Customer care is not responding, late delivery, worst services. Blue dart services not good.

Please train your delivery agents on delivering the package properly and how to talk to clients. The guy hands over the important package to someone and calls me for OTP. When asked to bring package back to office, he says it's delivered and to just provide the OTP.

My parcel is delayed but the staff here were very kind and helpful, they even entered my name details and tried to trachk the courier. Bless you all.

Worst courier service. Rude behaviour from delivery person, they won't delivery the parcel instead they will ask us come and collect.

Had been here to collect my parcel in advance around 9: 30 AM.
Staffs over their were helpful and handed over my parcel by verifying my photo identity.

Don't use blue dart for urgent or normal delivery
They don't mention there's phone number or any contact office also 20 kilometres away from main city they took 1 week Bangalore to davangere for courier they are not responsible for service.very bad experience

The worst services ever. Not at all customer friendly.unpleasant behaviour when enquires about delivery.never on time.total disappointment.

Sometimes they deliver parcels on time, sometimes they do a huge delay. So not a good option for delivery.

Bad customer care service. Doesn't respond to any mail and the number doesn't connect. Bad billing experience.

Worst service, employees misbehave with customers, needs to change the staff if they want to improve business

Worst Courier service. I suggest please don't order through it, parcel will be shipped but they don't deliver you. And they don't provide proper phone numbers. Says to wait for a long time even if you visit the office to collect your courier.
