I don`t leave my cars overnight at any service centre but with Deutsche Motoren, I leave my cars at the workshop without any issues and this is saying something.

My car was bought from Navneet Motors but since I stay in Whitefield now, I decided to visit Deutsche Motoren for my service requirement. I was very apprehensive at first. It was my good fortune that I was assigned Shahan Ali as my Service Advisor. He was pleasant, understanding, very knowledgeable, and within a few minutes of interaction, a person I felt I could trust. All my apprehensions about changing dealership disappeared. He handled my car and me exceedingly well and I have no reservation in saying he is an asset to Deutsche Motoren.

Most appreciated service by Deutsche service, I own a BMW 3 GT, My Car got stalled in the middle of the road late night 3 am but service your staff Ajith has made it done. He assisted the towing till the car to service center at that late night, made all work’s done on time was very amused with the service provided and my car is working absolutely fine appreciated thank you so-much for the great service by ur staff’s, it’s exactly what BMW service has to be, hats off keep it up,

Deutsche Motoren is my BMW service provider for May vehicle maintenance.
Besides the convenience of being close to my residence, I would recommend Deutsche Motoren for the quality of its team and infrastructure.
I must mention in particular Service Advisor Ajith, who supervised my vehicle service last month. He is professional, courteous, and most importantly, customer oriented, transparent and communicative. People like him inspire confidence in customers like me.

Like all BMW dealership (stealerships) they will look for every opportunity to con you. They will sell you or force you the service/parts you don't need. So be firm on what you want and say NO right away.
Excellent and humble staff- Jovi, Vignesh, Kumar who assisted me very well as requested for the AC and oil change service. Of course the brand has a hefty price tag for service and spares but staff understands customer requirement well and suggests in benefit of customer. Customer -oriented, which I was skeptic about, but made me comfortable with service eventually. Thank you!
Very disappointing the attitude towards a customer is just sheer arrogant, if I could rate it in negative I would. The management is so poorly handled highly makes you question the service provided by bmw is so bad in India.
I had paid a sum of 4 lakh rupees for my last service as it had major issues with my vehicle so my vehicle was in there custody for almost a month as they kept informing me the spare is taking time to come.it’s long story bear with me (as my car broke down the bmw had sent a towing vehicle during the time of upload there was no scratches in my vehicle which was recorded in the inventory, due to the irresponsible attitude towards their work during the time of unload they had scratched my car which I noticed and ask them about it, which the manager one mr James had understood and said he will rectify the mistake.after one month of waiting I received a call stating the vehicle is ready once I reached the service I was shocked that the scratches where not painted so I asked them why the work was not completed for which the manager said that I have to ask the money from the driver who caused it and it’s not my part, look at the irony a customer had to go through after waiting for a month to realise that I have to pay for some mistake which was caused by there negligence. I really hope how a manager of a international brand such as bmw can have such a casual attitude towards the customer.mr James is unprofessional, provocative and verbal as customer I was humiliated, and all this is happening after I paid a ₹4 lakh rupees to them I guess the service station is only good about putting high estimates figure and once the payment is done they treat you like a tea seller I own Toyota’s and a merc neither of these people had ever given me the hard time neither treated me with such arrogance, I am deeply concerned how such a establishment is still running.one of the most provocative statements made by a their bmw service head is I quote “I will paint your car out of pity and for customer satisfaction “like I said these fellow beings have no respect for their customers. I love bmw cars but a car needs periodical maintenance service to be well run and for which there should be a customer satisfaction which Is what any owner of car would look for, as a owner due to the poor service I received it’s become really difficult as a customer to buy another bmw considering all these factors, I would suggest anybody who is planning to buy a bmw to reconsider or choose another dealership, I feel trapped as I have paid additional amount for extended warranty which I can only use it here, please avoid the mistakes I have made no doubt bmw is great car but also keep in mind it’s a machine and a machine needs a good doctor not someone who keeps billing for a work which is half done.
Pathetic service, unprofessional and I really wonder how these people have high reviews, if you value your car please by all means take it to an another service station.
While the staff is as professional as you can expect from BMW, I had a very poor experience with this service. I had a right rear left brake light and indicator issue. While they were able to diagnose that it was probably a rat attack on the wires, their solution was to replace an entire REM unit, without investigating the wiring. They gave me a quote of INR. 28-30,000. I kept saying that I am not convinced that it is the solution and that I would like them to check properly, but they insisted that as per BMW they have to replace the entire unit. I refused to buy their solution, paid them INR 1,000 + for the faulty diagnosis and left without fixing it. I booked an appointment with my regular BMW service centre, which earlier wasn't able to take my car because they already had a ton of bookings, and they diagnosed the place where the wires were bitten and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Please beware of these guys trying to make you replace parts, due to their inexperienced but professional staff, who don't have the experience to diagnose issues properly and simply choose to replace parts, at a very high cost to you.
They promised to send me a quote for the REM which even after 48hrs I haven't received.
Very good service team. They offered pick & drop of car free of cost. Everything was on time. My advisor Girish kept in touch with me throughout, and shared time-to-time updates & approval requests through phone, whatsapp & email. The video shared on the jobs identified was useful for me to share necessary approval. The job completion video gave me the assurance that everything was completed as i wanted. Girish was patient & kind enough to answer all my queries & shared the pictures i requested through WhatsApp. Overall excellent experience. Date of Service: 3rd Oct 2020 Vehicle Model: X1 xLine 20D Service Kms: 27000 kms Jobs: Oil & filter change, AC filter change, Air filter change, Rear brake pad change, brake oil change, sunroof channel cleaning.
For just to adjust the ride height they kept my car for 3 days and charged me Rs. 8707.00 and the service advisor was telling me he spent 2 full hours on my car and they charge like doctors.
