Excellent service, once the product reaches their store they will deliver it witin 3-4 hours

They provide delivery date to happen on 14 April Today itself, but still haven't received the parcel.pls deliver my parcel tommorow at soonest. I have to departure tommorow morning

Irresponsible delivery service.they won't provide delivery person details unlike other couriers and strictly they don't deliver products during holidays like public sector organization

I was supposed to receive an order from a company who happens to have choosen bluedart as delivery service though the delivery has come to mangalore and was out to delivery at 11: 00am and my home is 8km away from the center it's 5: 00pm now but still I've not received my product such a shame

Unprofessional, no update regarding delivery is given the app shows out for delivery but no one from blue dart is responding. I should have got my product delivered before 12pm now it's already 6: 13pm!

Worst service ever!

Worst service. It will take one Or 2 days to reach parcel from mumbai to mangalore but from mangalore to my home which is just 6km away they will take one week.

Very slow service. & Its also difficult to track parcel bcoz it's site is very hodgepodge.

Neither the delivery was attempted simply a missed call was given by courier agent, while calling him back call was not picked. On site they updated as premises closed while I was there at home.

I had my visa arrived at blue dart.i personally liked their courier service as they provide facility to track with ua ref no.and the customer care service is also gud they deal their customers very politely.

Blue Dart used to be a well-known name in the market. Now it's all about poor service and after experiencing it myself, I can agree. Had ordered on Nykaa last week and got a message stating it will be delivered on 6th August. In the evening, I get an update in my account stating that the consignee was unavailable! This was funny because I was at home and no one called me. So I went to my account and chose another delivery date (7th August) Not surprised to know that the same thing has happened today. When I called their office, it is closed! Do they think we were just born yesterday? Nykaa - you need to change your delivery agent ASAP or else you will lose customers. Sadly, your Customer Service representative cannot explain why Blue Dart is behaving like this.

Money minded courier. My uncle had to send me some documents to Malaysia and they quoted initially 4500 INR and later jacked up the price to 8000 claiming my address in Malaysia is remote. Am actually living in a tier 2 city in Malaysia which by no means is remote. And irony is I have sent documents to India at roughly 200 RM (3400INR) from Malaysia a few months back using DHL

Thankfully we rejected their quotation and sent the documents over by India post at 1875 INR and I received it within a week. Avoid them at all cost

Worstest customer service, every time when my parcel arrives they update it as necessary charges are pending, they cant try to deliver the product, even they cant call, really bluedart has become worst

This was a pathetic experience. People who work here are not at all professional. The person who is responsible to approve old phones for exchange doesn't have basic level of knowledge regarding phones and is said have received a training from Xiaomi. Seems like a joke.

These guys approve and reject phones by sharing the photos over WhatsApp with their manager who is another incompetent man. People who is responsible for some technical role needs to have basic knowledge of how things should look and work.

I hope you guys will improve in the coming days. Hope this doesn't repeat with any other innocent customers.

Pathetic service. There is no easy way of contacting them by phone. They will not delver the package to your destination. If we give our mobile number, they will try to contact us through our land number.

The delivery person was pathetic, unprofessional and very rude. He just left without taking my order. This organisation needs to teach some basic manners on how to behave or deal with the customer. Very bad experience

Blue dart mangalore is worst. They don't call you when your product reaches their office. It doesn't deliver ur package. You wil have to go to their office to collect.

Extremely professional, efficient and courteous service. Although they're considered 'expensive' by many, I believe they offer great value for money and reliability.

The order never reaches you on time. It always says consignee out of station but they haven't even called you once till date. Why are they even functioning

Blue Dart has become worst courier ever. Not able to deliver my parcel from last 4 days and simply sending messages that the person couldn't be contacted where have not contacted me at all. Thumbs down.

Approached them for visa stamping courier as it was required to use bluedart but the office here outrightly denied such service

Very BAD service, literally disappointed.
Not bothered at all to deliver the received package to the customer instead they ignore their duty and would deliver later after a week or so.

Black spot in the name of Blue dart.from past 12 days my documents are lying in their office but no one bothered to deliver it.delivery guy called and asked address later disappeared. Poor service. 3 working days and parcel not delivered. No one picked up when I repeatedly called on the landline. Had to personally go and collect it from their office. What's the point of calling it a delivery service when one cannot deliver a parcel

One of the landmarks at Anatha shetty circle attavar, blue dart express is a famous courier system facility. There is a parking space available in front. The timings are from 10am to 5pm.

Very bad really very poor. Nearly I have calld to office number more then 3times from 2days no one is responding to the cal really very bad. I dono what this peoples are doing in working hour. If they are not able to pick the cal please remove the number what you have provided.

The listed timings is wrong. They don’t work beyond 5: 30 PM. Very bad experience.
