So, I wonder what makes them to deliver the product. This is my 3rd time experience with Bluedart. So, I still don't understand why most of the banks are still preferring this as their courier partner.
One of the worst experiences ever had. No one is ready to take courier waited for 30mins. No one is in counter and they are playing blaming game. Need to take care of it it's already have 2.4 stars. Just close this outlet
If the Delivery person is not able to find the address, they are not making a call and also as his office Senior person is not trying to do something else.
I would have given negative stars if it was available. These people dont call the customers at the first place, they just put the status as residence closedcould not deliver, if we request them to send the courier the next day, they dont even attempt to deliver it. If we call them they wont pick up the call. Its the worst. I had to cancel my order due to these people.
The worst delivery ever I saw. Sorry they didn't delivered I only took my order. Not even contacting this people are coming to conclusion that address is unlocatable. Even I provided the land mark of the metro station. And OnePlus should be aware of this because my order is from OnePlus only it's been 10 days not responding properly.
The most horrible, pathetic and irresponsible courier service. This rating & comments are not based on my one time experience but many. The delivery guys don't even come home and just update the status as "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". We have to call up their customer care (which gets connected only after 10 - 15 attempts) only to hear a useless "Sorry Sir! ". Would never recommend Blue Dart to anyone.
These ppl don’t call you at all. And then say that you didn’t pick the call. And return the package. They should take more care but they just don’t call you. When we went to ask they were like u didn’t pick the call. We said we didn’t get any call. No updates nothing.

Uday was super! Saved me a trip to banshankari Branch at 8 pm by connecting me with a blue dart delivery agent en route.went out of his way, also packed my consignment. That said blue dart is expensive. But it time is short, then no other option for guaranteed delivery.
Good service provided by counter staff support my shipment deliver early to my house as a bank shipment they will not deliver at counter but support to deliver at my house. They are following the bank security.

This bluedart location is very worst. I gave correct pin code but when I am seeing it is saying that wrong pin impact on delivery. Why the hell HDFC chosen this f**kng bluedart for my credit card.put my credit card in a*s**le.i m literally not annoying, but enjoying to describe about this genuine review.

From Delhi to Bangalore it takes One day, where as local delivery takes more than 3 to 5 days. Probably the worst of its kind. Don’t call the customer care calls are charged at Rs 2 a minute and ultimately you a get cold response.
