They will request a lot to give the car for service. My vehicle ended up in a worse condition in cleanliness after the service. There is no response from them after service with absolutely no respect for the costumers. Even they don’t attend the calls properly.

Went there for a minor concern regarding TPMS and happened to meet Mr. Syed, who took just 1 minute to resolve my query without having me go through the normal formalities. I was initially not sure if the solution provided by him would be good. But, he proved to be absolutely right. Also, gave me his number, in case I face any difficulty. Very happy and satisfied.

Blue Hyundai Service centre located at Koramangala is the best service I have ever seen till date. I gave my car Hyundai i10 on 29th March 2019. My vehicle had a problem of unusual sound while driving. Here comes the Amazing person, the Supervisor Mr Prathap. 1st he took me along for a test drive, where I cud clearly explain the car problems. I was promised the delivery on next day morning 30th March 2019. Then, once I left the place, I was being updated on regular basis, through WhatsApp with pictures of my car, and the spares parts being replaced. Also I was advised by Mr Prathap, with the minor adjustments to be done considering the condition of the car. This is the highlight which I most liked with them. The next day when I went, I car was absolutely ready, and wen I drove, I cud literally feels the comfortness. I really appreciate the way Blue Hyundai took care of my car and provided the best of best service. I would like to give a rating of more than 5 star. The service center is, as usual with Hyundai, a great customer service experience. We had problems with the air-conditioning system of the car. We thought it was a big problem, with the weather being so hot, and they analyzed the issue and assured us it was nothing to be concerned about. In a few minutes they changed the filter and we were off on our way again. The staff were polite and courteous. They were hospitable, this is the level of service Hyundai has become synonymous for in our experience.
This is one of the biggest Hyundai Authorized service center in the city. I see many accident vehicles coming over here for getting the car parts replaced. Luckily the Hyundai service executives guiding properly in for the claims to be settled from the Vehicle Insurance. This Service deals with second hand car and other services. I felt the spare parts replacement is bit expensive for Hyundai vehicles. Be careful while explaining the cause of damage to the car otherwise Insurance claims will be rejected.
