If anyone wants to update Aadhar card, you can visit the office. Here are some guidelines
There are two ways of getting in, one you can get online appointment or you can collect appointment form coming here.

1. Those who want to collect appointment in the office, they ought to start que early morning at 7 am. Cz many ppl will be there, it’s hard to got appointments then.
2. Those who get online appointments can arrive any time.
Note:
Though you had taken online appointment, there they won’t follow the time given, you better come early and stand in que.

3. Service is good, can be reliable.
Watchman is utter good, he doesn’t allow anyone just to walk in. He follows the q only.

To some up, today I had visited to update my sons Adhar, had a tough time to understand the system.

So thought my review might help others before they walk in

No pickup available in Mysore. Rest of the service is excellent. No delivery issues at all.

I called them mani times no proper response or local contact was not available.

So I took service from other courier service in Mysuru.

Every day they were posting the message that we couldn't able to reach.

My package has arrived at the office on 31st oct, without even trying to contact me they have declared it as customer refused to collect the order. It has been 4 days now, still I haven't received the package. Worst service

Went to collect a parcel, everyone were really nice and helpful. Liked the attitude of the people over here.

Came here to send a courier package at 6: 05pm had to wait till 6: 45 because the guy in reception spent 30 min packing a box. There were other people standing in line before me who got the envelope from there and started filling them only there.i who came fully packed still had to wait because those guys blocked the reception and was filling the details. When complained about it to the guy in reception he sided with them saying that doesn't matter as they came before me. He coukd have just collected my package while they were filling application form (it wasn't even the envelope, they came to courier to se d some application form and they were filling the application forms itself there only). The person at the reception name is 'Manju R'

A place where logistics and operations management are exemplified. The operations and customer services are commendable.
The service staff display amazing customer centric attitudes and are friendly.
This place is well organised and is a pleasure for both the customer and the service provider.

Blue Dart is becoming an one of the worst service nowadays, because of not delivering the product properly. I am present in the address but in the status mentioned as "consignee not available", I have not even got a call. This is not the first time, I have faced the same issue multiple times.

Worst Delevery System one of the D staff vinay is irritating me after OTP the d boy he is not gave me my courier He said show me ur ID card worst service.

Hard to reach customer care number, they doesn't have proper contact number for their customer care

Bad experience of delivering. Address was right with my phone number too given. But delivery never happen and had to travel from Blore to Mysore to collect the parcel my self. Reputation leads to haiwary.

Worst delivery system… d staff are rude and they do not answer to ur calls neither deliver the packages properly…they jus send d courier back without even any intimation… happened twice.pathetic service

Past 3days the status is showing as out for delivery, but without receiving any calls or messages, they have updated as location is not traceable ‍️‍️! This is very bad service, tried calling them but not responding

They do not pick calls. I could not get the information I needed from them regarding an international shipment, so I went with India Post.

Such worst service. My order has being failed to deliver many times. First they said they are not getting my number. I updated with another number. Then they said no proper address again i updated with more address. Again I got message saying no proper address. N nw they are not receiving the calls. It's a zero star
