It was very comfortable to stay and very well mannered and polite staffs.location and environment both are very good.had a very good experience.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Good decent option for the money they charge you.

Tamil guy at the reception is a nice young fellow making guests comfortable and welcomed. Hotel is near to many well known places in HSR, Kormangala.

Will come back again if given similar discounts/ offers

Book this property at your own risk:
1.you will be welcomed with an army of mosquitos.
2. Bedsheets, pillows are not cleaned, see attached pic.
3.most of the rooms are near AC compressor of nearby building, it's sound will not let you sleep in night.
4.lift does not work most of the time.
5. Another adventure, killed 4 bed bugs in a night, if some of these attaches to your clothes you done.if you want to fall sick and ruin your stay and caught an infection or two, take a risk of booking here.

In the end they said water bottle is 30₹ per bottle which was shocking because initially no cost was mentioned.

Stay was excellent and recently visited this residency and stay was pleasent and rooms were clean and hospitality was awesome and I highly recommend to please visit this residency and this area was very good and hanumanth is very good and geninue person to provide you valuable assistance

Disaster fake no WiFi, used pillows no cable connection sticking all over used brushes and paste.wasted whole day.

The area in which this place is located is simply outstanding. Especially for the night life. The rooms are below average. Tv wasnt working. Toilets are not that clean. The staff is polite.

Location of the hotel is simply great, toiletries kit and towels were provided but the problem was WiFi and TV was not working, looked like bed spread and pillow covers was not washed, bathroom was not properly cleaned.

This is not how the hotel was used to be.
For the time being i wont recommended any family to stay there.

No Internet and TV, when asked they said because of Covid they are not offering these services. Worst Manager. Complimentary Water from Water Tub!

I wish i could give negative ratings. Very bad experience i had. Points are mentioned below 1) There were mosquitos in an ac room.
2) Flush was not working during my 3 days stay.
3) Balcony door wasn't getting closed and when asked for a room change as I was single lady staying they denied it saying no rooms r available.
4) They charged me 400₹ extra as a early check in charges. But when i asked for the receipt as i wanted to submit it in my office for a refund they denied it and created a huge argument out of it.

Avoid this hotel. You will find plenty of options nearby.

One of the few places that are decent for staying for a short term in HSR layout. This is located on the 14th Main and easily identifiable from the main road. The service is good and the food decent. They don't bother the guests much once checked in.

Love the property, amenities, services, cleanliness and the location…. Services and staff are very supportive, courteous and quick in their work. Special thank to one of their staff for his humbleness and calm behaviour in helping me and my family and making our stay more comfortable.

I visited this place due to my work meetings. But I had a great opportunity to explore the place. Their staff is also good and quite helpful. I had a meeting with my client there and we explored the place. The place is quite clean and they have proper facilities like washroom and entrance. All in all its a great place.

The hotel ambience is more professional, and the rooms are more inclined towards an executive rather than deluxe. Lemme clear one thing the staff is humble and informative. Sou you can enjoy your stay as much as you can

Staffs are friendly, rooms are not so good. Food isn't available. They provide only tea that too it is not available everytime.

If there was an option for 0 star then it probability deserved it. The most retarded hotel I've ever been to. I would suggest you to stay in another hotel. Didn't want to be so negative but I couldn't help.

AC, TV, Internet, Clock, Flush weren't working at different points in my stay. Internet available for 1 hour/day. Towels not replaced. They do not recharge cable TV package on time to save money. Luckily the bed did not break down - that was the only functional thing in this room. You pay Rs 1700/ day just for the bed. They increased prices from Rs 1100/ day to Rs 1700/day over last 6 months, and the room quality and maintenance have gone down - actually non existent now.

Location is good slightly behind HSR layout bus stop, rooms and washrooms are good for a middle class status person, service is average or I would say they need to work on it, net facility was there but still u need to get password every day, breakfast options are available with the room booking but for breakfast fast u need to go other campus which just besides the hotel and very few options was available in breakfast, parking facility was not available but u can park ur car near by hotel because open space is a Available obviously on the road some where.compely operated by oyo.

Sorry for even giving one star, if possible i would have provided with none. The hotel is so pathetic even dump yards are a better place. Linen is dirty, food allover the room, cockroaches in bathroom, mosquitos in Ac room and the attendants there are purely lunatics and completely worthless. Try never to come in this hotel for whatsoever reason.

Located in HSR layout close to BDA complex Hotel blue Moon is a budget hotel and still in the making with lot of development requiring in its infrastructure to make the hotel comfortable. Restaurant is really in a bad shape. Even morning tea is unavailable till 8am because of cooks unavailability. Rooms are moderately furnished but needs much more maintenance. Service is good.

I stayed at first floor, rooms are average, here food is not available. They don't even give you packed water bottle, bike needs to be parked in front of the hotel. I got this room in ₹1300 per night at oyo, but this manager didn't allow me to check in, bcz their price is ₹1500 per night. I called oyo, didn't get proper response in time, finally I paid full amount and booked the room.
I am really upset with oyo, how this hotel get 4.7 star.
Washroom having a bath tub, but use layak nahin lag Raha hai.
They don't provide breakfast for free.

Nice and clean rooms. Good room service and very friendly staff. Stayed there for two days. Complimentary breakfast available south Indian dishes. Special mention to Anup at reception for all the help.
