Parcel was not delivered to home in RR Nagar, here they supported us and found the package. Thank u

There service is good but their office in RR Nagar is pathetic.
They push to go for express delivery even for Zone A locations.
If you don't opt for it then they will that it may take from 3 days to 1 week to deliver, which is completely untrue as per Blue Darts policy.

Poor customer service and very bad experience. They state falsely state about delivery attempts when they haven’t attempted even once

I ordered food items from Vellanki foods, Hyderabad. They send us through Blue dart courier, the consignment reached my area RR Nagar, Bangalore on 16th, but upto now it was not delivered. Only in colony they are taking 2,3 days time for delivery. It is very bad experience for us

Not delivering the product, not even calling and update no such cosignee in given location. Biggest problem is their customer service call will not connect

I am still wondering why do they charge 500 rupees for sending a document to Whitefield when other courier charged me only 50 rupees

The service is good by the blue dart rr nagar branch if u miss the courier then u can directly visit the office here and take the courier the response from the office guys also good.

They intentionally Daley delivery and mark fake reasons as customers not rechargeable or door closed

Although, this is not so properly managed. Staff were helpful in sending a courier. This is more of a delivery center.

Very poor service haven't received my order since 3 days delivery partner visits on Sunday to office and no response from company unable to contact customer care

Theybwont even call you but update the waybillnumber as premises closed. One of the worst courier service providers i have ever seen.

I would not even give single star to Bluedart. Since 3 days the delivery guy is fooling around updating that the premises is closed or consignee out of town. Without even calling me or visiting the location.
I have raised complaint but there is no seriousness. Worst service infact no service since they can’t deliver the package.

A small transhipment office where they take bookings too, foreign and domestic, payment by cash or online only.online payment has to be made into a personal account of an employee I presume which is the only process flaw I see. Nevertheless the booking was hassle free. DHL is extremely reliable.

Delivery staff had threwn the parcel over the gate and it hanged on a tree by side, moreover had completed the delivery status as delivered

They don't understand the pincode and areas. Not sure how they have ventured into this area especially in rr nagar

Worst behaviour wrong communication with customer. Iam Called the office backend team told collect the correct from office. Once I reach the office the working people telling we don't give the courier. The manager was talking like third class people

I have not received delivery but status updated as Delivered.now i have to search where package is lost.

I had an urgent consignment to send. I chose bluedart's domestic priority service.booked at 5PM in the evening.my package was delivered before 9.30AM the next day.quiet impressive!
