Very nice place. It's Greated Comunity. No pollution. Play area for children. Club house & Gym. Near Vajra halli metro Station.

Gated villa society. It's a good option only thing is it's a bit inside. Amenities are okay.

Being neutral here because I went there to meet a friend, I spent about 15-20 minutes so can't comment much. From what I saw the project is well maintained, the place looks very peaceful. However I did not like the entrance there is a Raja kaluve I guess. Also this place is very far from main road, i was almost lost on the way back, my mobile had lost signal and it was funny that gps was also not working (never happened to me so far). Anyways everyone have their own preferences, my friend is staying there, for me it was like going to another city.

One word review is WORST, especially for team outing there will be no worst place than this in Bangalore.
There are not much sports options, they have one common hall where we have to play cricket/football.
One common court for volleyball, badminton.
They have pool for kids not for adults.
It maybe good for marriage reception.
Food is very bad Udupi hotels provide better food than this.
Hi-tea is the time to taste worst tea on earth.
Management is not good atleast their planning and arrangments are pathetic.
To compensate all this they force to play team building activities.

Villas are built nice and spacious and location seems good being away from roads and traffic. Storm water drain nearby can be a deterrent for my decision, also water logging may become an issue if drains are not properly maintained in a few years from now due to it being trapped between high altitude areas on two sides.

It's very inside from main road, but road an all are very good, newly build, until unless RK garden is getting cleaned there is no visibility, now it's look like a forest. I have shared few videos to get an idea about the area, very few houses are there as of now, but slowly layouts are coming, hope area will get more improvement in features.

Very Well build villa complex. The designs are minimal. All available villas are 3 BHK with plot areas more than 1500 Sft. The prices aren't very high and the builders are open to interior modifications. The area is calm and serene. Main road is close by where all the basic amenities are available.

Finally found one! Sharing my experience after having a site visit today.

A home so close to kanakapura Main Road.
It is a place better than my dreams and under my budget. I would say, the most luxurious project around Kanakapura Main Road in this budget.

Construction quality is good. I liked the innovative ideas of the team and it's attractive too. Thanks to the team and wish you more success in future.

This project is within BBMP limits and is in midst of Kanakapura Road completely surrounded by residential houses/Plots. This project is approved by all major Banks. The builders don't carry a big banner name but are really nice people to do business with

Visited the site today and the place has very open spaces. Quiet, calm, serene and pleasing to stay.

Construction quality seems to be good. The Malgudi theme is innovative and different from rest of the villas in the surrounding area.
Noticed many families have moved in.

The villa construction is very stylish and has a unique concept from rest of the places that I have seen so far. The gardens and surroundings has a very open area, which adds on the beauty of the villas.
I would give a high rating for this unique concept.
