Pathetic courier company and its staff, they themselves writes customer is out of station, delivery agents never call or visit your location, not even customer care is responding.
Such a bad service from blue dart, i have ordered an product from OnePlus and it have reached the store but in the track section it's been showing that " no such consignee at the given address" and no delivery agent has contacted me, they have been updating the same thing for more than 1 week
The package was returned first time saying I have re located from my place but I was out fir my work no one even tried to reach me on phone. Later I had to call the customer care and again request for the delivery and even that time they came before the requested time.
Worst. Service. I had a COD and I was not at home. I paid to the delivery guy through Paytm. He recd the pmt and after that he didn't delivered and now he is not picking the call. Shame on such guys. The company should take action
Such a Bloody Service. 2 days Shipment delayed for 12 days. If you can't do your work bloody shut ur office n sit at Home. On top of that bloody CC num always busy by default
The worst Service, I ever experienced. Repeatedly false report. One consignment received on 13th instant not yet delivered inspite of my repeated requests, stating one reason that our apartment is under restricted area. They are showing hell keeping an important document of mine. Toll free is also a waste one. Third time similar incident is being repeated
Shame less people and shame less company they are making delivered status with out delivery to customers. They don't have customer support phone no also we have to go there for ask the details. Friends dont believe this blue dart and don't send any parcels.if you are already did it confirm once is it delivered properly for which you are mentioned address.
3rd class service from Yelahanka blue dart, My shipment has to delivered on 14 /03/22 shipment arrived on before 14 to yelahanka station, but they kept with them not try to delivery and at least they have no sense t inform us even though address n pH number clearly mentioned on shipment, I only went n collected on 20th I faced same problem 4-5 times Thts y I advice u don't give any commitment to blue dart Negligible service I HV lot of disappointment with this 3 rd class service I give 0000 rating
Very poor service. Delivery executive without turning at up delivery location or without calling the customer marked the status as ‘Prohibited entry- entry restricted for delivery’. False status being updated is not acceptable. Later, my credit card was held up at bluedart office where I went on my own and collected my credit card. Highly disappointed.
Very poor services. Delivery agents are not delivering properly. They will not contact the receivers. They will mention that address is unlocated in tracking section. Receivers will get tensed and they will rush into their office and collect the items. So that they can simply sit in their office. I personally do not recommend anybody to Blue dart. Indian postal services are far far better than blue dart.
Very bad delivery. They don't call customer to confirm address. They always end up reaching wrong address and mark cannot trace customer address. If other service providers can trace the address why not bluedart. This is the 3rd time they have sent back the shipment without calling customer on phone.
They returned the package that I sent saying the destination has shifted. I checked with the receiver and he confirmed that the address is correct. After 3-4 days i got call from blue dart asking for receivers phone number, which i provided and later found out that the receiver did not even receive a call from bluedart. What is that purpose of asking for receivers phone number if you will not be contacting him. Rather for them I think its just easy to return the package. So with no mistake from my side I paid for a return trip of the package, so that the package can just travel till the destination and come back to me. Worst service.
