Pathetic service.they don't even deserve one star. They don't come for delivery and update status as consignee not present at the given address. Highly unprofessional. They keep shifting your package from one office to another and won't even attempt delivery.
Doesnt Even deserve a single star, my parcel is stuck here from last 3 days saying "there is no such consignee" yet i receive so many orders from same courier. The issue is with this hub particularly.

Pathetic services ever, the delivery guy is so rude and filled with Attitude, the customer care person spoken to me was so unprofessional and had not patience, my consignment is pending since 6 days now, they are keep on re-routing to other branches. When I have given clear and correct address. Worst behavior and their license should be cancelled for troubling public like this. My delivery was scheduled in between 4-6th August the delivery guy came on 7th August afternoon and when I reached early from office so that I can recieve the order he rescheduled it on next day 8th August. Pathetic experience
Didn't deliver for 3 days even though got a message that out for delivery. When enquired with their office they said all delivery persons on the job. I don't know what they are doing in the field being delivery persons without doing delivery. Then rescheduled delivery to next day saying I am not available for delivery. Pathetic.

Very poor service they simply updated shipment status as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address whithout calling and no response from them for delivering shipment
Don't deserve a single star, irresponsible and insensitive staff. They deliver the shipment on their own convenience citing "Prohibited Area-Entry restricted for delivery" as the reason for delay. Residential areas in BTM Layout looks like NASA, ISRO or DRDO and a taboo for them.
I had to fly out soon and my Passport was stuck badly. Mr Hemant, who is the head of the centre did an excellent job of ensuring I get the passport on time. Full 5 stars for helping me. Thank you to Hemant and his Team!
Haven't delivered my order. They called me once on the first day and 2nd day they didn't even call. Very bad service from blue dart. I'm not able to contact them too. Pathetic service

Courier should reach on 20 nd today is 23 yet I did not receive nd they are not giving proper guidance wen will I receive may be 25 or 26 See the way they provide services have never thaught such big company will give this kind of service
This has deteriorated over past few years. Delivery person won’t call you, they will update wrong status/address, and their customer service is unreachable.
Worst courier service. Shipment marked as consignee not available at the address. I'm sitting home and doing work from home. They did not even try calling my number nor tried attempting to deliver. Such a blunder

The worst service I have ever seen, the delevery boy doesn't even come to delever important parcels, and when i went to the office to take the parcel but people were like "we will delever it and not handover to you now". The executives were very rude and not responsive to the matter. Please improve your service and understand the emergency and importance of important documents. Very disappointed. You don't even deserve one star
Extremely poor service. Neither do we get ant response on calling them. The courier person should call the customer atleast before coming so to be available to receive. Customer service and delivery is far below standard This is nit my first experience. Its always the same.
I would say that this is a ok ok vist experience. You would have to wait some time for the courier person who had called you to com and attend you.
One thing I can appreciate is that, when you're notb at home or nobody is there to collect your courier, the give us a option to visit their office before sending it back.
AVOID BLUEDART. Lethargic service. Delivery boys donot make any effort to locate the address. They simply say incorrect or incomplete address. But Amazon & Flipkart people never had any problems.
Just ok, nobody was at the countertop when we went inside and it took 15 minutes to call people from inside. People were acting as they were deaf. Service anyways is very costly.

Waited for some time with a packet for my turn, due to COVID. I think they are not open for pan india deliveries. The lady was quick to 7nderstabd that I'm couriering Laptop asked for pin code. She checked and informed me that the service is not available, saving my time and thus avoided long wait.thanks.
Totally uncooperative staff. I wanted to courier a laptop. First she said it needs bubble wrap. Fair enough. I got it. Then she said i need to get a card board box. When i got one it was too large. Then i got a smaller one. I wrapped it up. Then she changed her mind and said they can't guarantee safe hahandling unless i get it packed up in the original box that it was bought in. WTFH!
Just reviewing this particular office. The lady who sits at the front office didnt accept my courier by saying reason that it is not packed properly and she needs the address should be in Printed format as well. Same courier i have send it from Blue Dart BTM 2nd Stage with out any issues and delivered successfully. At Kormangala office this lady, is Not committed to the job and waiting to push customer from office by saying non sense excuse. Not professional as well
I was waiting for the ordered item to be delivered for 3 hours. When i contacted the customer care, they are saying that i was not there in the location. No contact details were given and no call was made to deliver the product. Worst delivery service ever.
They don't call nor they make an attempt to deliver they just mark the consignment as "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" when i am full time available at the mentioned address"
I'm not sure how such companies are still in business. Not sure how to get my package since it was sent through these guys. Their customer service is so bad. The telephone lines don't reach anyone and absolutely no responses from anyone on how to get my order.
Very very worst service. Unable to identify where my package is. Simply i got a message saying that package is undelivered and consignee not available. But they will never come to your place.they will not call you also. Simply you have to search for your package. Very very worst service.
Worst service. Not at all calling and delivery date they will forget and update randomly like unforseen delay, customer not there. When i went there after 2 days after delivery date still package at them, no body picked to deliver. Asked why they said staff problem.

Pathetic services from Blue Dart team of Koramangala, almost all times we need to call their call center for tracking for our important documents and they say the address is not located. Whereas my other 2 consignments were delivered on great struggle. Least bothered to pick up their phone n call the client.
First of all they don't call? They will go to some house door and knock once and leave with consignee not available update in the package.
Second they send you a message with the call back number which charges 2 Rs per min. And when you call that number your balance gets deducted without anyone answering your phone and your call getting disconnected.
PLEASE LEAVE THIS BUSINESS OF PACKAGE DLEIVERY. HUMBLE REQUEST.

I'm giving 1/5 because there is no 0/5. Not even a single time i have received the shipment in the first time out for delivery. Everytime i should struggle for 3 days to get a parcel. Every single time they update the status as "Need Department" or "Address not locatable". Holy guys, come to the IT park every single day. And not even a single call anytime. They dont share their contact number also. We have no information about whos gonna deliver the shipment. Worst courier service ever. Ekart is 200 times better than Bluedart. They share the delivery guy details promptly.

Compare to HSR layout this Koramangala Courier Service is Better. Quick Response and proper attempt on Delivery Update. Kudos to Hemanth and Delivery Person Venkatesh (Ejipur).
There are 2 types of courier divides, 1st Offline: Will be in Bluedart, HSR Layout, and another one is online courier will be available in Bluedart Kormangala. Don't get confused on that. Track your parcel, if it's not delivered and tracking shows attempt and no person on that Address. Just go to the respective bluedart courier and give your tracking ID. That's it within few seconds it will be in your hand. Don't waste your time, thinking that courier boy will come. If it's in urgent case.
Courier People do not call to deliver the parcel, but the consignment status is updated as the receiver not available to deliver, where 24 hrs we are available. WORST SERVICE.and the consignment is sent back to consignor. WORST.

Worst courier service, every time you track a shipment and it says out for delivery and no one calls to check the address for the delivery but next status is "incorrect landmark/address". They never delivered shipment on time.

They dont attempt delivery even after 5-6 days they keep on updating delayed delivery in their portal saying incomplete address even though the package have complete address, this is not only case with me but most of them who are complaining.i dont believe them so decided to avoid their services As much as possible.
