Never deliver the package to right person if they deliver by chance Worst service ever delivery boy ask for extra money for lunch that too 100 bugs 10 customers they make 1000 bugs

Third class is the right word though address is correct not delivered not even call to check

Very poor response.after getting the message also they have not deliver for 2 days my parcel. That executive number which they provide telling me to go and collect from their office.

Worst people ever. If there is an award for laziest delivery boys then these people would get it.

Blue dart is not delivering packages and entering on the website as delivered. My mail is showing delivered on tracking website though it’s not been delivered till today. No one pick call in blue dart office.

Worst Service they never deliver any packages and no delivery partner will call and the packages get returned

Blue dart is the worst. They update a status saying consignee refused to accept without even attempting to come to the house or call. And the status remains the same for 3-4 days of delivery window. Do the delivery guys actually deliver or all the packages assigned consignee refused to accept tag?

Worst service everytime after giving correct address with landmark and mobile number nobody comes or calls and after waiting and tracking on the website the whole day I need to go to their center and clarify and collect my courier. Post office is 100 times better than this service worst worst worst

Very courteous staff and timely delivery.
They Handle packages very well and avoid any damages unlike most courier services.

Very worst service i have ever seen like this they didn't give the courier to proper address they didn't call the correct contact person they delivered a courier in wrong address I need my courier packetOne of the worst service.all ways showing addres unloacatable.i have booked 3 atm card all 3 same isue, where as all my parcels and appointments booked on this addres arrive properly on other platforms.only blue dart do this. I* think the delivery boy is updating fake status without actually reaching the location. They never calls us.its not blue dart its Blue Farts*. Like here if you feels the same.

This is the only blue dart office which doesn’t care about the service. When ever my parcels comes here, they do not deliver it. Every time they expect you to come to them and pick it up. And this happened 3-4 times with me not once. I don’t know why the blue still happens to continue to do business with them. They management here is pathetic. I don’t want to use the blue dart service anymore if my parcel keeps coming to this place.

The store has good visibility as it is located on a busy service road. The person at the counter clearly explained as to when our parcel would reach our destination. Would recommend bludart anyday for courier service.

Nobody receives calls. And this is chargeable call they are deducting 2rs for each ring without even talking to any executive it says the calls are busy worst service

Very bad service, they di'nt come FIR delivery, when check online status theye written assignee out of station. I should not single star.

The people working inside are very much helpful, the receptionist was much helpful,
but one of the courier person was not helpful, neither he attends the call or informs about the courier delivery. Just calls once n then no response from him

Delivery guys are good. But office folks are sucked. No proper response nd service. Even they don't have any kind responsibility for our couriers.

The booking experience is ok. There is only one person at the counter. Sometimes you will not have parking space when the delivery vehicle come to collect or drop packages. Better to come after 12pm during the day.

Conveniently located. Prompt service for booking of articles and packages. They claim to deliver faster than usual courier service providers.

Ur delivery guys are pathetic with out client concent deliver the parcels to whom ever they want doesn't even bother to call and inform or ask can i deliver pls improve ur customer service

Very poor service. I given clear address and land mark with Phone number. Pass 5 days they mentioned no address correct. And they mentioned in tracking Cunningham. So i wet to 6 day to there that reception lady saying. Kalyan nagar only Cunningham office. What a Joke.
So again I went to kalyanagar office. It's very worst services.

Not a single product has been delivered on time and without my knowledge they mark address shifted keep it in hub for days and months worst service! Highly recommended not to use bluedart

I don't understand why prices need to be negotiated. They should display the charges on some boards. But service was fast enough.

The blue dart service n delivery guys are very rude and very bad service. They delivered a product from an online service agent and are not ready to provide the from address of the vendor. Very sad and pathetic service and very unprofessional guys. There was a delivery guy his name is Partiban very bad attitude. Does not deserve a service job.

One of the worst service I have ever gone through.no proper customer support.pathetic customer support team too rude. I would never ever suggest bluedart to any one.no contact info of the delivery guy.what kind of service u provide.no response to my email.no call back revived.requests were taken twice.and they want me to wait for 24 hrs for call back as they have too much load.seriously are you a aisa’s leading express delivery service?

It is the one of best DHL office in banaswadi area. Some times there will not be people in reception. You to wait to deliver the parcel.

The most incompetent courier service available. These people have no sense of urgency. Even in an event of emergency these guys will take their own time.bloody scum bags.

Most of the times they don't deliver in time. Instead they will send the SMS saying door locked so that people will be forced to go their office to collect the courier.
